Auto Glass Fitters set a date to fix the side window of my car. I called the day prior to confirm the part was in stock. Technician said the part was available, and they would be there the following day. Text at 845AM day of repair, they text saying the part is not in stock, and they will need to push the appointment back another 5 days. I would not recommend using this company. Not sure why State Farm continues to use them. Management was incredibly rude when I called, put me on hold several times, and then passed me off to State Farm. SafeLite got me in the next day.Service: Auto side window replacement

Don't bother making any appointments. Read this before you decide. Was told in an unprofessional appointment call that they'll call me back for this mobile windshield fix around 8am to 5pm with no confirmation and I asked all the questions as this receptionist answers some of your questions just before they hang up. Don't waste nearly a month as I did. Cancel your appointment and find another supplier. Had to wait because I went through insurance and needed to wait til the appointment date that was never going to happen.

Tony gave me a call in the morning confirming the appointment. Then showed up and installed a new windshield within 30 minutes. After, he gave me some information about glass for new and older vehicles that was useful. Lastly, the quote and cost were the same as on the phone and it was $150 less than any other windshield replacement in Madison.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I made an appointment on a Friday for the following Monday. Need front windshield replaced and this was the cheapest place, so I called and confirmed the appointment, gave my address and all the info. Needless to say it is NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS!!! On Monday I waited all morning for them to call to give me a more narrow time window. The original call Friday they said between 9-5 and would call Monday with a more specific time frame. Well at 1 pm Monday I finally called the company because I hadn't heard anything and they said the guy never added me to the appointment list for the day!!! Ive been waiting all weekend to have this done. I commute 1.5 hours for work and cannot drive with a 1 ft crack in my windshield! Ive been waiting all morning for this repair to find out I had to wait until Thursday now?? AND the guy on the phone when I called was SO RUDE I could not believe it. Would not recommend this place at all! Spend a few extra dollars to get the job done right and ON TIME!

I made an appointment for a windshield replacement and the day before was told on the phone that someone would contact me the day of my appointment between 8:30 and 9:30 am to inform me of when they would be here. I didn't get a call in that timeframe so at 10:11am I called them and was told that they didn't have this glass in supply and they had no idea when it would be available. So... nobody was going to contact me to let me know? I made special arrangements for the day to get another vehicle to use. Very frustrating. I understand if something is not in stock but come on this is communications and customer service 101 here folks.

I had a great experience with Auto Glass Fitters. Tony was very friendly, arrived when he said he would, and gave me tips for taking care of my new windshield. It was also much cheaper than other places in the area.

Tech was prompt and informal, explained everything ahead of time and followed through! Phone calls were all handled professionally during the entire process.Tech came out during scheduled time window. Reasonable pricing. I recommend this company.

Came to my house, around my schedule. Explained the procedure and completed the installation quickly and in a professional manor. Tony Tutas was my technician and did a terrific job; made me feel as though I was valued as a customer.

Tony came out to me for multiple visits, I bought this older vehicle that had significant damage from hood flying up breaking winshield, on first visit he advised me of problem with rust bent hood hinges things that had to be done to ensure success with install, he came out today and did the install helped me out with a few remaining issues getting everything tightened up,What I am getting at is I really think any other company would have just done the install initially and it certainly would have failed Tony ensured success here and I really appreciate it I really felt like he did an amazing job and that I will now have success with the winshield anywhere else I would have been replacing again in a few months, best price best service and I know for a fact install will be successful also best price thank you Tony
