Second time going to ryan s for similar issues, nail in tire. Each time they were able to squeeze me in day of due to last minute cancellations. Both experiences were great. On this occasion they were able to take out the nail which didn t puncture the tire and would let even accept me compensating for their time. Thank you very much for the great customer service. I will certainly go here for all my automotive needs!

Excellent service. When my husband called to schedule fixing my blinker / fog light they immediately searched for a part and had it by the time we dropped off the car. This auto shop will probably be the one and only I ll ever go to for my basic repairs. If they can do it, I ll pick them each and every time. Ever since I ve had a car and license I have been going to them and I don t see that changing anytime soon. They ve not only had my car done in a reasonable time frame, but also managed to jump through obstacles they did not plan for. On top of that, they ve always treated me with respect, and the quotes they gave me prior to the day of repair, had always been consistent to the amount I were to pay when everything was said and done. 10/10 I will recommend to anyone that gives a damn to listen. It was great I could get in at the last minute but, bottom line is. From the get go I m being sold on things before what I want or need is established. I went anyhow being curious about some funny tire wear. I said 2 or 3 times just to give it look. Next I know I m paying for an alignment I didn t want nor needed at the time.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

I haven t owned a vehicle in a few years, so I didn t have a go to auto mechanic. When I had an issue with my new-to-me 23 yr old pickup truck, every person I asked recommended Ryan s (over other places in town). I received friendly & prompt service.I also want to add that as a single woman, I worry about being ripped off when it comes to things of this nature. Dave was respectful and honest. That means a lot in today s world.

I have a history of car trouble like I can't even begin to explain here. People in my life actually have started to believe the curse I've claimed for years exists. On our way to a wedding a few weeks ago, we had the WORST luck with my car--all while my brother was deployed to Afghanistan and we were dealing with knowing little about his safety.The car was not worth fixing (and they went above and beyond looking into the parts needed but at the end of the day I could get another car for just a little more due to its age) but in the time the car was in their shop, every possible thing in my life went wrong, including the loss of someone very close to me. They were patient, kind, and truly wonderful. The towing company recommended them highly and if it were possible to give them twice as many stars, I would. The adage about choosing smaller and local is absolutely true of this business. Don't hesitate if you have car trouble. I might actually drive my car from Whitewater the next time I need something (although I'm really hoping it's a bit less catastrophic next time).Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I've been bringing my cars to Ryans for 20 years. They do great work at fair rates but most importantly, they are honest about what you need and what you don't.Also, we buy all our tires for our cars here and they can offer advice on better options.

Had an alternator die near Lake Mills, Got towed to Ryan's, his team, interrupted their day to get me on the road and home safely. Fair price, clean shop, great people and owner.

Changed TiresI had purchased a pair of tires online and was going to have them installed at a new shop, just to give the New Shop some business.They wouldnt take the rims and tires , and try to squeeze them in, I had to bring the entire car! And there was a 2 week wait!!! I called Ryans, and they said, "SURE bring them in".An hour later they called to have me pick them up.THANK YOU RYAN'S AUTO!Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair

I've been having my auto work done here since I moved to the area and I've been very satisfied. The prices are very good and so is the service. The knowledgeable staff is also very willing to give advice if you ask.

Came in for a check engine light and concerns about my transmission. Very helpful, not at all pushy, and very knowledgeable, enough to inform me of what the problem may actually be, (not even transmission related) while letting me know to give it some time and just keep an eye on it. Very helpful!

Best auto place I have been. It's a bit more expensive but they have always done an excellent job. Also I admire the honesty. "Thats going to cost more to fix then the car is worth".

They failed to install two axle bolts when replacing my axles and looked the other way when confronted. Your safty is not their priority.
