Randy ,did a wonderful job.He fit me in today, instead of waiting until tomorrow,Thursday, or Friday, when I work. His price was affordable. I'm so glad I took my vehicle here, instead of a mechanic shop. They would have overcharged for sure. He also did my parents' vehicle , and it was reasonable, as well.Thank you, Randy.

I had taken my 2017 Ford Explorer to the Ford Dealership for a possible muffler issue and they quoted me $700 to repair my muffler. I called Randy's and told him what part needed to be replaced, which he quoted me less than $200. Of course I went with Randy and he fixed the issue for less then $200 like he said. He saved me $500 and he was able to get my vehicle in right way. This is third time I have used Randy's Professional Muffler, LLC for multiple vehicles. I highly recommend him.

Stopped by to have leak in exhaust fixed. Randy identified the leak, offered to fix it while I waited and charged me $31.65. I offered him more but he refused. I appreciate and respect him for being honest and fast with my repair. I recommend him highly.

Seriously, Randy is the best! I asked him to look at my truck, he diagnosed it, and had the parts and had my truck done in less than half an hour! Honestly, he'd be the only one I'd call about exhaust work from here on out! So happy!

I called today concerned that my muffler might have a hole in it. It's been getting louder each day and I drive my vehicle for my job meeting with customers all day long. Randy offered to have me stop by so that he could take a look same day. Upon inspection he deemed that it was a quick fix and that he'd get it done for me right then and there. Talk about great customer service! His prices are fair, his demeanor is friendly and his work is efficient. My only negative to say is that I wish he had a spot to tip when you pay with a card because I totally would have! Thank you, Randy!Service: Exhaust

If there was 100 stars to give I would. I was recommended by precision auto to get exhaust done.. omg let's just say randy got me in knowing my daughter was going back to college.. and to my shocking surprise. Cost less done fast proper. Omg this is your go to shop guy.. THANK YOU RANDY..

I've taken 5 cars here over the past 8 years or so. Does great work, honest pricing, and gets it done FAST. A few times I've dropped a car in the hopes he'd get it done in a few days (no appointment, was already booked up) and he's always managed to get it done the same day between other jobs. Mind you mine are smaller repairs and not some big custom job but it's amazing that larger shops/chains would take days and days to get around to even looking at some jobs like this, and then charge 3x as much for the same work (and likely be a sub-par repair). Will definitely return here for work even if I move a little farther away just because of the quality and great customer service.

I walked in at 8:00 asked if he could look at my car to see what the issue was. He took it back right away came in let me know what was wrong and what the repair costs was going to be. I approved next thing I know my car was being pulled out with repairs complete. I highly recommend Randy s Professional Muffler. Service and pricing where excellent.

Randy does good work and is way cheaper than he could be. There is a reason this company has such a loyal cult following. He will do the work for a tenth of the price of anyone else and he won't d!** you around in the process. His welds are decent and if any of his work does manage to fail he'll eat the cost. Outstanding!

I've taken a few of my cars to Randy in the past and he always does great work at a fair price. There may be a wait, but it's definitely worth it. I was going to go with another shop that claims to "custom bend exhaust" because of the wait but their quote was well over double what Randy ended up charging me for the work.

You cant buy just the parts cheaper than what Randy charges installed. Never again will I lay on my back, fight rusty pipes and clamps. in the driveway to work on vehicle exhaust. Plus the Quality of work is OUTSTANDING! The Price is Right. Why go anyplace else is beyond me!
