I m gonna start this off by saying I m not a person who leaves reviews. But I tried to get in to get an alignment done on my pickup and had nothing but issues, the first time I was there they wanted to order a caster camber kit to do the alignment which isn t necessary but is helpful. I ordered it myself and saved well over $200 doing that. So wait another 2 weeks for an appointment brought it back in at 10 o clock the day of the appointment and received a call at 4 PM saying they never got to my truck. Also that they wanted to charge me $160 an hour For labor to put the parts in to do the alignment. So basically, my alignment would ve cost around $500 I m sorry but that s just out of the question. plus the customer service wasn t great in the service department. As well as it was almost impossible to get a hold of anyone. again I don t like leaving reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I m going to. Edit. Had the alignment done by another buisness in town. The first time I brought it to them for under 150$

Recently took my truck in for service. It needed a new coolant reservoir and new dpf sensor. They didn't have the parts on hand, so I had to leave my truck. Mike went out of his way to make sure I had a courtesy car to drive. Tara at the service desk took care of everything with my warranty company and got everything she could covered, and she kept me very well informed throughout the whole process. Also had and aftermarket exhaust installed, and the tech did a great job installing it.

This place is absolutely phenomenal. I am up here working, live in Illinois. Hands down the best service I have ever had at a chevy dealership. They did work on my 2020 Chevy 2500 and the service department was accommodating, respectful, helpful, all of the above. Highly recommend.

I got quoted 1,200 some dollars for just a water pump. It said the part costs 570 some dollars. I bought one for 30$ and I put it on my car. It s running better and no coolant leaks. I wouldn t go back there. The only reason would be to get a key cut. It s fairly cheap to do.

My wife and I moved from the Madison area to Ladysmith a few months ago. We have been looking for somewhere to perform regular maintenance on her 2022 Subaru Outback and on my Toyota Prius.Don Johnson's Ladysmith Motors has been FANTASTIC in accommodating both vehicles. They send pictures of items that need attention and include a full multi-point inspection free of charge. They even offered to pick the Subaru up from our home!Not only a great dealership, but a really, really good group of people. A wonderful hidden gem in Ladysmith/Rusk County.

Other places offer a simple courtesy of cleaning windshield dusting and vacuuming. You guys didn't even remove the tape that was supposed to be removed when I bought the car

Went in for a routine oil change. After that it was leaking and completely empty of oil. Prior to me taking my car there it never leaked of oil. I took it back about 6-8 times and they still never fixed the problem. Later to find out there was a crack in the oil pan. The shop I took it to said they put a piece of TAPE(seal toycen called it) on it to cover up the crack. Took it to another shop and fixed the problem by completely replacing the oil pan. I had to pay what Toycen should ve had to pay. And they claim it s not their fault.

My step dad used to take his truck here for an oil change before the new owners bought it and it was decently priced but once the new owner bought it its all gone down hill he paid 360 for an oil change and fuel filter which is ridiculous dont take your vehicle here for service unless you wanna get scammed

Been using for service for more than a decade, Work always done timely, well done and fair pricing. The latest staff in service is customer conscious. Follow up on how the work was proceeding and that I needed additional service. on my brakes. Shane advised me on a previous oil change my front brakes would need service soon... The call was appreciated and the work accomplished without needing another appointment.

I needed an oil change. Appointment was at 9, dropped off off went for my walk and came back about 10:15 and it was all done. The girl that waited on me was very personable and held a conversation with me as I paid my bill. She was in the shop and took me into the billing area, no one was at the desk so she went around and said she could help me with it and did.

We bought a certified used 2015 Tahoe from this dealership and at face value they were very nice to work with and accommodating. We ve had our Tahoe for 7 months and brought it in for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and then we started to notice a clunking with turning so we wanted to get that checked also. We got our estimate back that all of the repairs for shocks, struts, sway bar, etc. was going to cost us $5,500! I m no mechanic but I find it hard to believe that all of that work popped up within the 7 months we owned this car and at the severity it had appeared. It felt like the Ladysmith dealership didn t do any safety checking or inspections on what they had on their lot which is concerning. If you buy used from them, I d bring it to an independent garage for an inspection before committing to the sale.

If you're looking for a money sink, repairs to drag along and repeat repairs....this the place. We had asked a few times for the parts that were replaced so I could verify the repairs, we were denied every time. The last stint was 4 months, thermostat sticking....never again.

Had a rattle stopped to ask what it might be. Shane had benny ride with me. We bounced ideas off each other, the last thing I thought of was a rock shield on the front brakes. I didn't have an appointment but benny pulled it in checked out everything we talked about and it was the shield. He pulled off the tire and rotor and fixed it. NO RATTLE!! above and beyond. They are great bunch of guys!!

Can t say enough about my experience here. I m an out of towner who was just passing thru the area and had to make an emergency stop. Shane and the crew of techs did everything they could to help me out and went way above and beyond to make sure I could continue on my way in a timely manner. There are still good people and businesses out there and these guys are exactly that. I will be forever grateful for them for the exceptional service and customer care they provided for me. Would recommend 100%

My 2018 Chev Silverado Duramax Diesel truck went into limp mode, saying I had an emission issue and to see the owners manual now. I had no idea what was wrong and the truck lost a lot of power. I was able to make it to Tocyen Chev as I was passing through Ladysmith, WI on my way home to the Twin Cities on this past Saturday. I have never stopped here before, but I just had to trust this Chevy dealer would get me back on the road. I used their after hours drop box and called them on Monday morning. I spoke to Shane in service who helped me without an appointment and had it fixed by 2pm Monday. They put in a new Injector Harness for cylinder #4, that they had seen go bad in the past on other trucks. Which saved me a ton of money, not putting in a new injector that I didn't need. They also replaced a fuel filter that I knew I needed replaced! Shane was great.Then I drove back out there from the Twin Cities to pick it up, (I had friends give me a ride home on Saturday) and spoke to Mike Toycen. Mike had the keys out ready to go and was great! I was so impressed with the high level of service and willingness to get my truck fixed so quickly! They are all professionals here, and I will be back anytime I am passing through to the cabin! I would recommend this dealership to everyone! Thank you,Dave C., Twin Cites, MN.

My experience at Toycen of Ladysmith Chevrolet was a great one as always! Shane made sure the issues with my Tahoe were addressed right away so I could have my vehicle back a.s.a.p. , as I have a large family and need the larger vehicle. The quality of their work is outstanding. We buy local because of the great service we receive and that you can trust their work that they will stand behind, becuase they also want to keep you coming back.

They were supposed to do an alignment on my daughters car, and I still have to hold my steering wheel to the right because it still pulls to the left. They made her pay for it and never even happened.

I have been dealing with Toycen of Ladysmith for many years and they have always treated me well. I try and do my homework before trading and they are always fair. The maintenance department has been excellent as well. Tracy Mincoff has sold me the last two trucks and she spends time with me making sure I can use all the functions they have to offer.

they did a great job a great job working on my 2006 chevy hhr. They recently fixed my tire and now I am back to having two vehicles so if one breaks down I can drive the other and they did a great job at a low price. I will by coming back to them again for my vehicles.

I am always impressed by the professionalism by the Service Dept. at Toycen's of Ladysmith, WI They are very good at explaining the issue(s) with my truck and what needed to be done to correct the problem. Shane Bishop is a awesome person to deal with and puts our worries at ease.

I'm sorry I have to put 1 star when I'd like to leave 0. I bought a used car from someone and after a couple weeks the car would only start intermittently so I'd be running errands and I could maybe stop at 2 places and the 3rd the car wouldn't start I kept calling tow companies paying $45 for a jump. I took it in to Toycen they said I needed a starter so trusting a Chevy dealership I said ok, paid $477.00 and the car continued to do the same thing. I took it back they kept it for a day and a half and said it was a wire and I needed to take it elsewhere, no charge. Had the wire checked still did the same thing. Finally the gentleman I bought the car from came to me feeling bad (which it wasn't his fault) he said meet me at Fleet Farm tomorrow I'm buying you a battery. Never had a problem since. They never checked my battery, yeah I have $500.00 to burn.

I brought my trailblazer there for a chip to be put in for the heated seats. They had it done in half the time quoted. Very friendly staff
