My car suddenly had problems and I thought it was going to die on the road. The dealer could not get me in for 5 days so I called Atlas and got immediately, they did the work in a very short time, charged me a reasonable price and I could not be happier! And it is within walking distance from my house!! They now have my business! Great guys!!

We always bring my daughter's 2014 Honda Civic to Atlas Auto Techs. Everyone working there is friendly and professional. They can usually get us in with short notice and keep us updated on what is needed, most recently a DRL code and an exploded bulb. We've also gone there for oil changes, tire rotations, flushes, and new battery. Service is consistently excellent and prices are so reasonable. They send emails for upcoming maintenance which is helpful.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Tony was very helpful, work was done in a timely manner. Very responsive, very pleased, they are now my " to go place".Updated 2 months later,"Check air pressure" is showing, dropped by Tony at Atlas, he could not have been more helpful, more timely removing nail and plugging/sealing hole. Air so low not safe to drive, took the time right then to fix. Excellent job sir.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

Very kinda and personable. Not pushy about things either!I knew there might be a potential oil leak and there checked on it with no problem! I appreciated that they went the extra length to do that for me. Price is also reasonable

Throughout my experience, Atlas Auto has gone out of their way to make sure I've been well-informed. They gave the most thorough diagnosis I've seen in writing so I could reference it, there has been someone to pick up the phone every time I've called, and test drove my vehicle (without an appointment) when I initially had concerns just to make sure my car was safe to drive. The owner, Mike, helped put my bike in my car when I first came to pick it up after the diagnostic, too. I haven't experienced the feeling of so much trust in an auto shop before even having my car serviced. Be sure to consider them next for your auto needs! Thank you, Atlas!

Just went in for a tire rotation. Tony and the guys there are always great to work with. They had it done in well under 30 minutes (maybe 20 minutes) and even left the car running with the A/C on for my comfort.

In June my truck was shuddering on acceleration so I took it to this business to get it fixed. They charged me 70 bucks for diagnostics and told me it was the transmission and that I should go to the dealer to get it looked at. It would have 159 dollars to just walk in the door at the dealership, much less replace the transmission. I thought better of it and took it to a local transmission shop and they correctly diagnosed the problem as a worn out U joint on the back half of the truck. So I go back to Atlas to ask if they stand by their work since they were so incredibly wrong about what was going on with my truck. The guy at the desk, Tony, wouldn't stand by it and literally told me that "I didn't put a gun to your head and tell you to go to the dealer" and that they made an "educated guess." Apparently they need more education because they didn't even guess the correct half of the truck, much less what was actually wrong with it. I was shocked at how rude this guy Tony was to a repeat customer. I have been taking my vehicles to Atlas for 20 years since it was Dubois Auto Clinic and have referred a number of family, friends and co-workers there in that time and this is how they treat me. Well I'm done taking my vehicles there for good, especially since the people I took my truck to after Atlas were super courteous, reasonably priced and knew what they were doing. Unless you like terrible customer service and no reasonable assurance that you get the correct repairs, I suggest you stay FAR away from this place.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I first came to Atlas about 2 years ago, seeking an alternative to a large dealership; and I have been pleased with the quality of both the technical/professional and the human services they provide.My recent appointment was easy to schedule; and I received service in 2 working days (they would have scheduled my service for an earlier date, but I had intervening appointments). The routine maintenance and inspection services I requested of Atlas were provided rapidly, were of of good quality, and were provided at a good price. The more specialized, non-routine, services I have requested in the past have also been handled competently.The front desk (Tony) is professional, concerned to do things right, and has gone beyond everyday scheduling and automotive Q-and-A to do a certain amount of research and trouble-shooting for me (during our face-to-face conversations and over the phone when I have had occasion to call). The lead-tech(s) and the service-tech(s) with whom I have spoken at Atlas have also been professional and responsible.Again, I first came to Atlas 2 years ago, seeking an alternative to a large dealership; and, I have been pleased with the quality of both the technical/professional, and the person-to-person service they provide.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Mike and Tony at Atlas Auto are not only knowledgeable but honest as well! I brought my car in for a noise I started hearing coming from the engine and although they were unable to diagnose the source of the noise at the time, they let me know that the car was safe to drive and if the noise got worse I could bring it back and they'd take a look at no charge. Sure enough when I brought it back a year later they not only determined what was causing the noise, explained it in a way I understood and could consider my options for moving forward, but they also kept their word and didn't charge me for it.They're great and would recommend to anyone!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Atlas Auto is our go to for service, they are always willing to work with you and figure out what is actually going on with your vehicle and fix the problem, rather than tacking on expenses like you may see at a dealer. This is my go-to place for a couple years now. The main reason being I trust that they aren't trying to sell me things I don't really need. They also stand behind their work. Prices are reasonable and the work gets done when they say it will. Great shop.

I have a vintage car and was lucky enough to find Atlas Auto Techs. They are patient, knowledgeable, super responsive, and fairly priced. Over the last two years, they have serviced my old car several times. Quality mechanics who you can trust.

I needed my radiator replaced and Atlas Auto Techs quoted me a fair price and performed professionally. The job was done on time and without any additional costs. I am happy I chose this service shop. I will no doubt be back the next time I require auto servicing.

With any business you can usually get cheap, fast, or quality service. Sometimes you can get two out of three if you're lucky. Atlas does pretty well across the board.I had an inspection done elsewhere, so I walked in knowing approximately what I needed (front shocks and rear struts) and give-or-take how much it should cost. I probably called a dozen places where estimates for repairs started around $1000 and went all the way up to $2500; however, all had long, vague wait times of days to weeks. Some were so slammed that they didn't even bother to give me a quote. Worse, some told me one thing in regards to price or wait time over the phone and another when I got to the shop, their version of the old bait and switch. Not great, which is why I kept my options open.It seemed nobody was able to get it done quickly for a reasonable price until I got to Atlas. They had my parts in stock, came in at around the $1250 mark, and could have it done the next day. They were the clear winner.True to their word, they had it done the next day and even fixed the weird noise my car had been making that nobody else could figure out. A few extra issues were identified, nothing major, but they called me first for my approval and it still ended up costing me less than their competitors even with the couple of extra parts they needed to replace. I think the grand total was around $1550. Again, even with the unexpected costs it was still significantly less than the vast majority of their competitors and faster by several days or more.My car is about 10 years old, but is now running quieter and more smoothly than it has in a long time. I brought my car in because I knew I needed new brakes and an alignment. They performed a thorough check and let me know exactly what needed to be fixed and why. They got my car done in 1 day even though the repairs were extensive. I even got to borrow a loaner car so I could get to work. My car is very safe now and drives like new. I TRUST these people because they always make repairs wells and they charge fair prices. Having worked on a lot of cars myself when I was younger, I really appreciate the detailed estimates and great customer service!They have a small waiting room that is squeaky clean and a picnic table outside so waiting is not unpleasant as it can often be at repair shops.In short. Took two vehicles for wheel alignment. Very satisfied with the alignment. They were able to fix a couple of things that they noticed were outside the original scope of work but needed to be done.
