After searching from Green Bay to Illinois for a used truck I came across one in Lake Geneva Ford. Lake Geneva is 2 1/2 hours from Green Bay so I decided to invite my dad along for a father son road trip. And the trip was worth it, we drove home with my new truck! Lake Geneva Ford is the perfect example how to do business. Everyone there was friendly and accommodating. The salesman I worked with John was super friendly, always on top of things, easy to work with, and knowledgeable. Owen in finance was another helpful and really friendly knowledgeable person that wrapped up paperwork with a smile and lots of stories along the way. And last but not least Chuck the owner who made this entire deal happen. A great guy who s been around the car business for a long time that went the extra mile to make it happen to get me the truck I always wanted.Thank you to everyone at Lake Geneva Ford for helping me get the truck I wanted, at a price I was looking for, and for being part of a father son road trip I will never forget. Keep up the great work!

We just purchased a car today. John was very helpful and made sure all of our questions were answered. Chuck the owner was great. It was not all business, had stories to tell and was just as egar to listen to ours. Owen made the paperwork transition so smooth and easy......wow what a change from all of the other dealerships I have delt with..I just want to say, this is by far the Best place to purchase a vehicle and if I ever need or know someone who is looking i am definitely recommending here for sure!Ford of Lake Genva you are the Best and thank you for all you did!

I recently purchased a brand new 2021 Ford Ecosport from Ford of Lake Geneva! I am very happy with my purchase! Mike and everyone else at the dealership were awesome! Very quick, professional, and friendly! I test drove my new car on Thursday night, and by Friday it was mine! I highly recommend you go buy a car...today! =)

My husband and I went in on September 30th 2023 to purchase a vehicle. Kase, John, and Owen were extremely helpful. They made the process as easy as possible and took a lot of stress off of a large purchase. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Ford and after working with these three, we would gladly purchase again when we are in need of a vehicle.

Absolutely terrible dealer, sold me a lemon truck and never did anything to make it right. From the get go, they were rude and sketchy to deal with. I would steer clear from this dealer!

I just had the best car buying experience in my life today at Ford of Lake Geneva. Owen and Mike were so helpful and made the car buying experience so pleasant. I've been a Ford person for decades. I started going here for service about 4 years ago. Jim the service manager is outstanding. He has a great attitude and is genuinely friendly. It would be great being in Lake Geneva if the building had a facelift.

I am actually from Central Illinois, but I found my now current car online at Ford of Lake Geneva. Just wanted to say that this was a very easy and respectable transaction of business. I was treated great and was shown care and kindness throughout the entire process. I worked with Michael throughout the sale and he was awesome. We had a lot of over the phone conversations, and was very accommodating to me. The process should have been a lot longer and harder with my circumstances, but Rob and Michael, and the entire Ford of Lake Geneva Team are truly there for their customers.

We went to Kunes first just felt like a waste of time. Sat there for like 3 hours The salesman was falling asleep.. so we left and ended up here at Ford of lake Geneva. The moment we walked in the door we felt so welcomed and had the best help from Mike and Cole. Helped us get into a way nicer and newer vehicle within a hour or so. Definitely would recommend them others.

I recently purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 from Ford of Lake Geneva! I Michael Asencio was upfront from the beginning, very rarely that a buying experience goes the way you expect. He was very knowledgeable about the truck, and he answered all my questions without hesitation. Mike and everyone else at the dealership were awesome! Very quick, professional, and friendly! I recommend Ford of Lake Geneva to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, and please ask for Mike (Michael) to assist you with your purchase. You won t be disappointed with the high quality of customer service they provide.

I wanted to upgrade from a mid-size SUV to a full size, and really wanted a Ford Explorer. Mike and Rob were fantastic to work with and got me into the one I wanted, along with being respectful of my needs and wants. I would definitely recommend working with them! On a side note, while I was waiting I talked to a few of the other workers, and they were so friendly and down-to-earth. I didn't feel like I was a "one-person" customer, which I find very admirable.

We purchased a pre-owned Ford F-150 today from Lake Geneva Ford and couldn t be happier with the experience. Mike and Rob were very helpful and willing to work with us. After visiting many dealerships with the typical car salesman, we had a great experience with them that reminded us there are still good salesman and dealerships out there. We will most definitely return for our next vehicle purchase and will send all of our friends and family.

My wife and drove from about an hour away as Lake Geneva Ford had the right car at the right price. They gave me the Family Feels and not the normal slimy car dealer vibes. I liked that the employees in sales get a salary which created a pressure free environment. I d recommend this dealer if you re looking for an honest and simple process. Michael in sales did a Great Job connecting and making sure things went smooth and quick. Rod in the finance office provided good options that helped up us meet our protection needs. 10 stars out of 10. Keep up the Good Work.

I recently purchased a 2018 F-150 from this dealership. Michael in sales was fantastic to work with. They advertise a fair no haggle price online and uphold that price. I truly appreciated this as I do not care for the back and forth BS negotiation process I have experienced in the past with previous dealerships.I most recently worked with their service department with a couple of issues I was experiencing. Both the service advisor and service manager took the time to sit down with me and explain what the issues were and how to resolve them. They were honest and fair.I will be returning to Ford of Lake Geneva for both my future service and sales needs!

Had the best experience OF ALL TIMES today @ Ford of Lake Geneva with Mike Asencio, Chuck & Owen. Fantastic customer service and they made us feel like family! This is the 3rd vehicle we've gotten here n it WON'T be the last. Today was a 15 out of 10!!! If you're looking for a great deal from people who really care about helping their customers & will go the extra mile to prove how much they appreciate your business, you've gotta go to Ford of Lake Geneva...tell them Ray n Dawn sent you!!! They won't let you down and you won't be disappointed. Guaranteed!

Fantastic experience with Ford of LG! Had a few warning lights on in my car and needed new tires. They diagnosed the issues quickly, and I was able to get in for service the next day! Extremely affordable and great staff. Next time I buy a car, I m heading here.

Experience buy the car was good. But the dealer never paid for the trade in after the contract was signed. Dealing with months of headaches now wishing we when somewhere else!So ignore my post of a great experience!!!

I purchased my third car from them today and once again I was not disappointed! The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently. Ross (manager) and Rob (financing) always manage to find the best financing and terms that fit my budget and Ricky is very helpful in finding the car that I want. I never feel rushed or pressured and I know that I get a great deal (especially after researching the prices online). My family looks forward to buying from them for many years to come.

The guys here are absolutely great!! Bought a 2013 Lincoln MKX, the value was unbeatable, and the guys were extremely easy to work with. For buying my first car on my own, I am so glad I got to work with these guys. Went in to test drive the car, and left with it the same day. The General Manager Ross was great to work with and he replied to me very quickly. The salesman Ricky was very helpful throughout the whole thing, and going through the whole process with me. Rob in financing was incredibly helpful with finding the right bank to finance me. I would recommend buying a vehicle from them to anyone!! Next time I am in the market for a vehicle, I will definitely be making the drive back there.

I have bought five vehicles in my life at different dealerships and Ford of lake Geneva was the the best place I have ever bought suv ! I most definitely will be back to get a truck in my here future ! It was worth the drive of four hours to make the deal happen ! It was the most smooth buying experience I have ever had in my life ! The financial guy was so helpful in the process ask for (Rob) ! My sales team was not just one person they were all very helpful ! Chuck Harvey the manager / owner was a very great to deal with during the trade in and sale with his top notch sales people!( Micheal )is a great sales man young and eager to sell and help in so many ways possible! (Ricky Higgins ) was there on Saturday to give us a helping hand to our new suv ! Everyone was very nice and polite! Thank you to all at FORD OF LAKE GENEVA

Very good experience. Purchased a used vehicle for my daughter. They provided information on repairs they had performed at the dealership as well as through a dealership specific to the vehicle make. Vehicle is very nice. Jeff, Chuck, and Rob were all very nice to deal with, and followed up on some items after the deal as they had promised. Very happy with the experience.

Would give no stars if possible! Worst experience ever! Given incorrect information, and when tried to explain the other information already given by another sales person at that location was different. Was pretty much told to go screw off and that they don't need to sell that vehicle. Even though its been sitting on the lot for a year! Don't bother going here. They will not work with you on anything without jacking up the price of the vehicle and adding in more fees that you don't know about. Rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. You'll be told to do that anyway!

I had a wonderful experience buying my 2017 Ford Escape. Gina was so helpful. She even went to my house and programmed in my garage door opener. Cherie the owner was such a sweetheart, she made me feel very welcomed in her dealership. I would definitely recommend buying a car from them. Make sure you ask for Gina.
