Where do I begin, PERFECT 10! I inquired on a Hummer EV Pickup the moment it was listed and because I was the first inquiry, they honored their commitment to sell me the car. Stephen was my salesperson and he was nothing but courteous, professional and understanding. He was very knowledgeable, never pushy and always did exactly what he said he was going to. I have bought more cars than I care to count of my life and I've never experienced a more positive experience from start to finish. Stephen listened to my needs and made sure we wasted no time on executing a game plan to trade in my existing car and deliver my new one in a very short period of time. Stephen introduced me to Ryan in finance and I also had a very enjoyable experience with him. I told him the rate my community bank lender provided me and he was able to match it and allowed my to sign from the comfort of my office so the day of delivery I was in and out within half an hour. Post sale has been nothing short of bliss as Ryan has checked in to see how I am enjoying the car and always asking if there is anything more he can do to assist me. This was a VERY special car and an equally special buying experience. Thank you Kunes, Ryan and most importantly STEPHEN for making this the best experience it could be.

The whole process was painfully long. It took over 2 hours just to make the deal. We did quite a bit of paperwork at that time so it would be quick when I picked up the vehicle, but I ended up sitting in the lobby for over 3 hours when I went to pick up my car. By the time I got my car, it was after 9 pm and the parking lot was dark, so I could not look over my car. After I got home, I found that the car had 3 significant scratches on it and the windshield was still very dirty. It did not look like the car was detailed at all. I did call them and they got me in the next day to fix the issues, but I live about an hour away and had to leave work early and waste the gas to go back to get this fixed when it should have been done right the first time. The sales team and the service team were nice to me, however, so I do commend them for that. I just feel they could make the entire process way more efficient and enjoyable for the customer. I typically buy a new vehicle every 3 years, so I will likely avoid this dealership if possible in the future due to the lack of care of the customer's time and the lack of detail they put into making sure the car is perfect for the customer.

We had a recall for a fuel pump on a 2022 GMC Terrain. We contacted another GMC dealer first, but they could never get the parts in. So we then contacted Kunes in Lake Geneva. We scheduled the appointment and they took care of it. Check in process was easy and counter folks were very nice. Would use them for future service if needed.

Our sales representative was excellent. He took the time needed to go over the technology of the vehicle. He made himself available post sale. I also like the local and County-wide philanthropy your owner and organization is involved in. Kunes is a key member of our community and I truly appreciate the support they give to so many worthwhile causes here in Lake Geneva and Walworth County.This was a purchase of a new vehicle and I had to take it to the car wash because there was white balls that looked like shipping material under the seats and on the sides. Check that out.

Although I worked with a handful of people to purchase a new vehicle, EVERY person in the dealership was friendly. It was a welcoming, friendly and fun environment! They even remembered specifics about me when I returned a few days later to ask a question :)

I have just purchased a Chevy Blazer from Kunes Lake Geneva. This is my second purchase from this dealer and the reason is the excellent customer service from Stephen Gasparek, Robert Rocha and Ryan Jones..they worked on getting me the best deal on my trade in and new vehicle! It took some time to convince the service department there was something wrong with the engine in my truck (2-3 months), but once that was confirmed, after the problem got worse and worse and engine noise was louder and more frequent, they acted quickly to get it fixed under warranty. It took about a week to get 4 cylinders replaced on the engine which seemed the fix the problem so far.

Once we were finally able to make it to the dealership, our expectations were met. I requested a complete estimate of the out the door price and they sent it to me. I made it very clear on what I would accept and what I wouldn t accept. Brandon, the sales rep and Derrick the general manager were very upfront about everything. Robert in finance did his job well there were no surprises with additional charges and or add-ons.

Stephen was amazing! He answered all of my questions, he was very detailed throughout the entire experience, and was very transparent. I also had a problem with the vehicle that I was purchasing and he fixed it the next day without any hassle! I highly recommend Stephen!

I appreciated the kindness and easy nature of everyone. I liked that there were no mandatory dealer additions (like cermaplate you can pay for it if you want but some dealers prettymuch make it mandatory)and the price was up front and good only think I tried to negotiate from the original was the charge for the locknuts and nitrogen that was overpriced by like $250 according to the GM store. Very happy with the truck. I also think the cermaplate was a reasonable price to compared to other dealers.I didnt like the long wait for finance but Ryan ( sales not finance) was nice to talk with while we waited and the other people were real nice too.Very happy with Kunes and the team over there.There was a scratch on the truck we saw before we left but they got it buffed out which was real nice. They could have said sale is done but they were so good about it. Ryan is great (both but particularly the sales Ryan.)

Work was done to maintain my retirement vehicle in good running order.I was glad to have a senior discount of 20% off, it helps a lot!90,000+ miles maintenance involves a lot of items and can be very costly.

Robert, Derick, Ryan, and all involved in my purchase, were on top of it, they made what could have been a very difficult purchase and delivery (my vehicle was an out of state purchase) smooth as possible. I FEEL LIKE THIS CAR WAS NEVER CHECKED OUT DURING MY PURCHASING PROCESS. I FEEL LIKE THEY FIXED IT UP JUST ENOUGH TO BE SOLD AND DID NOTHING EXTRA TO ENSURE COMPLETE SATISFACTION. FOR THAT TO BE YOUR "SLOGAN" AND WHAT YOUR COMPANY STANDS ON, THAT IS CERTAINLY NOT WHAT WE RECEIVED. WE HAVE PUT WELL OVER $2,500 INTO THIS VEHICLE AND WE HAVE NOT HAD IT 1 YEAR YET. WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AN EXTRA VEHICLE TO MAKE OUR FAMILY LIFE EASIER AS WE WORK DIFFERENT SHIFTS, THIS VEHICLE HAS HAD SOMETHING GOING ON EVERY WEEK. NOW WE ARE STUCK PAYING ON A VEHICLE THAT WE ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. STEPHEN PREYED ON ME AS A FEMALE AND DID NOT ENCLOSE ALL THE VEHICLE INFO TO ME, HE JUST WANTED TO MAKE A SALE. I TRULY HATE CAR DEALERSHIPS ANYWAYS BUT WE NEEDED A RELIABLE 2ND VEHICLE BUT THIS IS CLEARLY NOT THE CASE. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I brought my 2010 Chevy Silverado in due to rough shifting and for the passenger airbag recall. I ended up paying close to a grand only to find out they wanted me to pay for an additional $700 repair to replace the TCM. Why not start with that and only charge me the $700 in the first place. My truck s shifting issues have only gotten worse. I will never go back to or refer a Kunes location.

So I made an appointment to go see a truck with Sergio customer care team via text. Then few hours later Jon Mullen General Sales Manager text me a quick note to remind me of my appointment I schechuled to go see the truck. So I get there talked to Jon Mullen about the truck he then introduce me to Andrew Sales Professional we sat down, we talk, really nice guy, I gave all my information, test drive the truck. I loved it I was ready to take it home, It took 2 hours, then Jon Mullen comes tells me he can t sell the truck because someone made and appointment to come see it on Monday. I ask if he gave any money down to hold it!? they said NO! Jon says I can t sell you the truck until the guy sees it on Monday. It makes me mad that I made an appointment drove 1hr to their dealership talked to Jon Mullen and didn t tell me anything about it before. That is so RUDE from their part, So UNPROFESSIONAL and 0 COMMUNICATION. They did not care at all

A few weeks ago, I called Kunes and then stopped in. I needed a front license plate bracket since moving to Wisconsin. Joe in service had the service department order the bracket while I was there. That was almost a month ago. I ve never heard back about the part being delivered or a delay in delivering the part. No follow up at all! I had my car serviced a few months ago and it was a great experience.

Bob in the service department is great! He goes out of his way to help the customer by researching their warranty, seeing that their vehicle is well taken care of and that the customer leaves perfectly satisfied. Thanks again Bob you have another satisfied customer!

I purchased a 2021 Suburban from Stephen Gasparek a couple days ago. Stephen, Eddie, and Robert were a pleasure to work with. I bought a 2018 Ford Fusion from Luis Diaz, What a GREAT SALESMAN. I recommend Kunes Lake Geneva to EVERYONE! John was also very helpful.They both are very friendly. If your looking for a car just call Luis, Hes the best !!
