Had my trailer for 3 years now and it has done everything I have needed it to do along with my friends and family using it. Still in great condition!

Buyer beware! Lakewood Trailers has absolutely no customer service after the sale. I was told getting the trailer fixed was My Problem from the owner, all they do is sell trailers. After talking with American Hauler for 9 months, my trailer is finally getting fixed by King Trailer Sales in Wausau. I highly recommend the staff at King Trailer Sales, very helpful and honest people.Another lesson learned was do not go with the screwless exterior on a NightHawk trailer. They do not hold up well going form -20 winter to high 90 s in summer. King Trailer informed me that they will not sell that type of trailer because they do not hold up.If you plan to never have a problem with your trailer, Lakewood will sell you a trailer at decent price, if you have a manufacturer problem with the trailer, it s a nightmare, please don t make the same mistake I did. Go see King Trailer Sales in Wausau.

Updated 6-27-22 Still no response from Lakewood Trailers. Please contact me to fix the damaged trailer you sold me. Do you have customer service?6-13-22 Stephanie, I have tried calling, leaving VM s and texting about the damaged trailer you sold me but you are not responding to anything and it has been 3 months. Not sure how else to contact you so I am doing it through a review. Please text or call me at your earliest convenience so we can get the trailer fixed. Thanks.

I bought a dump and go dump trailer from then that has been a nightmare from the first time I tried to use it selinoid failed had to replace with one from NAPA still waiting for the warranty replacement from manufacturer this is a 2020 trailer that is already rusting. And very poorly made. Laurie at the store has been no help in resolving any issues just keeps referring me to the manufacturer. BUYERS BEWARE!!! Worst purchase I ever made will end up in court over this.
