Disappointed! I tried to pick up my order I purchased online. The associate that was working there had told me they were about to close. I told him I was here to pick up my order, and he told me he couldn t because the register had been shut down. There are 5 minutes left until closing. Shouldn t you lock the door before you shut your register off?

I used to love going here. The new people have no clue. All I wanted was some heater hose clamps. I ended up going to another place. They knew what heater hose clamps I needed. The person at advance decided they didn't have any because it doesn't show in the computer.

Great small store with what you need to get your vehicle in the place you want it. Sometimes things need to be ordered but staff has always been very helpful.

Used to do a lot of business with this store for the company I work for. It's not handled nearly as well as it did with Blake running it. Our company used to use advance auto to stock all of our filters and other misc. maintenance parts for our light duty vehicles. Long wait times over the phone are a real killer. However, most of the drivers are really solid. We've gone completely to Bumper to Bumper for stocking because there customer service is phenomenal.

Today I went into this store to get my codes read for a recent check engine light going on. Mike came out to help me and gave me so much information and guidance. For a person with little to no knowledge on cars, he gave me a lot of reassurance on what my next steps were and what could be the cause of my problem. I am so appreciative of Mike s amazing customer service!

Nice clean store, friendly and helpful staff helps us with hard to find auto parts regularly. Just saved a good customer with a impossible to source Prius 12 volt battery the other day. Thanks so much, keep up the good work.

Place your order online, there's always at least a 20% coupon or more. I've bought ~500 worth of stuff over the last 3 years and everything has worked out well.I had to exchange one rear brake drum because the bearing wasn't set up right. They looked at it while I showed them the problem and they brought out a replacement.The speedperks rebate thing is nice, when I changed the rear brakes I got $10 back, used it on jb weld to hold the exhaust heat shield up. Overall I like them better than the competition.

Great customer service and extremely helpful nice guys that work here. Being a woman, I am typically very cautious when we have to talk to car guys. I have been taken advantage of before and I am not about to let that happen again. Thankfuly, I had no reason to worry when I stepped in the door and the East Madison location, on Stoughton Rd. I needed a new headlight and new wiper blades. I didn't even have to ask for help, the guy who sold them to me, picked them up off the counter before I could get my wallet into my purse. He installed them for me and made chit-chat as he did it. I live in Sun Prairie, but I will definitely drive the extra time and miles to receive such wonderful customer service!!

The guys at Advance Auto helped me troubleshoot an issue with my battery at no cost and changed it for me when they figured out the original was no good...All while in the snow and cold! Great customer service. I'd go here again for any other basic maintenance problems.

Wow! Great customer service. I walked in with a list of maintenance supplies and within minutes, the incredibly helpful consultants were gathering items and providing advice. It felt a little like I d traveled back in time...

Hey, you need quality parts, priced Right and in stock?? This place is the place to go. Joe, he special ordered some parts, dug deep to make sure he had the correct information to get the right parts. Right on the money, great guy.

I went today to buy a buld lights and the person that was there told me that I can t buy anything because supposed the computer wasn t working. And there was another person i wait to see if he was going to said the same thing to the other person but not he let him buy it. I don t know if that person is racist

Person (forgot name) at about 2 p.m. at Advanced Auto on S Stoughton Rd in Madison WI was fantastic dealing with battery issues in my SUV. You are lucky to have a great employee like him.

Should be 0 stars. Employees set their own hours as they see fit. Who knows when they re open or closed. Don t waste your time, shop elsewhere.

They don t answer their phone, and their hours are incorrect. Was told the wrong hours by another Advance location and drove across town to find a handwritten Closed sign across their normal hours.
