The mechanic at Mikes was very helpful and solved my problem quickly. I am from out of town and had a problem when I entered Lake Geneva. Even though I am not a regular customer he said bring the car over.The service was fantastic. I was able to drive home. I would highly recommend this shop. The picture is my car. 1994 Mitsubishi 3000gt VR4. Nice old sports car.

I will be bringing my cars here from now on. Eli and Cody at the Broad st garage were tremendous!!! They were able to squeeze my car in last minute. They found multiple issues. They took pictures of said issues and sent them to me with description, what they need to do to fix and price before starting any work. They were also able to find me a loaner car so i could get to work. Prices are very reasonable and they answered all my questions very patiently. They speak to you as a guest in thier home. They are awesome. Thankyou again Eli and Cody andthe whole team at Mikes auto repair!!

Our entire family has been using Mike's Auto Repair for years, including those of us who don't live in town. Coming through on a recent family trip, our car was making a horrible racket at high speed on the highway. Despite being a holiday weekend, Shawn met us at the shop, put the car up on the lift, identified the loose panel, showed me exactly what was wrong, and MacGyvered a great fix! With thousands of miles ahead of us on this long family road trip with stops to see family all over the place, Mike's to the rescue, saved our family trip (of course, we got lucky that it wasn't something worse). Several hundred miles later since our weekend stop, not a peep out of the undercarriage! With decades of quality service and a long standing relationship with all of my family members, local or otherwise, I cannot recommend Mike's more vigorously. My family was traveling up to Lake Geneva from Chicago late night Friday and got a flat. Called first thing when they were open the next AM and said we could bring in for a patch, no problem. Cody and team were super friendly, got us back on the road in less than an hour. Deflated our spare to get back in the trunk, and topped off our other tires with air without us even asking. All at a very reasonable price. Although I hope we don t need another emergency drop-in appointment, would gladly bring our cars in for any service needed and highly recommend.

Had a major issue with a destroyed tire on my Audi. Had been having issues with tire pressures. Decided to get 4 new Continental tires. Put the spare on for me, ordered the tires, dropped my car off at 1:00 the following day and picked it up at 4:00. Fast, efficient and did a quality job. Would recommend Mikes if you need tires.

It's hard to find an honest & dependable auto mechanic.Look no farther because Mike's is it!!I had new back brakes put on & their prices were very good & the service is fantastic.

Working over the road its scary to have a break down because of putting trust in people. But by Mike's Auto they were kind, professional and accommodating. I do recommend them to anyone that's in the area. Fyi I'm northeast wi and had a water pump issue. Thank you Mike's Auto.

I highly recommend Mike's if you just need an oil change or tires or something fixed if it's gone wrong with your car. you can trust Mike's Auto Repair Service in Lake Geneva and Elkhorn. I have for many years with all my vehicles

Mike's did great work replacing bearings and brakes on an old car. I broke down near the shop, with no real choice on where to take it. Glad it happened near Mike's.

People were really nice got stuck on the end of the road they came and towed my car and even call me a few days later to make sure everything was ok

Cody would not quote a simple serpentine belt repair over the phone. He was very smug about it too. Not giving them my business for that reason, even though I dont have many other options.
