I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. I have purchase 2 vehicles from this location in 1 month. I brought Nissan Altima that had 2 pre-existing issues that they didn't try to resolve the problem after I took ownership of the car. I will acknowledge the salesman Stephen who I felt was very professional when I met with him. Buyers beware and shop around and take your time.

Adam Brozynski was beyond exceptional, hot chocolate machine was down so he went home -mid deal- to make her hot chocolate , when it came to the financial aspect he was super understanding of my situation and working with me on how we could both be happy with the deal. 5/5 stars would recommend this dealership to anybody!

False advertisment on Carfax for the 2007 Mersades SUV. They sell junk they don't even vacuum, overpriced and try to screw people over once you get in there. They get you to sign on an offer just for the finance manager to come tell you they did a bunch of work and the price is only going up more. Selling online for $7,500 but the price was gonna be over $10k when I got up and walked out. Don't waste 2 hours of your time on these terrible humans that clearly are full of greed. Taking my cash elsewhere. Vehicle also has a terrible hissing sound coming from under the hood. Buyers beware

My purchase experience was really good, BUT!!!They did not pay off my trade in until 20days later which led to PNC Bank harrassing us for a payment.I called several times, spoke with 2 different managers (Robert and Luis) who both told me it was paid, I asked them to email me the payoff confirmation. Both said they will, I received absolutely nothing from either one of them, I made numerous calls to them, promises from them that never happened.These LIES now made my experience HORRIBLE with Kunes, I will now NEVER deal with them again and I ve told 4 ppl to go to them, I reached out to all 4 of them today and told them this experience and they are not going their either.It s ashamed that ppl need to LIE to get through life, I hope they do not sleep well at night, I HATE these two LIARS!!!!!!!!!My next step is reaching out to GM on this now!!!!!I HOPE THE OWNERS DEAL WITH THESE TWO IN THE RITE MANNER!!!!!!

I was looking to trade my car in for something that would suite be a little bit better. After searching on the web I stumbled soon on Kunes Chevrolet Buick, GMC in Lake Geneva. They had offered great selection. I met up with Austin one of the sales reps. Even though he was new, very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and listening to my concerns. Also the Manager Robert was accommodating and listened to my needs as well. Both both were patient and worked with me to come up with a deal that both parties could agree on . Highly recommended getting a car here.

Very pleasant experience. First time buyer of a newer used vehicle, Andrew Lerch and Luis Diaz went above and beyond to help me get the financing I needed to get me into a newer reliable vehicle. I drove to Lake Geneva from Milwaukee to find it is a Christian owned dealership, a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommended, staff all around was cordial and car selection is quite immense! I will be working with them again for all my vehicle maintenance and purchases. Thank you all at Kunes!

Jaime "Jimmy" was very accommodating with our schedule and finding the right vehicle for us. He truly has a gift for interacting with his customers. This is the main reason we have bought three vehicles from him and will continue to recommend him to our friends and family. Ryan also worked very hard to get us the right financing to not only purchase the vehicle and additional coverages we desired, but to keep our payment within our budget. Overall a great experience and highly recommend that you go and see them soon.

I FEEL LIKE THIS CAR WAS NEVER CHECKED OUT DURING MY PURCHASING PROCESS. I FEEL LIKE THEY FIXED IT UP JUST ENOUGH TO BE SOLD AND DID NOTHING EXTRA TO ENSURE COMPLETE SATISFACTION. FOR THAT TO BE YOUR "SLOGAN" AND WHAT YOUR COMPANY STANDS ON, THAT IS CERTAINLY NOT WHAT WE RECEIVED. WE HAVE PUT WELL OVER $2,500 INTO THIS VEHICLE AND WE HAVE NOT HAD IT 1 YEAR YET. WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE AN EXTRA VEHICLE TO MAKE OUR FAMILY LIFE EASIER AS WE WORK DIFFERENT SHIFTS, THIS VEHICLE HAS HAD SOMETHING GOING ON EVERY WEEK. NOW WE ARE STUCK PAYING ON A VEHICLE THAT WE ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. STEPHEN PREYED ON ME AS A FEMALE AND DID NOT ENCLOSE ALL THE VEHICLE INFO TO ME, HE JUST WANTED TO MAKE A SALE. I TRULY HATE CAR DEALERSHIPS ANYWAYS BUT WE NEEDED A RELIABLE 2ND VEHICLE BUT THIS IS CLEARLY NOT THE CASE. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Stephen Gasparek was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and a joy to work with. We've purchased many vehicles for personal and business use through the years, and Stephen was the least "sales-y" salesperson we've ever worked with. He took his time to find out what we really wanted and ordered our 2023 Yukon Denali XL to accommodate our needs.Knowing we were anxious to get our vehicle, Stephen kept us informed on how the build was going every step of the way. When it was finally ready and we came in to pick it up, Derek greeted us upon arrival and the entire staff at Kunes was courteous and helpful. Ryan in finance was easy to deal with, and again, we felt no pressure. Stephen spent several hours with us demonstrating what our vehicle could do. And even though it was a Friday night, he patiently stayed with us answering all of our questions until after 10pm. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We will definitely recommend Kunes of Lake Geneva to others and purchase future vehicles through the dealership.

Yesterday I had an appointment with Kunes of Lake Geneva for pre approval for a Nissan Versa.I had originally gone for information gathering, but these guys wanted me driving a new car and they were extremely patient and moved mountains to get me in some new wheels. Stephen Gasparek is the absolute best. He s so thorough and does everything he can to get you the best deal that will get you what you want and make you the most satisfied. It never feels like he s trying to screw you and he always puts customer satisfaction first. We were waiting for our builds for months and we answered every question we had and gave us as much information as possible. Though my build never made it to production, Stephen helped find something better on a lot and made the trade happen. I absolutely loved working with him and I hope he never leaves this dealership because I want to buy all of my cars from him in the future!

My experience was great from start to finish. The person I worked with (Steven) was so accommodating and even when he was helping other customers, I still felt like he was attentive to me. I went in thinking I was going to get a used car and I walked out with my first ever new car. I couldn't be happier, I absolutely love it! I should have rated lower but these people over sold on the vehicle I bought and the front end of my car is all messed up requiring all this extra money to be put into it. I traded in a perfectly good car and now I wish I had not done so. If buying from here, second think your choices.

Excellent service again! Service department is the absolute best at Kunes. Worked mostly with Zach and Bob. The communication there is awesome, I was kept up to date on the progress of my repairs, and any issues they encountered with my vehicle. They had my car up and running in no time!Kunes of Lake Geneva has many working parts, from the outstanding mechanics, service department, salesmen, parts department, warranty/finance, customer service..... I've dealt with them all, and never disappointed. Great team all the way!!Kunes is always clean, and everyone has a positive attitude....... THANK YOU!

Everyone at Kunes was great to work with. Eddie took the initiative and was very genuine through the whole process.
