The owner caring about his clientele is the only reason I am giving 3 stars here. A repair was done on my vehicle incorrectly and I was out of a vehicle for roughly 5 months due to issues prolonging from an incorrect repair. The owner was very understanding and sympathetic towards my situation, which I am assuming can be clarified as a one off because service is usually excellent here. I also experienced having to run a warranty claim on a battery that they put in and the owner immediately assisted in finding a solution due to me no longer being in that area. I know they offer free pick up and drop off when they are working on your vehicle which is extremely convenient. The business philosophy and principles are sound I just wish that the service experience was better.

Pinks tried to overcharge me nearly 200$ because they fixed things I said I didn t want them to fix. Did not repair the problem I did want fixed correctly and put a broken piece back on my vehicle. They did not follow up with me when I communicated these issues several times.I do not recommend Pinks, and I will not be going back.

Great honest people. Was 100% honest with me and didn t charge me a penny to look over my vehicle deeply. I feel like if I would have went anywhere else they would have had me spend hundreds without being completely truthful with me. Thank you Mike! You have saved me a lot of time and money. Will be using them from now on.

I would like to thank Pink's Automotive for consistently taking care of my family and cars. A.J. and his team of awesome mechanics and staff have always made sure that my vehicles are repaired professionally, thoroughly and timely at a fair price. I drive my vehicles hard and to very high mileage. (At over 50k miles a year (A good portion on gravel) I break stuff)... I am so glad that I can count on this team to keep my car reliable! Great job Pink's! Thanks again!

My parents had a very loud noise coming from the rear tires of their vehicle and suspected it could be the wheel bearings.They took it to pinks automotive and told them to take a look at their wheel bearings.Pinks had taken a look and concluded that both of the front wheel bearings needed to be replaced and this would cost well over $700.At this point me and my parents were a bit confused, the sound was clearly coming from one of the rear tires. So we decided to get a second opinion from another auto shop.We arrived at another auto shop and all we told them was we think one of our wheel bearings might be bad, could you check them out for us? .After checking it out, they told us that one of our rear wheel bearings needed to be replaced.For under $200 we got it replaced and our vehicle is no longer making strange loud noises!Had we let pinks automotive replace both front wheel bearings, we would ve spent a whole lot more cash and still would have a rear wheel bearing that needed to be replaced.Was pinks automotive trying to squeeze more money out of us? Or was it an honest mistake that they overlooked the issue with the rear wheel bearing?It s hard to say for sure, but one thing is for sure, we re glad we took our business elsewhere.

We broke down in our motorhome on our way to Florida. The good Lord must have been watching over us because he sent us to Pinks Automotive in Lancaster Wisconsin. We have never ever been treated so well by strangers. We were treated with friendly smiles and true concern of our well being. We have been here a week and they have gone above and beyond. We are no longer strangers and I truly believe we can call them friends..thank you AJ and all your great staff for looking after us Canadians.

Although I didn't have an appointment, Mike and the crew worked me in, fixed my car and had me back on the road in a few hours. Friendly and professional service!!

I would like to acknowledge AJ and his staff at Pink's Automotive in Lancaster. We were in need of some serious car repairs and AJ worked with me, long distance and accomplished the task. Not only did he do the diagnosis and repairs, he did the legwork to locate the best value for parts. I am so appreciative of the extra care and compassion that seems to be so rare now days. Thank you AJ for going above and beyond to help us resolve our car issues and you did it with exceptional customer service. Thank you

We were told that our speedometer was off so we took it in to have it looked at. After a couple of hours and multiple tests later we were told that it was just fine! They didn't even charge us since there was no problem discovered.

Prices are steep. Not saying they don't do decent work, but in reality they don't. Not attentitive at all. I would recommend shopping around if you are able to. Especially if you drive or own a Semi.

It's was the worst service I ever had in my life I would recommend go somewhere else they don't do what they say and the owner was very rude and he was swearing at my wife.
