Everyone I interacted with was fantastic! From the lady on the phone (who was incredibly kind and patient) to the young man who came to our aid and quickly resolved our issue. It was the type of service you hope for after a long day of car issues.

My rim came off on interstate, tow truck drive was real quick on seen and hooked it up in no time. They had my vehicle done by the next day. Everyone is so nice and super friendly, and rates are so reasonable. Today they gained a new customer wish they were a little closer but hard to find a good honest mechanic. The crew at Bill's Towing is great. Thank you

Great experience at Bill s Towing and Auto Repair! Had car trouble on the highway and was able to make it to their shop. The staff quickly diagnosed the problem, gave a fair estimate, and ordered the necessary parts to fix my vehicle. They did great work and my car is running better than ever. Highly recommended their services to anyone.

Driving home from dinner we slid into a ditch in very deep snow. We called our roadside assistance, from both Subaru and our car insurance, but neither were helpful. I remembered Bills towing wasn t too far away and called them to see if they could help. Thank God they answered at 9p at night and were able to get a tow truck out within 30 minutes. They didn t even ask for payment! What a great experience. Though we weren t far from home, it would have been very dangerous considering the weather conditions to walk the 1-2 miles. Not sure what we would have done if Bills didn t show up.

TL:DR - Bill's held my car hostage, damaged it while it was in their possession, then was unresponsive to attempts to contact re: damages. This summer I was in a car/deer accident. Bill's was dispatched by my insurance to tow my car. Instead of taking it to the repair lot as instructed, they took it back to their lot. After a couple of days of not taking the car to the shop, they stated that my insurance needed to contact them to authorize release. We found out it was because they wanted $1400 for the tow. Insurance took steps to get that in motion, but Bill's still would not release the car and insisted they had to deliver it, which delayed the process further. Finally they got my car to the repair shop.Once I got my car back after repairs were completed, I discovered that there was other damage (rear bumper and quarter panel, and center console). Had clear evidence that the damage was not present when the car was loaded onto the truck but was present when it arrived at the repair shop. Bill's was unresponsive to myself, the repair shop, my insurance agent, and the contracting company between insurance and Bill's. Eventually we were able to get payment from the contracting company who advised they would continue to follow up with Bill's. Don't know what ever came of that.(I am posting this to both Bill's locations - I believe towing was dispatched from Middleton but intake and followup was handled through Lodi location.)Edit to add, in response to owner's reply: This simply is not true. When the incident happened and I called my insurance company, we established that the car would be taken to the selected repair shop. The insurance company and repair shop were as surprised as I was when they learned that the car was taken to your facility, as that was not the agreed plan. But even if we put that part aside, that does not address the damage done to my car while it was in your hands, and that you would not respond to myself, the repair shop, my insurance, nor your own contracting and insuring company. We all attempted to call and contact you about this problem, but you did not follow through.I would love it if you would investigate this service call and its followup. If you can provide me an email address I would be happy to reach out, but I have no need or desire to chase you on the phone.

They were quick pulled car out of the ditch and when we noticed it had 2 flat tires they called in a flat bed and dropped the car right in our driveway. Both gentlemen we dealt with were wonderful. Hoping to not have to use them again just because don t want to have to need them. But if we do need someone we will call Bill s.

Great service and very professional. After being left stranded on the side of I90 after nearly losing my rear duals on my service truck, I called Bill's towing and Tracy was on the ball! Got everything around and set up for me between sending out a rollback, getting my truck right in for repairs, and even recommended a hotel for me to stay in while repairs are being done. Highly recommend

My 1980 MGB died and Ricky offered me amazing, professional service. He was patient on the phone and made me feel that his company would provide excellent service. I ended up not needing the tow (turned out I was out of gas and near a gas station) and offered him a tip for all his help and he declined. He wanted me to write a review with my experience so that is what I did. Would definitely call Bill's again if I needed a tow. Thank you Ricky!

Our car died in a restaurant parking lot. The dealership told me it was a security lock based on the indicator lights and I would have to have it towed. I called Bill's Towing. A truck arrived within an hour. The driver got it started with a jump. He adjusted the charge because I didn't need a tow. Thank you Charlie.

Highway robbery! One of our trailers needed two flat tire repairs a job that typically will go for $120 at any other establishment for both repairs. Without giving us a quote upfront This shop fixed the flat tires in two hours and decided to charged me almost $700 ($695) !!!! Disgusting, they wouldn't release my truck from their shop until we signed their credit card authorization form and had no other chooce but to pay this obscene amount. Talk about taking advantage of a small business during the holiday season. I'll be reporting to the better business bureau. Truckers Stay away at all cost especially my hard working Latinos that are usually overcharged and taken advantage.Shame on you.

My car was completely dead in my driveway and they were out in less than an hour to assist me. Wonderful customer service and great advice - saved me a big repair bill by assuring me it was just a cold battery nothing else wrong! Thank you!

Wonderful service! Picked up the phone right away and the receptionist was so kind. The service man was in a real bind as far as the space he had to work with, but he worked with me to get the car straightened out in the parking spot.

We broke down in our RV on a Sunday on I90/94. We were very lucky we found Bills to come and get us! They came and got us as soon as they could. They towed us back to their shop and let us plug up our RV so my husband could stay in it while me, my Mom, my daughter, niece and a dog had to stay in the hotel across the street. They had us fixed and repaired by lunch the next day. We were fortunate that it was an ac pump that busted and shredded our serpentine belt. Very lucky once again to have found Bills!!!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! Broke down on interstate and State trooper assisted calling closest place, which was Bill's Towing, less than 3 miles away. Waited the entire following day for them to call with what was wrong. Said it was PCV Valve. My quote was $1489! So l asked how much was the tow, they said $289. I didn't even complain. Told them don't do any repairs. Called my trusted mechanic, he quoted me $440 complete for parts and labor. Tried paying Bill's for the tow over phone, so my mechanic can go pick it up with HIS tow truck. Said they would send link for payment. I waited 7 HOURS and finally told my other tow truck l would meet him there and pay in person so he can take the car. They charged me every fee you can think of, even $40 for gas and Admin fees. I did expect half hour labor for diagnostic, but it was far more than that. They charged me $481 just so l can take it and put on a different tow truck. Minus the $289 they said the tow cost me, the reapir difference from my trusted shop was HUGE. $1200 Vs. $440!?!? Absolute scammers! It's not like my regular mechanic is cheap either, just honest. Places like this are the exact reason you need a trusted mechanic. I feel sorry for anyone breaks down and ends up with these scammers coming to the "rescue". I suppose the only way they can stay in business is by taking advantage of people breaking down. Nobody in their right mind would end up there intentionally. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Charged $1200 to drive my son s vehicle out of a field and says they had to put it on a flatbed to get it out. They picked the car up and took it to their lot That s not even 20 minutes from the scene! A little ridiculous for pricing, but like everybody said in the area he s a Crook so I don t recommend for towing unless if you want a big bill

I hit a deer outside Sauk City and I called Bills towing for a tow. They were there within 30 minutes. They took my car to the tow yard and were very quick on getting it to the body shop for me. They were very courteous. I strongly recommend Bill's towing.

They were supposed to do an "unattended tow" since I had to get to work. They left my vehicle on the side of the road for DAYS. After multiple phone calls I had to get a ride back to the location where I found my vehicle still sitting on the shoulder, despite Bill's claim that they towed it. In the end I had to get it towed by a different company yet Bill's still tried to charge my insurance for the tow they failed to perform. Both I and my insurance company were appalled by their unscrupulous behavior. They are thieves and con artists. Avoid at all costs.

(Keep in mind the price of their quote in the photo MINUS the towing)The owner was "offended and doubted I could find a better price" when my alternator went out in my vehicle.Bill's Towing and Auto Repair quoted me $1275 for the job i just paid $790.00 to a local mechanic for.Well, I think i found a better price. Other mechanics in my area also quoted me $927, $873, and $914.EVERYWHERE was cheaper than this place.EVERYWHERE ELSE WAS ALSO COMPETITIVELY PRICED IN COMPARISON TO EACHOTHER.Please do not do your business here. They are greedy and offended when you think they aren't fair priced.Service: Car towing

When I found a nail in a tire which was losing air fast as I drove from Minneapolis to Milwaukee, they saved me by putting on my spare for me. They were friendly, quick and so reasonably priced. They saved me from big trouble and kept me on schedule.

Tried charging $400-600 more than most places and added 2 hours to the job time to get more shop rate pay. When I was waiting in line a nice elderly couple came in and asked for a status on a vehicle they dropped off at the beginning of July and they didnt even have a status for them almost two months later. Their tow truck driver forgot to close my hood while he was towing my car even. He also didnt put on the parking brake when it was on the flat bed and my car was jerking back and forth (poor transmission). On top of that when he parked it he left it in reverse. Their mechanics clearly dont have their heads on straight. One of the mechanics or possibly the owner was offended when I asked if i could have my car towed somewhere else. I ended up getting it home and a local mechanic did it for $450 less.. I told them if they could work with me id happy to do my business there but they said i wouldnt be able to find anyone cheaper anywhere else..
