Customer service at this shop is always amazing. My parts ordered are correct and on time. Had my ls for a few years now and it's been a great unit. Don't hesitate to stop by and give them a look.

Had a great experience with Village Tractor, great staff, very helpful. Very happy with my xj2025, it does everything that I ask it to do. Would definitely buy from Village Tractor again.

Within the last year or so my boyfriend and I have dealt with Village tractor a bunch, and he has purchased MANY items from this location! Upon the first purchase of a tractor, implements were purchased, trips were made and not to mention texts/phone calls exchanged with questions and very accommodating and helpful answers/troubleshooting. Josh is typically who we deal with and has continued to go absolutely above and beyond for us each and every time, not to mention remembering who we are and what we have purchased, asking how things are and being very honest on his product reviews for what is all offered at Village. Early on we had a little issue, we called spoke to Josh and he drove when it wasn t his job to do so, or necessary and made it right. Needless to say that is the reason we keep coming back. Take the drive to this store, they are incredible!

Just got my new 6158c worked with sales and service had the tractor delivered in 2 days with added hydraulics and it was coming from another location. Very impressed with service manager went through entire tractor. He went through all filter, placement drain plugs and grease fitting then went through all buttons and switches inside,outside and how they work. I looked at many different brands and went to many different dealership I felt that most of the other dealership. Felt like they were to busy for a lot of questions and that they didn't have answers to them! service and costumer relation are key when buying any large purchase. Great team of professional over at village tractor.

Bought a tractor from this place.They were very nice taking my 20k.Assured me of their Fantastic Customer Support and great products. They even do a 50hr check-up on it, come out and pick it up and everything, all for free. They are THAT committed to their products and customer base.Upon delivery, I asked to be shown how to flip the seat around. The man looked at it for a few seconds, pointed to the lever that turns it, and said, "You just pull this here and flip it around.""Flip it how? Can you show me?""I don't have time, but it's real easy," he assured me as he hurried off.I could not flip the seat around despite much effort and scratching up of my brand new seat. I ended up having to call their Fantastic Customer Support team, who sent someone else out to discover the seatbelt and flipping mechanism had been PUT TOGETHER WRONG, and was actually impossible to function correctly.Instead of admitting to this failure, the driver left it for me to struggle over, while refusing to help, and left it for someone else to deal with, at a later time. Not their problem!But not to worry, they'll be taking care of me for its check up, I was reminded. They come out and pick it up and I don't have to worry about ANYTHING.So I called for its check up today and was informed that in no way was this service call free, this was a $200-300 service. How could I possibly think this was free?I reminded them that I was TOLD it was free, and was informed they told me no such thing. But would be happy to offer me a 10-15% discount for my troubles.So in all, not a great experience. I would not consider this a trustworthy or reliable company. If, like they insist, they did not outright "lie" to both me and my spouse, they definitely fibbed, reworded, heavily implied, and then for sure told us something that was untrue, to make juuust a little extra on us.Disappointing at best. Deceitful at worst.

I purchased a new 1025 in October and have given it a workout. I am very happy with the tractor and their service and support is exceptional. If you are looking for a top-notch place to buy a reasonably-priced tractor, GO HERE!

I have been looking at different tractor brands over the past 6 months, so I stopped to check out the LS brand of tractors. They let me test drive the tractor I was interested in. Very helpful and knowledgeable sales person, and staff. I was satisfied with the attention, and help I recieved while I was there.
