Needed a new battery and skid plate installed. Dropped the car off the night before and they took care of it the next morning. Friendly staff, great service. Have gone there a few times for different things. Always great service.

Their Groupon deal is a great price for 2 oil changes, 2 tire rotations, and a wheel rebalance. Staff seems friendly and does a pretty quick job. They don't take appointments and have limited hours on the weekends is the only reason for removing a star.

I called these fellas 90 minutes before their posted closing hours for the day. I asked if I could burn in there in 30 minutes, would they swap two snow tires off for my regulars (needed to be put on the rims) and also do an oil change. I felt the fella on the phone doing the time/math and not feeling too optimistic. I really needed (okay wanted!) this work done and in true style to myself, I like to push things 'til the last possible time frame. But I digress. Fast forward 37 minutes later, I arrive and tell counter fella "Hey I made it!". He says "Oh, well I took someone else in the meantime.". Ok karma you got me I'm thinking, but I'm still miffed cuz I just literally hauled ass from Defo. So I says to the guy, Guy? (I didn't really say the guy part) Soooo we can't do it today, do I make an appointment for later? He says, naw, we can getchya done now. I coulda hugged him. So very long story short: These guys were extremely accommodating to a semi entitled but still very courteous filly in want/need. The price was spot on. I don't know how much it should have cost but I can tell you it was both cheaper than at the quickie one stop oil change place I usually hit up, and cheaper than getting my snow tires put on at a different shop. I think I have found my new peoples people!

Got an oil change here - my car wasn't behaving normally afterwards so I had it checked out.Broadway tire drained my transmission fluid and overfilled my dirty oil. LOL. My car's okay but it could've been worse.I don't write reviews but just wanted to put this out there - a mistake like this shouldn't happen at a reputable mechanic in my opinion... Turned a $50 oil change into a $250 headache.

Fast service! Great customer service. Got my car in for a repair that was supposed to take a full day (suspension replacement, oil change, and tire rotation), and potentially overnight and they had it fixed in just under 4 hours. A little pricier than some other places I had considered, but I'm confident in the quality of work and kind people who work there. Totally recommend. I've been a regular customer for 3 years, and they will continue to get my service as long as they maintain this level of quality experience.

Tim was polite and accommodating. They installed 4 tires I had purchased elsewhere and replaced a couple lug nuts. It took about 1.5 hours, but two of the lug nuts were junk so it's understandable. All in all they did a good job in a fair amount of time and the pricing was fair. It was helpful that they don't take appointments and go on a first come first serve basis. As every other tire installer was booked out at least a week.

I am very impressed with the service I received from Broadway tire. I actually booked an appointment at the wrong location due to the fact I did not know they have so many stores now. They brought in the tires I was looking for as well as a second set so I could compare them. I really like how the truck turned out and appreciate Tim's efforts to help me get the tires I wanted. Very friendly and positive staff at both locations.I would have gone to my other tire place except for the positive customer oriented approach that Tim had caught me off guard.Fast quality service.I will go back for sure.Eastside ask for Tim

Amazing service! I drove to another tire store that was supposed to close at 12:30 on Saturday and when I got there at 11:45 they were closed! So, in distress and in need of 2 new tires, I called Broadway (which closes at 12) and Jeff said he would wait for me to get there! I arrived and he was so nice, and not bothered at all that I was making him stay later than he should. He replaced my two tires with two NEW one (for an awesome price mind you) and sent me on my way in less than 30 minutes. This place rocks and I will be sure to head back there for all my auto needs!

I took my truck in for two new front tires and an alignment. I was told that I needed additional work and when I was skeptical, the technician showed me how my tires wobbled when lifted off the ground so I understood. The work was done quickly. Two front wheel hubs, front tires, and an alignment in less than 4 hours. The work was ACTUALLY done. I verified this and could see the new wheel hubs and paperwork for the alignment. This shop won t tell you what you need, charge you for it and not do it. They actually do the work. Highly recommended.

First, I went to the one off Monona and they were very busy. They called the Madison store for me to see if I could get a tire on today, so that was super awesome of them! When I got to the one in Madison there was only one person waiting. The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly and gave me some helpful tips in case I needed to use my spare again. The mechanic worked fast too! I was there for, like, 20 minutes and also got an oil change. Being a woman, I feel like I get taken advantage of a lot, but I didn't feel that way here. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others!

Assuming these positive reviews are fakes. Taking my car in for the sixth time in the last month. Spent over $3,000, and every time I bring it in they "claim" it's another issue and charge me another $200. My car seems worse off than the first time I took it to them. Never had a problem with a car mechanic previously, if zero star was an option that would be my rating based on my experience.

This is such a great auto and tire shop! I have been here to get a valve stem replaced and oil change. My service has never taken over an hour and I'm happy with how my car operates after work has been done.The best reason to support this business is because it's LOCAL! Thanks guys! Your service and staff always impresses me.

After a few poor experiences with independently owned tire shops in the past, I was reluctant to try another. This place didn't have all that many reviews and I am usually a bit leery of anything that seems too good or cheap to be true, but I went here on a whim. As it turns out, this is a really great place to go!We were helped by a couple of guys that had a good dynamic. Both were really down to earth and fairly personable. Our service was speedy and I don't think you could beat the prices. I would recommend Broadway Tires East to anyone looking for nice service without the frills.

These guys were great -- they quickly located a nail in my tire and repaired it in under 5 minutes for only $18. As a woman without much car expertise I really appreciate their honest and welcoming attitude and would absolutely use them again.

Employee on the phone was very polite when we first called. We got to the parking lot and one of the employees was very nice and directed us to the building. We entered the building and the employee was insanely rude. He was an older man with glasses named Tim. Tim was telling instantly, picked up a phone call while talking to us and started yelling at that customer. We left after being quoted the amount and they never called when the car was complete. We were walking around in the cold and had expected them to call when they were finished. When we went back in the building, Tim was yelling at another customer. There were also employees in the back yelling and fighting. So customer service is completely hit or miss. At least the car is fixed.

This review should've been written last month. If you want to find a trustworthy shop that isn't interested in taking you for the proverbial ride, take your car into Broadway Tire & Auto. Before I went here another place told me there was a problem with my alternator. Turns out all I needed was a new battery. Needless to say, I will return. Courteous and professional service, highly recommend!

I reviewed this place before but deleted it because I have an even worse review this time. The guy that runs this place acts like he doesn't even want business. I called to ask about prices for tires and he acted annoyed that he had to even speak with me.

My experience was great. I have read the reviews & I was skeptical but every encounter is unique as we all are I came in initially to have a counter weight added to a tire to correct what I assumed was a balancing issue, but I was wrong Tim's team diagnosed the root to my problem & I'm now more than satisfied my steering wheel no longer does the Bachata.

A very friendly and helpful manager. He gave me an estimate about how long it would take and he was very accurate. I was very happy with the work they did and I will return in the future.

While the service for my oil change was quick, it was also of low quality. As a result, I am not going back to this business, and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone I know. 20 miles after the oil change, I checked the pressure on my tires . . . the fronts were 21 and 26 PSI, while the backs were 24 and 26 PSI (note, the recommended specs are 30 fronts, 35 backs). None of the tires were/are flat, and I ve had no other problems with the tires since visiting a different shop. This disappointing experience showed me that the service at Broadway Tire is unreliable at best. They should remove Tire from their name, because they 100% miss the mark on tires. I would give a 2/5, but 1/5 seems more appropriate to counteract all of the fake reviews and reviews from people who have bad work done on their car but don t know any better.

Troy was awesome! I took my truck for an oil change to Metro Ford and they told me my CV Axles were busted and quoted $2000 for a repair. I don t have that kind of money. Also went to 6 shops in town, Firestone, Midas, Comstock, Roadway, Goodyear, Discount Tire and finally here to get my new tires mounted on my 20 offset rims. Troy said no problem. Literally the best experience ever. You guys got a customer for life!

I have bought several sets of used tires from their old Broadway location and since the family vehicle this winter is rear wheel i knew where I was going for a new set of snow tires. These guys always have the best prices and best selection of affordable quality tires. A set of 4 general arctic tires mounted and balanced for 500 after tax is better than a lot of places with their buy three get one free deals on same/worse tires.As I'm signing to pay it turns out the guy who had been helping me is a neighbor from up the street. What was cool was he treated me like a neighbor before we even figured that out.I will definitely return and recommend anyone on this side of town at least give them a call before they make a tire purchase somewhere else.**UPDATE**7/21/06 - My jaw dropped when I went to pay for my wheel bearing. I was expecting to pay $50 more. Thanks Jeff!

The guy that greeted me was not customer friendly. He acted like I didn't belong there or I was there for something free. When I asked for tires for my BMW, he seem happy to tell me no tires. I won't be going back. And I heard good things about this place.

I needed a tire changed quickly for a long trip I was leaving for. I called Broadway Tire East pulled up, and had used tire put on in under 10 minutes. When I got home, my wife looked at me and said "no luck" and was floored that I was already done. We talked about great service while my tire was being changed and great service is what I got. I will never go anywhere else for tires.

I chose Broadway tire because of their excellent reviews and their service did not disappoint! Their staff are incredibly friendly and recommended a very affordable tire that performed well when driving home in a blizzard. It's such a relief to find a place that I feel like I can trust.

Decided to buy their Groupon package for a decent price for an Oil change and also wheel maintenance. Wanted to go early in the morning right as it opened at 8am so I didn't have to wait. When I got there at 7:50, I knew that it wasn't opened still so I waited in my car. At 8:05, I went to go check if it was opened and it seemed that it was still closed. I waited till 8:30 am and the technicians apologized to me saying that they don't know where their manager is and that they are not able to get inside. Wasn't able to get inside until 9am when the manager arrived. Bummer that I had to wait an hour just to get inside. Great and sincere Technicans though. They apologized to me (even though it wasn't there fault) and worked on my car for only 30 minutes. Great service and no communication between the manager and his workers.EDIT: New Manager is rude and even worse than before.
