Kunes has a monopoly on RV service in Wisconsin. I couldn't find any alternatives. They have a base rate of $175/hour for their work. Depending on circumstances, it can take a long time to complete the job. I waited about 3 months. Extremely gregarious manager. They seemed very busy.

My leaky 2018 FR Solaire 16x developed spongy walls. The repair was way over myhead. I called a some RV shops and Kunes wad willing to do the repairs. The original estimate was inaccurate as more disassembly revealed more damage. The service advisors(Dave and Ryan) kept me a in the loop with texts and pictures. Five months later and numerous parts ordered and installed the camper was complete. A special shoutout out to Casey, the technicianwho took great interest in making it right. The attention to detail is not something you see anymore st a repair shop. The professionalism shown by the entire organization was refreshing.

We recently needed to repair our RV awning and also inspect brake functionality. Kyle provided an accurate estimate of work needed. There were no surprises as work was completed. Everything was done on time and all repairs were well done. When we arrived to pick up our RV Kyle provided a thorough explanation of all work done and made sure all of our questions were answered. Kyle also did a road test to ensure brakes worked as expected. Before we left Kyle also provided many helpful tips concerning hitching up and even provided a few great campground suggestions. We are Thankful to Kyle for providing such excellent customer service and will recommend Kunes to our freinds.Services: Body & Trim, Brakes

I have had three opportunities to deal with Kyle and the team at Kunes RV (Service Center) in Lake Mills. The best thing, other than the service they provide, is that Kyle is straight up front with you, what the issue is (as best they know), what it will take to correct the problem and then they deliver. You can't ask more than that from a service/repair facility. They are busy all the time, but yet they take the time to deal fairly with you in a non-rushed fashion. I would wholeheartedly recommend Kyle and crew!

Kyle and Dave went the extra mile to take care of us. They got our motorhome in and fixed quickly. Kyle was a pleasure to work with. We will certainly take our business to Kunes in Lake Mills from now on. Super friendly and they do great work.

We took our trailer in to have some warranty work done that had gotten overlooked last year before Kunes took over! Despite some initial hiccups, Kyle went above and beyond to make sure that all of our issues were rectified and that we left happy!
