They do really good work and their prices are fair. But most importantly they understand the science and functioning parts of all the various toys that we ride on the trails. The work they have performed on my ATVs and UTVs has been excellent. LWH

This weekend, Memorial Day weekend out utv blew a tire on the grade. We were #6 today. We called another dealer to the south they didn t want our business apparently. We called Northern Powersports and they were more than willing to help. They were closing at noon so we hightailed it over there. They went above and beyond and we are grateful for their assistance on a more than busy weekend!

Excellent service! Yesterday my snowmobile belt blew within 5 miles of Northern Power Sports. After working on it for over an hour, I contacted them to see if they would have time to look at it with the high possibility of taking the clutch off to unravel the shreds from the belt. The two young men that assisted with this were outstanding and knowledgeable, it was very much appreciated. Thank you again for your kindness and fast response. It is greatly appreciated.

What a pleasure to work with Ryan! It's so nice to see someone who really gets customer service. I ordered a snow plow that was supposed to be in Monday and I had to drive 2 1/2 hours to get it installed. When I got there the plow wasn't there and they could not get a delivery time. Ryan told me to take his truck back home and he would deliver the plow on the truck the next day.Do drive the extra it takes to get there and you will be pleased with REAL customer service!! Thanks again Ryan!

We were on the trails and blew a tire right outside of Carter. We called Northern Power Sports after hours at 6:30pm. Ryan picked us up and had us back to our cottage within 30 minutes! Exceptional service and will be telling everyone we know to keep them on speed dial!

Waited since end of October to get parts for a Blizzard plow. I've called numerous times and NO call back it's now middle of March. I'have also stopped in numerous times and is never around. I'm a local business man and want to keep it local. Not happy at all!

Excellent experience. Picked up my machine loaded and strapped down. They did not have to do that. I recommend them highly.
