Very professional and helpful service, and he had the best price. I had the owner install a stereo I received as a gift, and before he installed it he mentioned that it was not the best quality ("dual" brand), and I thought-- given that it is a gift and I am going on a long road trip for a month I will have it installed anyway. Well, the issues he described were exactly right, and I appreciate his opinion. He has also given me good honest info on another product. He's a nice guy, he really knows what he is doing and where to go if it's not an area of his expertise ... from now on I will trust him and heed his advice.

This shop is on my way to work so I stopped in to check out their services. I bought a used sub from a friend, and then purchased an amp and installation from this shop. He gave good advice about which amp to get and how powerful it should be, and his installation fee was the lowest I have seen!It took a bit longer that he had hoped, but he called me as soon as it was done.The job was done very professionally, and I was very happy with the results. I needed to modify most of the settings on the amp to get them to my liking (crossover and gain particularly), but once that was done I had an excellent sounding system.Great guy, professional service, and great installation price!

My first stop for all my car audio connection needs! They are very helpful and if not overly busy will help talk you through any issues or ideas about hooking up your system. This place has been here forever and tons of satisfied people have had work done here.

Rob, the owner, was informative, professional and friendly. I was having electrical issues from a short in my OEM system (son thought he could put pennies in the CD player play music). It was time for an upgrade anyway since my car is 11 years old. Rob recommended a great system, and he got the necessary specialty parts ordered in a day. I dropped my car off at 11am and he got the job by 1pm. The install was neat and clean, and the system sounds great. You could tell Rob put a lot of care into the job, which I appreciated. I'd recommend Audio Connections to anyone.

This place is great! I wanted to get my stereo switched over to my Pontiac Bonneville, but it proved a tough challenge. After going to best buy TWO times and both times ending with a call saying they don't have the "parts" (more like the time or brains) to do it. I thought i would be stuck with my factory radio. So I decided to take it down to Audio Connections and give it a shot. This guy knew exactly what he was talking about, and actually knew my car. He provided great service letting me know how my car was doing, and was very easy to contact. He charged a very good price for the parts, and the labor was very cheap considering how time consuming and challenging my car stereo was. Now my system sounds better than ever and I couldn't be happier. If you want your car done right, go to this guy. I will definantly be going there again for future purchases and installations.

Rude!!! He Opens the door...." Got a question! " Yes I do, do you install car alarms? He replies, "no go see the kids at best buy." Couldn't look me in the eye. I think he is on drugs. I've never put a complaint on Google only good reviews from me but had to warn others to stay away from this guy

Maybe the guy who answered the door and scolded me for buzzing the buzzer wrong [although I merely followed directions] was just having a bad day. I don't know. I do know that he was a rude, condescending, unprofessional individual. I was only at the business because the day before I had reserved a Uhaul. Turns out they don't do Uhaul anymore. I received this information from this Piece of Work inbetween him scolding me and talking to someone on the phone, which he never removed from his ear. So, bad day or not, his behavior was extremely unnecessary. I would have never used this business anyway, but now I will go out of my way to make sure I never do, and encourage others to steer clear.I don't know what the deal with Uhaul is, but post a fricking sign on your door if you no longer do business with them. Or go through the motion to get your name disassociated from them altogether.Hope you have better days ahead, mister. Must suck to be such a miserable and crabby person. Wish you the best.

Been going here for about 10years plus always treated me good but no lie his favorite line is to go the Best Buy!!!! But really good work and can get u about eny car audio u need at decent prices

Tried to view the variety of options this place had and all the guy wanted to talk was money, not what I liked or was interested in. Fortunately liitle did he know money was no issue. I went elsewhere and was treated respectfully and happily spent $1800 on what I liked.

Cant give a lower score but if i could i would. This guy is an arrogant prick. Very unhelpful. I asked if i could get some help with an issue i was having and it wasnt important enough for him to care and told me to go to best buy.

This guy is a complete tool. Don't even bother coming here unless you want to have a rude coke head to deal with. This guy regularly yells at people outside the store sand generally acts like a creep.
