Excellent service! Mark, the owner, is a stand-up guy, honest and fair, willing to help at any level of your automotive needs! Great used vehicles with any needed repairs completed, to ensure a safe and reliable purchase! I tell all my friends and family to check this place for a value purchase FIRST!!! My mother purchased a Cadillac for in incredibly awesome price, and after driving it several times, ensures I'll be purchasing my next vehicle here!!

Found my car on their online website. Reasonable prices after comparing them to KBB. The car I purchased is pretty great condition. The staff is very friendly. Let me make a couple payments after a down payment which i am so grateful for! They defogged my headlights as well after I asked. Will be recommending to anyone who is looking for a vehicle

We had a very pleasant experience at Springfield Auto. Mark was very honest about each vehicle and we found a car within 2 hours. There is a car for everyone with a wide selection. We will definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

Wanted to buy a diesel truck through them and was told that it would be hard to find any diesel truck, but I seen another small dealership sell over ten diesel trucks. Also wanted to gave them do maintenance work on my truck and I got the run around from them on that. Don't do any business with them

I would not recommend i bought a 2009 nissan rogue march of 2021 4000 transmission repair needed less than 1 year after purchase all tires leaking less than 2 weeks after purchase and verbal agreement on air bag sensor in seat was told waiting on part never called and paid almost 5000 for vehicle if you are looking for a decent automotive sales rep would not recommend if i could give no stars i would make sure you bring someone who knows vehicles tried to go to local small business and ended up being one of the worst decision i have made wouldve recommended them to everyone and went back myself to trade in this year and every year
