Literally all your needs under one roof. From automotive to pet supplies, work boots to kitchen necessities. Laurie at checkout was super friendly, but all the employees are wonderful. Dog friendly place :)

Last spring I brought my lawn mower in to be fixed because it was wouldn t start. Farm and fleet lost it. Lost it. So they gave me this referbished lawn mower. All summer the refurbished lawn mower didn t work. The gentleman in small engines tried to charge me for the lawn mower they used to replace mine. The lawn mower still doesn t work.The kid in the small engines was rude. But he LOST my lawn mower to begin with.

Always love coming here! It's even better when the chicks are in. So adorable. The staff was very helpful when we were in. They didn't have what my husband needed in store but offered to order it.

Bougt 4 new tires from a trusted local shop in Sept 2023.Had a flat on highway 12 ,early February 2024. Got the spare on, and took my car to Farm & Fleet because it was closest. Was told my tire was irreparable because of a bulge in the sidewall. Bought a new one, asked to save the flat so I could follow up with the aforementioned reputable shop. While I was there the F&f staff said my shocks were leaking and I needed new sway bars. $711 estimate.Took the tire to the reputable shop. There was no bulge in the sidewall. It was a completely repairable puncture. They reimbursed me for the tire.Took my car to a privately owned auto repair shop for the strut work, mostly because they offer loaners. Was told my shocks, struts, and sway bars were in great shape. Zero problems.I will not be going back to F&F for auto repair, tires, candy, or nuts.

Stop in to buy chicken feed but was concerned about getting off the shelve, on the cart and in my truck. I had both my shoulders replaced recently and it s hard to ask for help. But a very nice young lady loaded 4 bags of feed, sent me to the register and a nice young man loaded my truck. Absolute great customer service!!

This is a HUGE store. It has a great sporting goods department. The employees are very friendly. If you need something for your home or garden they definitely should have it.

I had to leave work early today because my car was scheduled for a 4:30-5:30 wheel alignment. Apparently I had a few other issues and they could not do the alignment at this time, which is understandable. But instead of letting me know right away they waited until 5:30. So when I was expecting to be ready to pay for my service-nothing was done, yet I had to still wait the time given for the service. Disappointed to have wasted my time for no reason.

I love the diversity of items available in one place! Where else can you find pet food, cookware, chicks and chocolate all in one store! The quality is good and the prices are very reasonable. Easily my favorite place to shop.

Great, personally, everything was wonderful, employees, great sales. Now is time to buy kids' clothes for the Fall. I got even a pair of pants for me and clothes for my grandkids.Just bought Christmas ornaments and Holiday clothes. Starting to get somewhat picked over. But the best time to go is noon time, hardly anybody in the store!

Not every thing goes right, but what you do when things go wrong is a true measure of your business. They didn't latch the tailgate and the salt and toolbox fell out and without missing a beat they took care of both. Great customer service!!!!

Everyone I talked with here was so helpful! Most especially Andrew in the Automotive shop, as I got my tires changed. Very helpful with explaining what else I need done on my car, what is important, and what is less important. Super duper helpful and kind.

I had the pleasure of working with Nick (manager) with getting 100+ sheets of horse stall mat. It was a big order and he made the process extremely easy. I would highly recommend Farm and Fleet of Madison!

Marty M and Evan G bought demonstrated knowledge with batteries. Marine and Generators so called lithium utility combo systems called generators their t knowledge was instrumental to leading to a well thought out purchase by myself. I Recommend a promotion and salary increase commensurate at their next performance evaluation.

I had my car into the shop here and they were able to test all of the starter equipment and confirm it was the accessory battery was dead after the door cold wave

Blain's are true "Man Malls" because if you are a guy you can get just about anything that you need in these stores. One stop shopping! It doesn't get better than that.

Actually, we just found a 2xl for my son at Farm and Fleet Stoughton Rd. My son's an autistic teen with sensitivity issues and the Salesman was so wonderful. The store had been closed for about 10 minutes and the Customer Service desk sent us back to the department to meet up with him. He was about our son's size. He was kind and didn't rush us. My son has turned down every outfit that I have brought home for him to try for 6 months. Even school was trying to help. After the Salesman talked to our son about how clothes never fit him right and were too tight and restricting, my son tried on several coats the salesman brought him. Within 15 minutes, we had one and my son wears it all the time. It's a lined flannel, navy blue plaid. Honestly, we left we a smile on all our faces, and I actually cried later, that we found a winter coat for him. That Salesman was an Angel. Farm and Fleet employees were so kind and helpful to us. Too many times, we see all the bad things, but this thing was so Wonderful. I had to share it. We have shopped here for years.

This is for Jamie (sp?) who answered the phone for the automotive department. She could tell I was stressed about my tire, and she was very sweet and reassuring. She helped me set up an appointment and turned my day around. Thank you Jamie!

Went into the store looking for an item and could not find it on the shelf Asked customer service for help finding it as it says online they have 39 of them in stock and without even looking, they told me yeah we don t have any of those . Pretty disappointed that they didn t even try to help

Use online ordering at your own risk. I placed an order in the morning, received notification that it was ready but after driving to the store to pick it up I was told they didn t have it.

Nancy is my favorite cashier at the Farm & Fleet in Madison! She's awesomely upbeat and unique, a Wisconsin treasure, and I'll go through her line, even if it's longer than the others. Highly recommend!

Great location! The cashier staff impressed me, in that, the cashier staff seemingly anticipated the sudden rush of approx 15+ customers approaching the checkout area and therefore had multiple isles and cashiers available for checkout.On a previous occasion I also had great assistance with a credit card / return issue, so this definitely gets a 5/5
