I have an 08 duramax, was have trouble with low fuel rail pressure code, listen to what he has to say about after market injectors, I was out of town when I put in first bank of injectors, didn t know of any local diesel shops or of Kennedy diesel at that time, purchased them from nationwide parts store. Got home went to same parts store change and purchased the other bank of injectors, still had trouble with code, so I opted to replace CP3 purchased that from a local diesel shop in my area, which is a great quality shop also, had them check my old one they confirmed it was bad, but after installing I still had same issue, pulled all injectors out and took them to the diesel shop, they checked them for me, 3 where over fueling, 2 where leaking, 1 was under fueling, replaced them with Bosch injectors, problem solved, this diesel shop says the same thing as John Kennedy does about aftermarket injectors. I have personally emailed John for advice and have ordered tools and parts from them, everything has been spot on with them, if I didn t have a quality diesel shop close to me I would have ordered my injectors and cp3 from Kennedy Diesel.

I was having EGR issues with my 2006 Duramax and they helped me achieve the the outcome I was needing. I now have a 2010 Duramax and was having shifting issues and I contacted them via email and they answered all my questions fast and accurate. They recommended a new TCM and once received I threw it in and took care of my issue. They are helping with some tuning to my rig to help achieve the Duramax's full power without abusing my rig like all the company's that sell expensive plugins that cause issues over addressing power needs the correct way. I will keep using Kennedy diesel and recommend them to anyone wanting quality advice with excellent service.Services: Transmission, Auto engine tuning

I have a 2006 Duramax LBZ. Had trouble with it going into limp mode while towing anything with the dreaded 0087 low fuel rail pressure code. I stumbled across Kennedy diesel on forums and this guy was a life saver. He explained everything to me and I bought a new computer for my truck. Not even 10 minutes to change the part. That was 4 years ago and still no issues. If you have a low fuel rail pressure code do yourself a favor and just contact him right away before you try to throw a lot of time and money at it. He knows what he is talking about.

Beware of this company. I bought an extreme duty fan clutch for my Duramax and after installing it I drove 8 miles and wasn t watching my temps because I hadn t even got out of town or hit any hills yet and my engine overheating warning flashed in front of my eyes. Truck says idle engine to cool down so I pulled over immediately and truck got up to 270 degrees. I installed my stock fan clutch on the side of the road and the truck was running at normal temperatures again as it always did. 18 hours into my drive my piston broke in half and I strongly believe it is due to the engine over heating so badly from this faulty item. Kennedy refuses to give me a refund, they want to send me another clutch. My engine only had 23000 miles on it and now I m spending $13000 for another engine Andy business cannot be without a truck for the month it s taking to fix the truck so I had to buy another truck. I was stuck in another state with a broken truck and 40ft trailer. Took me 3 days to drive home get another truck and trailer and pull the broken stuff back. It s been a nightmare and this company is more concerned with the $139 then anything... unbelievable junk and horrible customer service.

Had one of their twin lift pumps installed on my truck, followed directions to a t and within 3000 miles and 8 months the wiring harness corroded and fell apart when I unplugged it. I live in and extremely dry environment with no road salt. I called them and they said it's on me to replace the harness. I'm very upset with their customer service on a $600 part. This will be the last time I purchase anything or recommend them for any service.

Had this guy fly by me on the highway and I was already going over the limit. No regard for you or your family's safety. Not surprised by the other poor reviews about the quality of his parts. If your going to drive around with your website on your truck, try not driving like an ahole ;)

Terrible service and they don't back their products! When I called for support in regards to a fingerstick for an egr blocker I was told "ya there's no warranty and we know they don't work" basically thanks for your money now beat it.

They have no understanding of the term customer service. I would do business elsewhere if I were anyone looking at this company.

This was a website visit. The site is well laid out, and the products I was interested in were easy to find with adequate descriptions provided.

Their pumps are great but their website is very misleading as well as the staff about fitment of parts and product
