I worked with Josh, he was professional and friendly! Helpful in so many ways. He wanted to make sure I was taken care of. My finished car looks fantastic! Excellent experience! Will definitely spread the word that this is the body shop to go to if needed.

I m really not sure where to begin. We are extremely impressed with Bergstrom Auto Body in Madison. We live about 45 min away and with them being newly opened- we were hesitant- but our adjuster had a good feeling about them so we went for it. I m so happy that we did! When we picked up my car, it was with the other cars in the showroom and every single one of them more beautiful than the next! Our car was vacuumed and washed, and it felt & looked brand new! DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR THERE!We took our car there after an accident. They repaired the car but when we were picking it up we noticed an strange sound. They came up with a excuse and said it's because of the carwash and it'll go away. Obviously that didn't happen so we took the car back to them. This time they said the problem is not related to the repair and is a wear-and-tear and asked us for a fee to investigate!When I told the guy (Josh?) that we didn't have that creaking sound before the accident, the guy basically said that we're hallucinating and we're hearing things!

From our 1st interaction, Bergstrom Body Shop Madison & BJ have been incredible to work with. We were in an accident & had our vehicle towed to a different dealership across the road (Zimbrick). After FIFTEEN days of our SUV sitting there, we found out it hadn t even been fully disassembled. The other auto body shop told us it would be months for parts to come in & they had a similar SUV with similar damages that had been there for 6 months (what?!) because they have been unable to get parts. I called Bergstrom Body Shop for another opinion. BJ took the lead & helped with every step of the way, even with transferring our insurance claim (which is a process). Bergstrom had our SUV disassembled within 24 hours, parts ordered & we picked up our vehicle 2 weeks to the day later. BJ updated us almost daily, his communication was much appreciated especially after the awful experience we had with Zimbrick. Our experience with Bergstrom was outstanding, highest recommendation for Bergstrom Body Shop Madison & BJ. Although we hope we don t need their services again, we will never go elsewhere. Thank you Bergstrom & BJ for going above & beyond during such a stressful situation.

I worked with Josh after being rear ended by a driver without insurance. The service this fella provided was top notch. With a family emergency occurring during the time my vehicle was at Bergstrom, Josh was willing to do whatever it took to get me on the road and became a main point of contact, above both the insurance agent and adjuster as well as the car rental agency.About a month out from the repairs and everything still looks great. Minor imperfections due to my insurance adjuster having an allergy to shelling out more money, but certainly not the fault of Bergstrom. Would recommend.

Just a minor dent, but Josh and his team had to match the tricoat paint and the job is perfect! After the experience at Bergstrom body shop I would never go anywhere else.

My experience working with Josh Haugh and the Bergstrom Body Shop team was amazing! Had some work done on my truck. Josh helped with the rental and kept me informed every step of the way throughout the entire process. Josh s attention to detail and communication skills were outstanding. When I picked the vehicle up (which was sooner than expected), I actually had to look twice at my truck. It was so incredibly clean and shining, I honestly wasn t sure if it was mine. The work the team performed was fantastic and I couldn t imagine having a better customer experience. Thanks again to Josh and the entire team. Have leased car through Bergstrom, been taking my car here since they opened. Still pretty.good, but seems to be tougher to use the express service than it used to be. Used to be 2 lanes, now just 1. Usually an oil change and tire rotation takes about 1 hr.

Had my truck in after hitting a deer. When I got it home, I was looking it over and noticed that bolts were missing, clamps were not tight, wiring wasn't secured properly and overall was not returned to the original state that it was before the accident. I took it back and they said they would take care of it. After the second time in the shop it still had loose parts and wiring stretched tight. I took it back a THIRD time and was told they would look it over to see what else was wrong. Parts are still missing after having the truck in three times. They keep telling me to tell them what is wrong with the truck. It should not be my responsibility as the customer to go park next to another truck and compare to figure out what is not repaired correctly and what parts are missing.

Would be more than 5 stars if I had the option. They fixed our Chevy Bolt from a deer collision and it looked amazing when they were done. They went above and beyond by comping a rental even though I don t have that through my insurance and my car took over a week to fix. The interior and exterior detail work made that car look better than when I bought it. Amazing customer service from start to finish.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Phil and his team at the collision department were excellent, the automated text messages were super helpful too. There was an issue with the texts giving me the wrong date, Phil was on top of it, getting me back in to my rental for the remainder of the repairs. Mistakes happen, Phil s resolution of the issue was quick and compassionate. I ll be bringing all my collusion needs to Phil, his team, and Bergstrom from here on out!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my 2011 Acura RDX to Bergstrom Body Shop for collision repair work and I m so glad I did. The customer service provided and the body work performed were both excellent, impressive in every way. I would definitely recommend Bergstrom to anyone who needs collision repair service. When I took my car in, I expected problems to be fixed. Instead I had new issues with my car upon pick- up that they refused to fix. They were very condescending towards me. Repairs were completed perfectly. The staff was very friendly and caring. They made sure I was well taken care of and completely satisfied with their work. With 2000 miles on my new 2023 Silverado while washing it yesterday I see this white ding/chip on the rear door of my black truck! OMG! I went to Bergstroms Body shop and they were able to buff it out! Made my day! Josh, Phil, and their detailer (so sorry didn t get his name) we re awesome! What great service guys! Had work done to remove a dent in my car door after someone backed into me. Estimate took no time at all and the work was done in a speedy manner.Editing my original post because after a few days with our car, we noticed a rattling in the door because the plastic runner had broken clips. We called and had a Bergstrom team member confirm this. They said they would order the part and the fix would take no more than 30 minutes when they got the part. It s been months and they never called to schedule a time to fix it, or explained why there is a delay.

BJ Daugird and the staff did a terrific job of resolving my car's cosmetic repair. Was always kept updated and they were very quick to respond to any questions I had along the way. Great job!

Outstanding customer service, friendly staff and great selection of New and Used cars. The service department here is top notch and they always are looking out for your best interests to keep you safe on the road. The sales department is great as well! I needed out of a lease and didn't have many options, but Kyle Fitzgerald was able to not only get me out of a less than ideal situation with my lease, but he got me into an amazing car that I couldn't be happier with. Whether its your first time buying a car, or you're a seasoned vet, I recommend you go check out Bergstrom of Madison. Ask for Kyle!

My overall experience with Chevy Bergstrom has been horrible. I bought my used chevy at the Middleton store and was told to test drive it around a specific perimeter. I bought the used chevy and after a day I heard clunk noises. I brought the car in and was told of the issue and that I had to pay $1,300 to have the car fixed. The repairs included bad tires all four, sway link bars. I was given a lemon that needed to be fixed before driving and driving my father a disabled Vietnam Vet Purple Heart who served our country proudly under these conditions. I had to reach the General Manager Tom to get this resolved. I took the car back and I thought that Bergrstrom had resolved the matter. But I had to take the car back three more times it looked like they were putting on a band aid that would come right off only to go back again. The middleton shop was not doing a good job so I went to the Madison shop to see if at that location they could diagnose the klunk and finally they did but that I had to pay up. I stressed that I will not pay for their mistake. I bought an $8000 used chevy that should not have been sold to the public due to safety issues and repairs. Today I was ignored and ridiculed by the manager after I spoke to other customers about my experience and he got upset and told me to act like an adult in front of his staff and customers. It felt like I was at a bar and the manager was a bouncer trying to kick me out. I have season tickets to the Packers and Aaron Rodgers works with Bergstrom so next game ill tell Rodgers that Bergstrom does not care. God Bless

Had work done. Work was done. Several weeks later my car began displaying symptoms of a well known issue (sticky steering) that is under a special warranty for my car. Instead of going that route considering an alignment was already done several weeks ago as well as a suspension check my advisor asked me "so you want to come in for more work?" No. Also their service manager told me that if I switched to a transmission fluid that was not Dexron approved (going to Amsoil which meets and exceeds Dexron standards) my powertrain warranty would be voided on my transmission. Look into Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Will not be returning.Oh and they reset my TPMs to a lower than needed tire pressure. Obviously have zero experience with unique cars.
