Shannon is the absolute BEST!!! My mom and I were in this store last week. The temperature was sub zero and my battery died. Shannon went above and way beyond to help us out. You are appreciated Shannon. Your customer relation skills are top tier!!! This is something that is lacking in todays society. I sincerely hope Auto Zone realizes and values who they have as an employee. Thank you for making my experience with your store a great one.

Very nice all around. I had a bad battery, called up and they had several options all reasonable priced in stock. I got my car jumped and drove straight there. They got it all swapped out for me and was on my way in no time.So much quicker, easier, cheaper than had I needed to go to a mechanic or dealer, or need a tow if It died on me somewhere.

I think this AutoZone store is the best. I'm working on getting an old car back on the road. The biggest issue are the brakes and never having done any brake work, the people at this store were essential in giving advice for this project.

I came in to pick up some new windshield wipers blades. Joshua W. helped me find the right size for my car. He also explained the differences between the all-weather vs the seasonal wipers.All around, smooth and satisfactory experience!

Dow (sp?) was awesome. Replaced Prius headlight and helped get other bulb to work (wiring issue). Great sense of humor and excellent customer service over phone and in person.

I actually went in for a second time to test my. What did my alternator tested. Went and a week later charged up my battery to fully charge of course free of charge. Got my alternator tested which was bad bought and replaced alternator right in the parking lot.

The employees at this location talk down to you and are incredibly unhelpful. Might as well have laughed in my face when I asked a question. Not sure if it was because I am a woman but they were entirely disrespectful.

Only place that was open on New Years Day! And the only place that had my Battery in stocks for my Mercedes Benz!! I wish they could have installed it but I can't be too picky.

It's ok here. Sometimes depending on the person if they want to help you or don't want to help you. Sometimes me and my husband go here and I get that vibe where they don't seem like they wanna help you.

I stopped by this afternoon in desperate need of some coolant and hose connections, as my family and i were broke down on the side of the road. DAVID seen my frustration. He was very professional and listened to my needs, the transaction went very well I was completely satisfied as I left to finish the repairs to our families vehicle.Thanks again DAVID

Rented a couple of tools. Dau was great, he brought out some tools and told me what each was for. When I returned the tools I asked about some banding, They didn't have what I needed but told me where to go, what tools I needed, and how much I should pay. I asked about some headlights and again very knowledgeable, explaining the different kinds and what I wanted to look for. I will be back, thank you!

AutoZone is pretty good they normally have everything you're looking for and if you get an account there you get your parts really affordable but you're better off stopping in then if you have a commercial account and try to catch him that way because you never reach them on the phone

Joshua and his team were absolutely wonderful! They made an anxious mother with their child feel as if all would be well. My car was overheating far from home and nothing seemed to make it so I could get home. Joshua went above and beyond to help us get back to Rockford, IL. he came out looked over my car and he and the other managers put their heads together to figure out what it could be. He even helped put the part in so I could make it home. Come to find out the thermostat was stuck open. I will always be grateful for getting me and my child on the way back home

I have worked with multiple part stores including multiple Autozones, as I have worked in the Auto body industry and insurance companies. Roger and his team at the E Wash location are incomparable to anyone. Truly the best service and they genuinely want to help as much as they can. I reside in Sun Prairie and work in Madison, if able, use this location!!! Thank you guys so much!!!

Came looking for some information on my A/C not working, and I was SO happy with the help I received!Josh saved me from the heat by helping me with how to refill my refrigerant and replace my cabin air filter. Right away he knew exactly where and what to look for, found the parts, and clearly explained the whole process of how to fill/install to me. I had everything done right there in the parking lot, so I wouldn t have to come back for the same thing. So impressed! I was barely there 10 minutes. I couldn t ask for better service. I even feel confident I ll be able to do it on my own next time. And if not, I know exactly where I can go for some solid advice.My car thanks you, and you ve definitely gained a returning customer.

This place was awesome. O'Riley sent me there as their equipment was broken and my battery was acting up. When I got there the guy behind the counter was older and experienced - grabbed a battery tester and had me pop the hood. In under two minutes he determined my battery was running fine but my cables was loose - tightened it down on the spot and did not charge me a thing. I mean he got his hands dirty and could have totally taken me for a ride on replacing my battery.I will go there first for any of my automotive needs from now on because of that man's kindness and honesty - dude had integrity and you rarely see that these days. Hell, I may go back there just to remind myself what an honest man looks like.

I could not believe the patience that people have working here. I couldn t even count the number of customers in the store! They seemed to help everyone quickly and efficiently. I was overwhelmed just walking into the store, however, the younger man with the backwards hat assured me Autozone had my back and they sure did! Not only did he help me fix my fuse (which a shop told me was not the problem), but I had a headlight out that he changed for me as well.I look forward to and more importantly trust that guy to take care of all my future car needs! I ve already told a few of my friends, whom all agreed that Autozone is a friendly and knowledgeable company. I m curious how long their training program is to have such amazing employees Other companies would benefit greatly to follow suit.

I bought a wiper blade from Auto Zone , Patrice the associate installed it for me. Less than a month later, it snapped off. I returned to auto zone with the broken part, where I was informed that they do NOT warranty wiper blades. I didn t have my receipt available and the man wouldn t look it up in the computer. So I m just out of $30.00 after years of patronage and being on a fixed income.
