For the life of me I don't understand how in the world BMW, Would ever attach their name to this place.1. The service reps here lack any service skill. They treat you like they are doing you a favor.2. I gave the account clerk at checkout 4k cash with the odd balance being placed on my credit card, he makes a mistake and and then tries to cover it. Only after billing my card again for the whole amount. $9.200.00So I told him give me the cash back, he said he refunded the card, then cought a attitude and got nasty with me like nothing was wrong with what he did. Was told my money would be back on my account today and it's still not there. These people don't care about you or your money. And if your service rep is Stacy forget about.I will be calling the BBB, and BMW to lodge a formal complaint. It's never ok to treat customers like this ever! Makes you ashamed to even own a BMW.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESSWe brought our vehicle in for the first slot of the day. I was told I would be contacted and usually takes a couple of hours. I hadn't heard from them so I called around 2pm and it wasn't even looked at yet and said it'd be done in a couple hours. I LET THEM KNOW I WAS ALREADY NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT Still didn't hear anything close the end of the day so I called again and they said it was done and I was contacted. I never received a phone call or a text they said they even left a message. Maybe they got the number wrong. We picked up the car and paid.No one pointed out anything on the receipt that there was an issue, nor did they ever call us during the day talking about any other problems that would prevent them from doing the work and still charged us. Turns out they never even did the work, never told us, never called us regarding any issue they came across and never admitted that they used a heat gun to try to get something off to do an alignment and it actually made it even harder to the point where even our personal mechanic couldn't even get it off without destroying it entirely. So now we can't get it aligned properly. AND GET THIS, when we discussed this with the Manager and the way they handled the whole situation, he didn't deny fraudulent repairs and service! ( I'm leaving out discussions with other staff, the mechanic and the master mechanic who ALL TRIED TO DENY IT until we called them out since we knew what we were talking about).

This BMW Service location is a ripoff big time!!! My wife drove the car in and after $6000, we had to tow the car out. They suggested an additional $11000 plus worth of repairs that wasn t there before we brought the car into there workshop. They did things that we didn t request and billed the warranty company. 2 of the 3 issues were fixed and we left the workshop with many more problems than we had before. If you have to come here for repairs, pay a mechanic to bring the car in, otherwise you are going to get ripped off. A whole bunch of dishonest people. I will make sure no one in my community get ripped off like this again by this place.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair

Highly recommend! Stacy and Trevor assisted me today - service was fast and very professional. Having a courtesy vehicle made it very easy to go about my day and (the best part) they didn't try to push unnecessary maintenance! Thank you!!

Standard BMW service. Brought it in for a Diagnostic to check an error code. BMW said they couldn t finish the diagnostic without replacing a rubber air intake for $500. I replaced it in their parking lot for $60. After that they wanted to replace a possible leak in the manifold gasket for $$$.I left.If you have a BMW though you re already screwed because there s only one Dealer within 60 miles. That s a Monopoly.

I was the victim of miscommunication at Zimbrick BMW service today. I called service writer Brian Rauls to help me sort out what was going on and he was amazing! He was patient, thorough, and brought the confusion to a very satisfactory conclusion quickly! Excellent customer service!
