Great place, great team, they have everything you need. Small woman that was hanging out in the back of the store told me I should throw the car I was driving in the garbage when I asked staff for help bummed me out but that's life. O'Reilly's team is great. I've been shopping their stores for 15 years always a great experience, except for the tiny angry female customer that hangs out there..

I had a vehicle break down on I-90/94, on Tuesday, February 13th, 2024. I was able to make it to O'Reilly, to have someone look at it. Jason and Bradley were on duty and took a look at it. It ended up being a spark plug that ejected through its coil. I purchased the parts and they tried to fix the problem for me. They stayed beyond closing time to offer me help. Unfortunately, they didn't have the resources to completely fix the problem. I want to commend both Jason and Bradley for all their efforts. They definitely went above and beyond and I really appreciate it.

Accidently bought a battery maintainer when I actually needed a battery pack. I went to exchange it for the right product and the middle aged guy made it seemed like it was the newest thing in the world for people to ask for exchanges. Literally told him there was nothing wrong with the original piece I bought, but just that I bought the wrong item. I asked for my receipt back since he was acting like a child and just exchanged it at the Reedsburg location that exchanged it without any of the sass that that grown man had. Properly train your employees to know how to operate all transactions.

I Had an emergency battery situation being an out of Towner. I showed up when they opened and the gentleman opened on time, rang up the battery and had it installed...in 15 minutes. The wind chill was about 18 degrees that morning, so great job! If you are in the Dells and need good help, don't hesitate to stop here.

I am very disappointed with the man that waited on me this morningat 7 am..I'm a 67 yr old women that really don't know much about cars, I had a low beam bulb go out..I did not know there was 2 different spots to remove low beam or high beam..He had me go out and remove the bulb so I took wrong one out and he says that isn't burned out but being a parts guy you would think he knew i took wrong one out, I kept saying low beam but he didn't want to bother, sold me the high beam and away I went( I needed low beam) I went to car quest in Portagcame out and fixed it for me

These guys are amazing I am a mobile mechanic and very rarely I call and they don't have the part I need. They have helped me save countless drivers to get their repairs done same day. The employees are super friendly and very good at what they do. Highly recommend for your parts needs!

On a family road trip, we noticed a lug nut had come off on our car. The guys here were super helpful and patient, even offering personal tools to tighten on the purchased parts since rentals were not available. 5 out of 5 for the staff.

I came to this O Reilly with a flat tire and a three hour drive ahead of me. Dylan walked us through what tools and supplies we would need to fix it, and then spent 45 minutes helping us use them and get back on the road. He had a ton of useful informations and knew exactly which products would be the best fit for the problem, and everything was very reasonably priced. Give him a raise! Thanks so much

Amazing customer service. I had a headlight go out and received instant service plus installation. I was so stressed about having to spend extra at a dealership but JJ the manager helped me with the install. Thank you for your awesome service to the guys at O'Reilly today. Highly recommend.

On a -9 degree day I needed my headlight bulb replaced. The young man that waited on me was awesome. It took time to get old one out, but he continued until he did. Extremely cold weather he never complained. Will definitely recommend O'Reilly auto parts in Lake delton.

On 9/3 I purchased a used code reader to see how we would like it and was told if it didn t work out we could return it. We decided that we preferred the Bosch code reader so I brought it back in original packaging, with a receipt today. I really wish I had gone into any other O Reilly s to make the return. Theresa yelled at me when I said I was there to make a return and told me there were no returns accepted for that item. I tried to explain they told us it wouldn t be a problem when we purchased it, and she was slamming the keys on her keyboard and yelling at me, saying that I couldn t go by clothing, take it home, decide I didn t like it and then expect the store to return it. I said, I m pretty sure that happens all of the time. She kept slamming the keys on her keyboard and yelling at me in front of another employee and other customers. I asked if there was a manager I could talk to because she was being very rude and she told me, Not today, I m dealing with her. She literally was so mad she was shaking. I ve been in this store many other times, and I ve always been met with helpful, friendly people. I have never experienced such bad, rude customer service in my life. I ll stick to using our Napa and Auto Value accounts from now on.

Excellent service, I went to pick up a headlight bulb and I asked pete if he could help me change it. He didn't hesitate to come help. They have great employees that are willing to help you out in a pinch if you need a quick hand to change a wiper or a bulb.

Out of town for the week and my battery was completely done. Stopped in here and Pete helped me get a new battery for my car and even installed it for me. Great friendly service! I would highly recommend this place. Thanks to Pete for all your help and hard work! You saved my day and my trip!!

Assistance manager Teresa, was very rude and unhelpful. When I had asked about having a reader put on my car for the service engine light on she stated to take it to my mechanic it was not her job. When I informed her it was posted that this service was provided free she got all salty and grabbed the machine from the shelf and headed to my vehicle. She then shoved the end into my car and turned it on. She said LOOK NO SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT. That I needed to take my car to my mechanic and that I should try changing the oil some time. ( without even checking to see if my oil was good) FYI my car has its oil changed at a shop regularly. This Assistance manager then yanked the plug from my car and shoved the machine towards my face and said SEE NO CODES, GO GET YOUR OIL CHANGED. And slammed my car door. I have NEVER received such rude, disrespectful service in my life.

JJ was so helpful and professional. Checked our battery and used the plug-in diagnostic tool to determine that we needed a new alternator. Provided the part and found us a mechanic who fixed our car promptly. Highly recommend O'Reilly Auto parts for their expertise and helpful service.

We recently moved to the area and needed brakes for my car.After a frustrating experience elsewhere, we spoke to John and he was able to help with professionalism and knowledge.His entire staff was friendly and welcoming.My significant other is always looking for parts as a trained mechanic and racer. Staff is awesome! They are professional, helpful, as well as friendly. I always get the right parts the first time. Ordering parts is easy and if they dont have it in store, they can get it within a day or two.

The employee named Conner single handily saved our vacation. Had a ac belt and tension pully that needed replaced upon our arrival in the Dells and this dude made very short work of it!!! Awesome Dude
