Stopped here to look into a Cadillac Lyriq for my wife. The test drive was all well and good until the screen in the car stopped working (a known recall issue). The gentleman that rode with us didn't have anything to say on it other than he doesn't usually work the Cadillac side of operations. Regardless, we had a trade in that simply was too far underwater to make any purchase that day. As we left, I was prepared to start making a plan to prepare to purchase the Lyriq.However, I see that Bergstrom has now signed onto a petition to slow or stop the transition to EV's altogether because gosh dang it, they just don't want to stop seeing those gas cars coming in for relentless amounts of servicing to pad their pockets.My household will never buy an EV from any Bergstrom and our market share will stay with Tesla. Good work on making your own bed.

DO NOT GO HERE! I was in a no fault accident and came here to get a paint repair. I called and left several messages to see if they can fix this poor paint job they did and no response. Started bubbling less than 1 year out. 2 years out and now the bubbling started to chip and now the rust has started to come.

Hands down the GREATEST experience buying a new car I have ever had. Elliott was my sales guy and he was so honest and kept me informed the entire way. I LOVED the way they price their cars, haggle free and more than fair. I would ABSOLUTELY buy another car from the Bergstrom Dealerships and would HIGHLY recommend them! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE BERGSTROM CADILLAC of MADISON!!

Had an absolutely perfect experience buying our CT5 Sport Platinum here thanks to Josh Haugh. He was always kind, enthusiastic, and quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. And when I mean quick, I mean within MINUTES! We drove all the way from Ohio to WI and back in one day to get it! Josh had everything ready by the time we came and the whole process took less than 30 minutes! I have nothing but great things to say about Josh and the rest of the team. Thank you all so much!

I recently moved to the area and had my vehicle routine maintenance performed at Bergstrom Cadillac. I was treated very well and the service to my vehicle appears to have been performed properly. I seem to have a very slow leak in my tire and they graciously top it off with nitrogen for me. I am off to visit them again today and to schedule an appointment to get the leak repaired.

I spoke with the Sales Manager yesterday, first he gave me a ridiculously low offer for a trade in, no big deal. Anyone is free to make a low offer on something, however if that person does not want to accept it, they do not have to. I made him aware over 20 times I was not going to accept such a low offer for my vehicle. He was relentless in badgering me for over 20 min to accept his offer. He just kept insulting my car as well as myself. At any point after the first several times of me letting him know I was not going to accept his offer he could have handled the conversation like a skilled communicator. He even went as far as telling me he enjoys the nicer things in life in an attempt to insult me, trying to imply his vehicle that her personally drives is better than what I own. When a customer explains numerous times that they are not accepting an offer, move on like a professional. All that needed to talked about at that point was whether we were still interested in buying the car without a trade in.The original sales lady Talia that I met with, has been very nice to work with. She is clearly new and learning how to be a car sales representative. I feel horrible that she is going to learn sales tactics that expired 30 years ago from him. They continue to badger you and insult anything and everything to make a couple extra thousand on a trade in.Bergstrom's company values that they advertise were clearly not on display during this conversation, at least the ones that they advertise. I question how long he had been employed there because he is a royal douche.

Didn't have an appointment set but our vehicle needed an oil change and tire rotation. We drove up to the Express Service lane and they said it would be complete in less than 2 hours. Worked great for us and they even washed our vehicle.

Demetrius in service and Rich in parts were outstanding. I needed a hard-to-find part two days before I drove across the country. They got the part incredibly fast, serviced the vehicle promptly. They worked much faster at a better price than all the other dealers I called in southern Wisconsin. Thank you guys for your help.

I was quite happy when I saw how well the repairs had been done! Admittedly, I was surprised to find the front tires at lower pressure than I remember leaving them at and the left indicator appears to have crossed wires since it is operating at double the normal speed, but otherwise I was quite pleased! Thanks Bergstrom Cadillac for fixing my car and setting me up with a great loaner while my car was being repaired in the body shop!

I had posted an extremely poor review of Bergstrom's service department a few weeks back, and although it's still true that a mistake was made by a technician, when I was contacted by Mike the service manager I was beyond impressed with how they handled the situation. They got me in right away remedied the situation free of charge and we're much more professional and cordial than I was. Top notch guys, thanks for being so reasonable.

My sales person kept working hard to find us a vehicle! He text us nights and on his days off. He offered options so that we could get the most out of the incentives! I love their no hassle pricing. You know the real price of what they are giving you for a trade. The delivery specialist was so helpful and the service tech's are friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Bergstrom's!

I just purchase a used Cadillac SRX SUV from Bergstrom and I have to say it was the most Pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had...My Salesperson Brad Henderson was absolutely the Best and went out of his way to put me in the drivers seat and Max in Finance was the Best as well, who explained everything in detail that I could understand and gave me many options to protect my purchase during my ownership. Their correspondence with me was exceptional, they asked all the right questions to get me financed and put me in the Drivers Seat...Hats off you you both, you guys are what makes buying a car fun...

Service was quick, efficient, and honest. However, I was promised a pickup from my office at 2:30pm to retrieve my vehicle. I had cancelled client appointments for the afternoon and waited in the lobby for the pickup. The pickup did not arrive until 3:33 costing my over an hour of client time plus delaying my trip to catch an International flight leaving O'hare that evening. There was confusion about contact information leaving me to call the dealership and was advised the driver got the dates incorrect. Did not get a phone call advising I would need to wait so I sat in the lobby periodically going out into the cold to look for the ride. Once picked up the vehicle - it was delivered without a car wash. The requested was was completed after 10 additional minutes of waiting.Not a good experience of superior service!

Always disappointed with the placeBergstrom read this comment and responded on Friday October 29th . I explained my concerns and they looked at the work orders and say the work. They asked to get back to me that day or the next day. Today is November 2nd and not a word from Bergstrom . I bought a car from them that was originally bought from Bergstrom . The cars windshield wipers didn't work properly. I was told it was easy to fix and could be fixed at my next service appointment.As I said always disappointed with Bergstrom.

I am sold on Bergstrom after my experience with Mike Keller. He deserves some sort of promotion: very professional, kind, hard working, follows through and genuine. Helped me immensely and made sure my experience with Bergstrom was a good one. I will continue to refer and recommend Bergstrom because of him. This is "Famous Dave" Anderson a fan of Cadillac and an Escalade owner and on June 13, 2022 I was traveling between Milwaukee and Madison when I got by a huge thunderstorm with hail that made every car & truck on the road pull off. I must have hit a nail and just made it to Madison around closing time... but Demetrious and Kenny in Service didn't hesitate to get me right in and got all my tires in good working order and got me back on the highway again! I am thrilled by the over-the-top hospitality, quick service, and the "Let's Get It Done" work ethic this Service Team that went the extra mile to get my Escalade running again! I will forever sing the praises of Bergstrom Cadillac of Madison WI! A huge fan for life... "Famous Dave" Anderson--America's Rib King and BBQ Hall of Fame!

I went in to the body shop after my car had a tree branch fall on it. Originally they had told me they would be able to get me in the shop for repair in 3 weeks. The body shop estimator I worked with told me they would be giving me a call in a couple days to schedule the appointment. After almost a week and a half had passed I had yet to receive his call which is when I decided I better reach out to him. I couldn't believe it when he told me they would be able to get me in 7 weeks from the date I had originally gone in to have a quote prepared. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Bergstrom is always soooo accommodating! Every experience has been a very pleasant one. They are highly skilled professionals that pay attention to the needs of their customers! I ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes before someone has greeted me! Outstanding customer service.

A+ to the Service Center at Bergstrom Cadillac of Madison. Scheduled maintenance for last Saturday then was told when I dropped it off there was an error and they were only doing oil changes that day for a charity event and I wouldn't get service until Monday. What would have otherwise been an upsetting situation was handled wonderfully by the guys in the Service Center. I even asked for a loaner for the weekend thinking it was a shot in the dark but they did not hesitate to accommodate, giving me a fancy new 2018 XT5 for the interim! The staff worked diligently to make the situation right and I'm very grateful for that. Thank you!

In the years we have purchased vehicles from different dealers, this time I feel that dealing with Bergstrom, Madison, WI was the first time I can say it was a pleasant experience. Jacob Silvertson on the sales end was great in his knowledge of the total vehicle and in his tutorial help in setting up the systems. Vance Haney handled all the paperwork efficiently. Just recently we had the opportunity to use the service department at Bergstrom. Mike Keller in service saw to it that our need was attended to in a prompt manner. He kept us informed on the progress.

I always bring my car here for my service needs. Ben in Caddy Service always makes sure my vehicle is taken care of, and is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure it is as convenient as possible, including picking it up from my home and delivering it back to me. I have never had any other service department go out of their way this much to make sure both myself and my car are taken care of. You guys rock!!!!

My experience wasn't a top rating due to the service writer. (I don't even recall his name that's what an impression he made).He was very cold, not friendly, didn't seem to want to help us but had too. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. The service was quick, the car was clean but as I said, he didn't seem like he wanted to be at work. I received better communication and friendliness from Mike (sales manager).
