Just bought an awesome set of tires From Domine, great prices. They noticed I needed an oil change , called me and included it on my appointment. Diagnosed a dreaded check engine light, repaired that at the same appointment! Awesome service men...quality work! I will definitely be back....Thanks again

I worked with Brendan and the team there today, we had a few bumps in the road trying to deal with my bank, so we went through with their financial institution. They were very welcoming and easy to deal with. They were very honest when I asked questions and so very helpful. I will most definitely be going back after the experience I had with them. They were not pushy with any decisions and I would recommend them to anyone. Very happy with my purchase.

We purchased a nice 2015 Chevy Silverado here in June of 2021. Justin and the team there were very easy to work with. The truck is great and the service and small town feel of this place made me very comfortable. Justin is a true professional and I would come back here for future truck purchases.

Our salesman Justin was very responsive, friendly, informative and gave us an excellent price on the vehicle we purchased. The whole experience from start to finish was fast, easy and transparent. The truck had a number of things repaired and the vehicle was in great shape and spotless, despite being an older model with siginificant miles. The COVID protocols were good. The selection of vehicles in our price range was good and Justin had them all available for us to test drive at our appointment. We would recommend Domine Auto for anyone looking to buy a used truck.

Bought a truck a couple weeks ago from them. Happy as can be with my purchase. Justin was by far the best car salesman I've dealt with since I started buying vehicles. No hassle and honest. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future

I started my search for a vehicle in August and liked how the staff treated me. So I came back a few times and Justin Wagner walked me through the process of searching for and finding a vehicle. So in October the right vehicle was on the lot and I bought it. Thank you for the great deal and the help. My family has a place to shop for cars now.

Justin is an amazing salesperson. I called at 11:20 on a Saturday morning for a vehicle that was in Dorchester. Justin got the vehicle to Loyal and stayed until after 2 o'clock answering any questions I posed. Justin went above and beyond to make this sale. Did I mention that this was a Saturday; a day when Domine closes at noon. A beautiful Saturday with his own family waiting at the campsite.Domine jumped through every hoop I asked of them, which was more than just a couple. Pam was a pleasure to work with as well. She even offered her own penny when I joked about the total price coming to xyz dollars and one cent.Pam, Justin and even Leann all humored me as we ran in to hiccup after hiccup on what should have been a quick process of paperwork.In my search for vehicles, I've dealt with 11 salespeople in the last 10 days. I've "fired" every one of them due to portraying inadequate knowledge and what I viewed as poor treatment of me due to my gender.I couldn't be happier with the treatment I received at Domine Auto! I only wish they had a vehicle that fit the bill of what I am looking for next. I would return to them in a heartbeat.

At first my experience with this dealer was great. After I purchased my four wheeler I brought it back for a winch issue, twice! Brian was nice to work with and so was Charlie. After I got my wheeler home and brought it back 2 times another issue occurred. This happened within a week. I live 2.5 hours from domine auto. This was no easy commute. Not only was it not easy, I had to do it more than once. The third issue I had with the wheeler, within the week was the clutch. It went out. My wheeler I bought only had 160 miles on it! So Brian wouldn t do anything for me to fix my issue. I bought my wheeler over a month ago and haven t used it but 1 time for an hour before it broke down. The customer service was horrible. Brian said it was my fault and nothing he could do or would do for me. Sold as is Ryan . I spent $7800 on this wheeler. Not only did I have the issues stated, I had more. All within a week mind you. Charlie and Brian both stated this machine was a demo. Come to find out I am the 9th owner of the wheeler and also the machine was totaled out once already in 160 miles! Also on top of it, arctic cat has been looking for this machine since 2015. My expirience with this company has not been good. I would Steer clear of this company. It has cost me almost $1000 to fix my four wheeler which I have not ridden since basically the day I bought it.I had to give this business a 0 star Rating because I spent so much time and money driving back-and-forth three separate times to the dealership to have nothing fixed.I m not happy with domine auto and never will be.

Just got rid of my 2010 Chevy Cobalt (85000 miles) that I bought from Domine in May of this year. Drove 700 miles on it and the coolant started to get into the motor. Bought the car for 4800 and was told it was a bargain. Before I bought it, I was told that it came with no warranty but that if anything major went wrong with it in a reasonable amount of time they would fix it for no cost. So I called the "Sales" manager and was told that he needed to talk with the "Service" manager about what they could do. Reason I'm putting them in "parentheses" is that they both own the business, are brothers, and would always pass me off to the other one to deal with. Long story short they said they would be willing to fix or troubleshoot the problem for the in house rate.......$70 an hour. Needless to say my local mechanics normal rate is $60 an hour. I ended up putting a head gasket, entire head, and water pump in it only to still have issues. Guessing the only thing left to replace is the motor. I'm into the vehicle $4800 + $1200 for the gasket, free work on the water pump, plus $1000 for the head replacement and I just sold the vehicle for a grand total of $1700. This is my first review on any website or any platform for that matter. Buyer beware but I would not do business with this place and it was nothing but a nightmare. ......not to mention the first time l called I was hung up on because they didn t want to hear about it! Customer service is non-existant. Serious folks don't do business with these people - Please!!!! Oh, and the fact that CarGurus and SureCritic give them high scores is a joke, remember money can buy just about anything these days! Don t be fooled!

They do not do proper inspection on their vehicles and do NOT stand behind their sales. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!We were told all inspections were done on this vehicle and after we bought it, it would not run right. They said "things happen". When asked why the engine was not inspected before putting it on the lot, the reply was, "We don't have time to do that with our vehicles". DO NOT BUY anything from them. They do not do proper DOT checks and falsify paperwork. Do not waste your time.

I bought a used truck and they were very transparent with everything. And told us everything they did to it along with printed records. Fast and easy purchase. With very little pressure.

These people are con artist and will rob you blind. Don t try to finance anything here because they ll steal your money and tell you it s non-refundable. 0/10
