Awesome employees! Had a emergency on the road during our road trip. We called ahead and they had all the parts we needed. They were even kind enough to allow us to barrow tools to fix the issue in the parking lot and get us back on the road, which was awesome since we are several hundred miles away from home.

Great people beyond customer service! We had a car battery die abruptly and they came to the rescue with a battery and install. Thank you Ray and the staff at O'Reilly's Lancaster. We need more people like you that recognize when people need assistance and jump in to give them a hand.

I wish every place had this kind of customer service-I had to get a replacement V-belt for my '65 mustang; I stopped at the Lancaster location after work, and the search began. The knowledgeable & awesome lady behind the counter walked out to the car with me 3x to get multiple measurements, as well as the belt # (that information wasn't coming up correctly on the computer.) She made the effort over and beyond just slapping a belt on the counter and sending me on my way; she willingly went out of her way to get me what I needed and THAT kind of effort & customer care is exceptionally hard to find nowadays.

O'Reilly Auto Parts is a very competitive competitive store they overcharged their product they don't have gender-neutral bathrooms they're not very respectful to people they get to you and they get to you and that is not a very nice thing to do especially when there's nobody in store and as far as that goes it's not really hard to understand why there's nobody in the store when they make you stand there for 20 minutes before they even say get to you they could at least call somebody else up in order to help you if you're even shopping in their store considering how high the prices are

The manager installed the wipers I bought and showed me the proper attachments to use for my model and make. And it was raining!
