Matt and Colleen are exceptional people with a high level of integrity. They traveled over one hour to meet and do an onsite key fob program for my vehicle. I don't know of any other place that would travel to you for this service and at such a reasonable price. I look forward to getting all our vehicles serviced by them. They are honest people trying to make a different in helping others in their community and beyond. They needed to order a cable for the programming that will require another visit. That is the only reason for 4 of 5 stars.

Awesome people and incredible honesty and integrity! Can t say enough good. Tire blew out, exploded. The guy pulled over and helped us out of a real jam. Switched out the tire in about 5 minutes flat and refused any payment. In my mind, if you can find an honest broker like this guy, it s huge!

This was the most terrifying experience of my life working with a business. I ultimately had to call the police to be able to safely retrieve my vehicle and have it towed to another repair shop. The sheriff told me they have been out there several times, helping other customers retrieve their vehicles from this confrontational owner.Service: TiresService: Tires

Since meeting Matt at always rockwood automotive, I ve gotten to know him pretty well. Matt and his wife and awesome little boy r great ppl, they r honest and caring towards just about everyone, the only issue they have is not being able to say no to ppl from caring so deeply for everyone that is in need of help. I ve seen them work day and night to get stuff done, and yes sometimes a side issue comes up, but that will happen with absolutely every job out there. Nobody is perfect but all u can do is try your best to be a good person, and this family is giving it there all. They do honest work, and work their hardest to get things done, even if it s past scheduled sometimes. They have a 4 star from me and the only reason for that, is taking too many projects at once, but they r great ppl who r willing to help everyone at any hour. All it takes is a little grace from the customer.Service: Tires

Believe maya wellman post! I was arrested for going through an open door on the north side of building even all the lights were on and the cameras showed me touching nothing except my car that has been in there for 3 months that was supposed to be 3 days.Ifyou like being lied to visit this dirty shop.
