I had an amazing experience at Les Mack in Lancaster, WI. Brad Davis was my sales associate and he came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. He was very knowledgeable and patient to answer all the questions I had. He explained all the features my 2024 Chevy Equinox had to offer and even showed me the alert system feature when I locked my husband in the back seat:) He made my car buying experience a wonderful one.Troy Kerkenbush explained all of the additional finances. His knowledge and no pressure approach set my mind at ease about choosing the right options for me.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom. She was in need of a new vehicle after hers was beyond repair. She traded my late fathers' Chevy Silverado in. The truck was bought at Les Mack. She shopped around at another Ford dealership in the area but nobody would give her a fair price for the truck as a trade in. She dealt with Wade (coincidentally, Wade sold my dad the truck only a few years ago.) Less than 24 hours later, my mom drove away in a used Ford Escape. She couldn't be happier with the car and the buying experience. Wade sat in the car with her and explained everything. Everything from how to move the seats, to the more complicated, features on the screen.The attention to detail during the buying process was above and beyond her expectations. If you are in need of a vehicle, don't go anywhere but Les Mack. Make sure you ask for Wade. You won't regret it.

Dealing with Les Mack Chevrolet was simple easy and strait foreward.No suprises in the finance room. No suprises from the sales team.Salesman Brad was curtious and competant. This purchase was pretty much an on line deal, Brad was quick with confirmation the vehicle was available, the price and the aplicaple discount and fees. First responder discount was the only applicaple discount in addition to my GM rewards points. Brad quoted solid price in less than 15 minutes no run around like some of the competition.If you can say a car buying experience is a pleasant experience then the Les Mack experience was pleasant and likely took around an hour or less from start to finish with no stress and no pressure tactics.Les Mack Dealerships celebrated 50 years in buisiness and sell the big three.I will likely buy from this dealership again and have recommended to friends and family.

Everyone greeted me when they saw me. Gary and Troy took very good care of me. Gary gave me all my options in the vehicle I was looking for. Options I was never given before at previous dealerships. Troy did a great job explaining everything to me as I was signing. I will definitely be back!!!

I delt with Wade Duncan. He was great to deal with. I'm in a wheelchair and can't walk. He saw to it I could get around your dealership in a office chair on wheels. Not many people would be that helpful. As far as I'm concerned Les Mack is the only place to buy a vehicle. Great experience. Now if the vehicle is as good all will be great. Steve, Troy, and the crew helped immensely with my first car purchase. They provided every bit of information needed to make the transaction as comfortable and easy-going as possible. If you ever run into Les, he's a great man to talk to and be around.

I could not be happier with my recent buying experience with Les Mack Chevrolet Buick. Sales Consultant Wade Duncan helped me every step of the way and answered all my questions and concerns. I really appreciate his expertise in the buying process - it sure made it easier for me to make my final decision. I also want to recognize Business Manager Troy Kerkenbush that finished up with the final paperwork. His knowledge definitely helped to make that process go very smoothly. Great people to work with!

This was my second car I purchased from Les Mack. Steve and the team could not have been more accommodating and helpful. I drove both times from the Hartland area. Only way I would make a two hour drive is for a great experience. I purchased one new and one used vehicle. Thanks for making car shopping enjoyable.

We were on vacation with Lancaster as a stop off, we were towing a trailer and started to have Brake issues with our truck. We went to Les Mack (on a Monday) without an appointment, they took our truck in the shop immediately and had issue figured out in a few minutes. Ordered the part, had them overnighted and we were on the road by 10am on Tuesday. Thank you to everyone at Les Mack for going above and beyond!

I ve dealt with Steve, and he s made my car buying process easy and fast! Buying my Jeep from out of town, I was skeptical about finding an amazing deal, but thankfully Les Mack proved me wrong. They were very knowledgeable and courteous, and made me feel secure about my purchase. If you re getting a car, these guys are worth the trip, and will get you the BEST possible price! Would highly recommend!

Les Mack Chevrolet always fits our vehicles in to meet our schedules. We just completed a family trip and needed to get an oil change and they scheduled and completes our service as promised. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else for service!

I loved Les Mack! I drove from South Dakota, a 6 hour drive, to get here. Although it was a long drive, I have no regrets! My husband and I love our car, and they truly took care of us. They had everything ready when we got there, and Wade was fantastic. He asked us questions just to get to know us, and we had a great time.Unlike other car dealerships we've been to, they didn't pressure us to buy extra stuff that we didn't need. Literally, they told us when it was worth it or not. They truly want their customers to leave with with what is best for them. If possible, I would give them 10 stars. 12/10 would highly recommend them for any car shopping.

I absolutely LOVE this car dealership! I bought my first car here back in 2009 and it was a super easy process. Then in 2017, my husband and I purchased a minivan from here. Again, the process was super easy. Lastly, I just purchased a Ford Fusion from them about 2 weeks ago. It had been a STRUGGLE with other dealerships in the area. Then I saw that Les Mack had the vehicle I was looking for. We went in, looked at the car, and signed all of the paperwork in the same day. It was a smooth and easy purchase. I didn't feel like I needed to negotiate the price at all because it was already what I was expecting to pay. I got the license plates put in while I signed the paperwork. Never felt pressured into adding anything to the purchase and ever fee was thoroughly explained. It has been a great experience each time I have purchased a car here. From now on, I doubt I will go anywhere else!

We have purchased 5 vehicles from Les Mack, all dealing with Wade Duncan. Excellent service. Customer is definitely first and Wade has gone out of his way to make the experience enjoyable and smooth. Everyone at Les is genuine, no bs. Troy was awesome on his end too. Will gladly go back to Les Mack again for future vehicle needs.

I could not be happier with my purchase from Les Mack Chevrolet. My Sales Consultant, Wade Duncan, was friendly, informative, and very attentive throughout the buying process. I was purchasing from out of state, which made the deal a little more complicated, but Wade, along with his Finance Manager, Troy Kerkenbush, made sure that everything went smoothly. I would recommend Wade Duncan and Les Mack to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.

I drove 250 miles to by a new truck from Les Mack. I did that because they had the truck I wanted, but now I would make the 250 mile trip again just because the process was so easy. These are good guys! Had Wade for Sales and Troy for the paperwork. They are welcoming and made it easy. Five stars from me! Gotta love small town America!

As always, Wade Duncan and the crew were very helpful in promptly answering any questions we had. Ben did a wonderful job in presenting the purchasing options available to us through the dealership. AMAZING!!!!!! Dusty was amazing, kind, and helpful. Not pushy at all! I had experienced horrible Customer Service elsewhere, I got to Les Mack and felt so welcome! Troy in finance was also great to work with. I cannot rave enough about how good our experience was! If you are looking for an honest salesman/company with good vehicles, LES MACK is the place to go! It was out of our way, but well worth the extra mileage!

I am a freshman in college. Never bought my own car, never had my own car insurance, i have little (but decent for a 19yr old) credit. I went to Les Mack and met with Carson & Troy and they helped me get a great car, get approved with a loan, and walked me through the ins and outs of getting a used car. Les Mack didn t have any hidden fees or try to add on anywhere else and kept it real 100% with me. I recommend this dealership to anyone! Thanks again!

I was very happy that they were able to come to my home and pick up my vehicle for an oil change and then drop it back off at my home. They made it easy n not stressing for me to get my vehicle in and then I was able to get in to pay the dealership when I was able as I was out of town for work.

A great dealership selling quality cars! The total package. Best brands, and best new and used cars and trucks. Les Mack has always made sure that we got a great deal every time we bought a car from them. Everyone at Les Mack goes out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable with the car you choose and are happy before you leave. We just bought our 6th car from Les Mack in over the last twenty five years. We never have and never will go anywhere else to buy a car.

Was happy with the buying a truck from them until 5 yrs after buying a $30,000 Truck the frame rusted out so bad I'm being told I have to junk it. I have always kept my truck clean, especially in the winter months & no one can explain what has happened. Called to see if dealership could help me and they didn't seem to care that I am now out of a vehicle that I paid good money for.

I bought a Silverado from this dealership and can't say enough good things about the experience. Wade was a straight shooter, and was incredibly accommodating throughout the whole process. I live 4.5 hours away, in the twin cities, and they offered electronic paperwork, and even delivered the truck to me. Seriously above and beyond, would go back for my next vehicle for sure.

I traded in my Toyota Sequoia for a gently used Yukon XL today at Les Mack, they were amazing. Super quick, friendly, no BS. In and out in less than 45 mins with a great new truck. The truck was beautifully portered, full of gas, and ready to go. Just wish they had a location in Milwaukee... Thanks Les Mack

Awesome!! My husband and I have purchased vehicles from Richard Mack for more than 15 years. After moving out of the area we drove over 80 miles to purchase our newest suv from Les Mack's. We know we can trust Richard to give us the best deal. Best experience ever!!

I just bought my dream car, a Dodge Avenger, and got a great car at a great price. I grew up in that area & now live in Middleton but came back to Les Mack to buy my new car instead of other car dealerships up here. I did lot's of researching with different car dealerships before committing, and found Les Mack to be the best place with the best price. Wade & the staff were so polite, helpful, patient, explained everything to the T, and did everything they could to get me into my new car asap. And they offer the best service, if anything was to ever go wrong.

I have been dealing with Wade Duncan at Les Mack Chevrolet for quite a few years now. I am not sure how many used and new vehicles I have bought, but I know one thing, I have been treated very well every time. Wade is very helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone in the office is very friendly and they make you feel right at home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I will continue to do business here.
