This AutoZone in particular will never see a single penny of my money again. My grandma had needed tire pressure sensors. The mechanic had not given her a particular brand to buy, so she came here and bought some that she thought would do the job. After the mechanic had installed them we found that the sensors weren t compatible with their scanners used to program them. After calling everywhere in the fox valley area in hopes to find anyone who can program these sensors, I had been told that almost no one will have the scanner needed because the sensors are basically outdated technology. Once I realized all of my attempts of finding someplace to help were useless I called this AutoZone. I had asked if I would be able to get a refund. The staff member I spoke to said his manager said they can t give me a refund. That was not an option I m afraid. My poor grandma had been trying all day to get this seemingly small issue resolved and spent a good amount of money, so I wasn t going to take no for an answer. I had told the staff member I needed to speak to the manager. Allegedly he was on break yeah right. Another family member had called to get a refund as well and also got a hard no for an answer. Luckily for us he had found someone that could actually program the sensors. At the end of the day you had sold my elderly grandmother on a fixed income a part you most likely knew she wouldn t be able to get programmed with no warning to her. Then proceeded to deny us a refund which I believe goes against your 30 day warranty policy. The part was installed but should be deemed faulty if it s unusable. Your store manager didn t have the decency to speak to me on the phone. If the store manager is reading this you are very lucky that we managed to make this work because you are an indecent person. Next time you sell someone something that they can t even use just give them a damn refund for it at the very least.

Woke up to a dead vehicle battery, was able to jump and get over to AutoZone to have them replace for free as advertised all over but was rejected because the guy working with his IDGAF attitude said it s just me today and he may get other customers and it could take him to long .. yes I was going to purchase the new battery there as well. Strapped for time as I was heading out of town for work I stopped Next door.O Reilly s Auto Parts will now have my continued business and recommendations as they were happy to help me out and cheerful to talk with. Also, not a single customer pulled into AutoZone while I was being helped basically in the same parking lot.Way to help out your customers AutoZone, I now see why the parking is typically empty. If this is the policy for when an employee with working alone you should probably stop advertising free battery replacements.11/6/2023

My reason for visiting this Auto Zone auto parts location today was to replace one windshield wiper blade that had a broken clamp.It was my absolute pleasure to have met and to have received customer service from an Auto Zone associate by the name of Montana this evening.Montana displayed significant overall product knowledge and outstanding associate skill set.When I decided to look into some other items Montana knew immediately where the items were located walked me to the exact location of the items and to my positive astonishment - discussed the pros and cons of some of the items/products in which I was contemplating purchasing but did not know which one to choose between.Montana s additional professional knowledge and informational advice pertaining to product specs, quality and outcomes was phenomenal.If a consumer is lucky enough to visit this location while he is working that consumer should consider him or herself lucky!To the manager and/or owner of this location I am pretty sure you know the asset that you have with having Montana as an associate with your company. Please sure he is recognized for this!Oh yeah....and p.s. The initial one windshield washer blade I came in for ended up being a purchase 8 times the amount more. So...kudos on the sale Montana!

I was having a hard time finding the correct tool to change my light in my headlight if my jeep. I normally go to o Reilly s but for whatever reason the kid they had working was very unhelpful. I went next door to auto zone. Not only did they correct the wrong light I was sold they even put my new light bulb in for me. I appreciate the two gentlemen that helped me with my light so much thank you for going above and beyond for me it honestly made my day and you gained a new customer

I've been here twice for wipers. Front and back. They installed both for me. The back one was tricky and two employees came out and installed. Very nice guys. Excellent customer service.

It s very helpful to be able to rent expensive tools for free( you put down a deposit they give back when tool is returned) you need for you job at hand but you don t have a frequent use for but I assume the others do it as well. They have a good selection of products at decent prices but you can definitely get it cheaper online and if you use codes at other places to get 20-30% off all the time on most products. I do go here first for the most part then walk next door if I don t find what I want. Some workers are helpful and others not so much but you can t expect them all to know auto parts just because they work at a auto part store . ;)

Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Some of the best customer service I ve ever seen. Ashley, Montana, and Andrew went far above and beyond what would be considered outstanding customer service. Had burnt out tail light which they offered to change right away at the store in not so nice weather. Screw was stripped and we were having a tough time. We were almost stuck, but they were able to use their own assortment of tools from their own vehicles and got the job done! Not only replaced the stripped screw, but replaced all four star bit screws with better so it doesn t happen to us again down the road. They could have easily given up and sent us down the road to fix it ourselves, but they didn t give up. Stunningly superior customer service! Thank you!

I went to Auto Zone the prior week and had my check engine light diagnosed. Montana was very polite and helpful as to what we needed to replace. The next week after having a mechanic replace the coil, the check engine light came back on again after picking it up. Andrew at the Little Chute location was absolutely exceptional and helped re-check ! He went above and beyond what I would have expected, to help me figure out if the mechanic I went to had ripped me off/lied about replacing a part and if other recommendations made by the mechanic were bogus or not. He educated me on different scenarios in which the mechanic could have made an innocent mistake and how to go back and speak with the mechanic and give them the benefit of the doubt before accusing them of anything. What he advises is because of his background of being a mechanic and is very educated in this field. I couldn't thank him enough!

The staff is extremely helpful here as far as helping you get exactly what you need. Most of the time too they are down to chit chat if it isn't to busy. Really welcoming place, and you can get most of the auto parts you need. Always better to call ahead just in case.

Stopped in to this location to get parts for a brake job. Online order was ready on time and correct. The staff was friendly as usual. I would highly recommend stopping in for any parts you need for a vehicle.

Today my daughter and I were having some car issues we went to O'Reilly's to have them charge the battery they said it was fine for some reason I just felt we had to go to AutoZone and we did and the staff there is phenomenal they go above and beyond. We are having battery issues they helped us and made sure we were good before me and my daughter left. I will never forget the faces of the gentleman that helped us and just told us Merry Christmas. You guys are awesome at AutoZone and I wish everyone was like you guys. Happy holidays and God bless. We will now only get parts or anything for our cars at AutoZone just because of your staff at the Little Chute branch Kudos Little Chute AutoZone staff

I was not a customer today but I feel that one of your employees her name was Ashley should get recognized for going above and beyond I was at Piggy Wiggle and my vehicle wouldn't start and this young lady ask if I needed any help so I explained that my vehicle wouldn't start, so she asked me to pop open the hood so she could take a look and it turned out that my battery cable was lose so she went back to her vehicle and got some tools to fix it. I wanted to pay her for the job that she did but she didn't want any money all she said was that she was happy to help and to have a great day. Thank you again Ashley for your help.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. We dropped our vehicle off for a tire repair and got a call about half an hour later that our vehicle was ready.

Not sure if this is normal, but stopped to get a tail light bulb. The store manager came out immediately and helped us change it. He was very helpful and knowledgeable!! Will be back!

Some lady named Ashley was being very loud and disruptive, saying she was in an argument with a person named Ron and she was yelling back at him and she said was gonna lunch him in the teeth if he ever did that to her again! This was very concerning to me, and the other customers in this store at this time! Their were 2 men also in the store and their faces showed it all wondering why this girl was employed here! This makes me very sad to see because I love this store but this lady always is rude and has an attitude when I come into get parts! Ashley should not work at autozone!

Visited Little Chute Store #1973 today to discard a battery. Store manager, Ron, was very pleasant and exceptionally helpful. No wonder he's the manager! Thanks again Ron!

Went into the store today to get what I thought was a very generic part. (I had the part I needed replaced along) I was waited on right away which is why the 2 star rating. However, the guy tryin to find the part I needed was having no luck. Another guy took over and said they did not carry it but gave me a website I could order it from. This process took at least 15 minutes. Not very knowledgeable about automotive. Left there went next door to O'Reillys. Walked in, showed the lady my part, she walked down an aisle, grabbed the part, rang me up, done prob within two minutes. The part was a carburetor pre heater hose and it is basically generic. No make, model year of vehicle needed. Sorry folks but very unlikely that I'll be back. You use to have a couple of really knowledgeable guys workin there but not any more.

The clerk was incredibly helpful going above and beyond! My truck had several issues going on and he helped me out with everything! Definitely going back and I highly recommend AutoZone on Main Street in Little Chute!

They told me that they had my part in stock, i drove 25 minutes there and what do ya know they dont have it . Good thing oreilys is next door they had one! I think Oreilys will get my business next time!

I frequent this place and it is touch and go, they have the resources and a times very eager to help, other times not so much. Always different people working, I prefer seeing familiar faces, makes you wonder about why the high turn over.
