Jerry's Majestic Marine has the most knowledgeable, friendliest service staff around and is managed by an incredibly talented marine vessel expert who really cares about every single customer, every single employee, and every single boat. Our hats off to Frank, AJ, Gabby, and the entire crew who made us feel welcome and fixed our boat. Even cleaned the inside after service and left it cleaner than when we brought it in. Would not dare go anywhere else for service. Ever.

Our office rented a half-day pontoon with a driver/Captain from Jerry's Majestic Marine for a work fun day and had an incredible experience! Sarah coordinated our reservation, communicated promptly and provided an effortless booking process. She listened to the type of boating trip we wanted to enjoy, and provided an excellent Captain (John) for us that essentially gave us our own little tour of Geneva Lake, all the Bays, and told us many wonderful stories of the waters! We were able to stop and swim whenever we wanted, we were picked up and dropped off promptly, all questions asked and answered. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great boat day on Lake Geneva! We will certainly return again!

Our second time renting from Jerry s and we will be back!! A wonderful, courteous staff, competitive pricing, beautiful boats, all make for a great family outing on Lake Geneva! Can t recommend Jerry s highly enough!!

Jerry's Majestic Marine did a great job of delivering a 21 year old boat to a very picky customer who drove all the way from Florida to buy it. Erick very accurately represented the condition over the phone and the boat is in excellent condition both inside and out. It definitely does not show it's age and is truly a gem. Although the price paid is merely 10% of a new boat they still treated me as if I'd spent much more on new boat. I would definitely make the 1300 mile trip to do business with them again.

I had to make a review of my experience, The service team at Jerry's is by far the best I've seen! They are on top of this ever changing world with technology. Boats are only getting "smarter" everyday and Jerry's has the know how and the tools to install and troubleshoot. I got the chance to spend a Day with AJ on a 600hp boat with an amazing JL audio stereo system and a complete touchscreen dash called the Beacon this technology is top of the line which is only to be expected of the Premier Pontoon line. Long story short, I found my marina they will be storing and serving my boats form here on out and when it's time to upgrade Jerry's is where I will stay for all my boating needs!THANKS FOR READING AND GOD BLESS!

So, renting a boat for 12 people is expensive. Period. If you're ok with that fact, Jerry's is a great place to rent from. The boat itself was nice and clean but the standout was the staff. They were all super friendly and thorough with the instructions. We're already planning on going back to the same place next summer.

Jerry s customer service is the best I have experienced on Geneva Lake. I purchased a boat from them. I store and maintain the boat there. Every person I have dealt with, from sales to service, is knowledge and responsive. They make owning a boat a pleasure.

Thank you Jerry's crew....as usual our boat has been delivered to our slip in perfect condition for the new boating season. We appreciate it arriving a week early and being notified with a photo shot of the boat on our lift. Superb service that keeps us returning and highly recommendeing Jerry's.Kevin Goggin

Had our boat taken to multiple marinas and no one could figure out the problem. We took it Jerry s and they were able to figure it out and had our boat back to us running better then ever! Fantastic place! Fantastic staff! Never taking my boat anywhere else. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I m now part of the Jerry s Family!

We stored our pontoon boat with Jerry's this past winter. The service and communication were awesome. The also did a wonderful job detailing the boat. Very professional, I would highly recommend.

We came to Lake Geneva for my sisters bachelorette party and decided to use Jerry s majestic marine for our boat rental because they were the only company I found that would refund if weather was bad. As someone that traveled 6 hours to Lake Geneva, this was very important. Sarah was so prompt in responses to all my emails and made booking such a breeze. John, our captain, made sure that all the girls had a great time! He was our bartender, photographer, and joke teller all rolled into one!

These guys are the professionals. You can find places that store and service you boating needs for less money, but cheaper is not better. I know my boat gets the very best care at Jerry s, from pick up to delivery.

I was lucky enough to go on a boat ride with A.J from Jerry s majestic Marine. Not only was he super courteous helping my sister and I on and off the boat. He also left me with a lot of knowledge about the boat. It s super exciting to see someone so passionate about what they do. Keep up the great work A.J!!

Very poor customer service. My group made two half-hour rentals together, yet one somehow became pre-charged as a 1 hour rental with the cashier teen on duty making no note of the change. Upon returning to the dock, I was told that I had more time and had no need to be back yet, but explained that I had only made a half-hour rental. Upon doing so, they apologized and said that it would be refunded. However, once I had docked, this was taken back and I was told by a manager that I could either return and take the extra time or lose the money which I was overcharged. The amount of time I had left per the employee who received me at the dock was also reduced by this manager. She conveniently had not been there for any of the time we made our reservation and her employee screwed up, waited past when we were told we'd be able to go out, had to deal with being delayed and thus have our group go out separately because one of their wave runners broke, nor when her employee had told us we had a 5 minute grace period to return. I would highly recommend you make any rentals at the adjacent Gordy's or in another area of Lake Geneva.

Just have to say what a great company from top to bottom they store our boat for the winter this last Sunday we hit a rock and needed a new prop they pick up the boat on Monday morning called me and gave me options and had the boat back in the water for the weekend. Will definitely tell everyone around the condo complex what a great company this is and we will buy our next boat from them.

A.J from Jerry s majestic marine was trying to help the company sell a twin 300 horse pontoon. I was fortunate to tag along that day and had a great time. He really does go above and beyond!

Outstanding service. I had two boats in for fibreglass repairs. I can t tell the boat was even damaged. They also delivered the boat cleaner then when it left. Couldn t be happier!

Our family recently purchased from Jerry s Marine - what we purchased from them is great, however, the service is even better...
