We are currently sitting outside Russo Automotive, but already thankful for their kindness and professionalism. Our Camper van engine stalled while we were visiting Lake Geneva from Chicago, so it is an emergency! The owner was kind and asked his mechanic to do a diagnostic even they did not have anytime to spare for another week with their current schedule. The mechanic gave us advice and helped to clean up a part that helped us going home. Thank you so much , Russo automotive.

This establishment is very friendly and works hard to do the job right and make it as affordable as possible, if you're given a price it's the best price available for what needs done. Looking forward to doing buisness in the future with all 5 o my vehicles

I can t say enough about Ron and his entire staff. I ve lived all over and have used many auto shops but Russos is by far the best and most honsest I ve ever dealt with. Ron and his crew took care of my Corvette in record time. More importantly, I found myself without a car and had a very important appointment. I called Crystal and explained my dilemma. She talked with Ron and Ron said he would come get me. That really saved my bacon. This shop is 100% the real deal. I recommend them to everyone I know. You should too! Ron and Bailey have been nothing but the best! Tell you the way it is, and will try their best to keep you within a budget if you have one. In my 45 years of dealing with automotive professionals Russo s is at the top of my list. In this day and time, it is hard to find someone that is knowledgeable and honest. I have lived in Lake Geneva for 10 years and started taking my autos to Ron about 6 months ago. I wish I had known about Russo s earlier. Before you take your vehicle anywhere else give them a try. You will not regret it.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and Ron takes the time to explain things completely. I cannot recommend Russo Automotive strongly enough. Given a choice of Russo and any other place, I am taking Russo everytime.

Exceptional mechanic! I'm very picky as to who works on my vehicle & can't stand places that try to sell you stuff you don't need. You can trust them here. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
