Hitting a deer is never a good experience, however, Weber's made the entire process of getting our car fixed as easily and pain free as possible. Some parts were on backorder and one body panel came in warped during shipping, but they wouldn't allow that part to be used. Their standards of quality and perfection is amazing! It took a little longer to get everything fixed than we had hoped, due to some parts being on backorder (not their fault) and with them wanting to make sure everything was perfect when it was completed, but the whole experience has been great. They are very communicative and accommodating with helping us getting our vehicle back to the way it was before the accident. I'll tell anyone and everyone who needs bodywork done to come here!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Worst service I have ever received from any shop. I'm a returning customer and he treated me so badly and didn't fix both cars properly. He did below standard work and when I bring it up, he doesn't acknowledge the issue. He wanted his money back right away after doing such a bad job and he kept my car as ransom for a whole weekend over a little confusion on the deductible even though I had to take my family out of town. He called the cops on a returning customer that came back to his shop. The car door that he "fixed" stopped working after 1 month. I called and they said they had time to fix my car but when I reached there they said to bring the car next week. Would not recommend this business to anyone for their very poor customer service.Service: Body & Trim

We had 2 vehicles repaired by them this spring and both turned out beautifully - they did metal work and painting and it looks great. The work was done in a very timely manner on both and each was done when they said it would be and they were very easy and pleasant to work with and both vehicles were clean and complete when we picked them up. My 2 week estimate turned into 8 weeks...My battery died, no big deal, I paid for a replacement (wrong choice). Later, after my passenger damaged bumper repair and headlight replacement, I go to pick up my vehicle and noticed that my driver side headlight went out. I called and spoke with the shop owner and he claimed that it had 0% chance they did anything to it (while switching batteries) that could've caused it.I continued to bring in my own light (I ordered a new) kit.Weber's auto lacks integrity and accountability. I will not be coming back here and DO NOT recommend this place to anyone to do business with.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Jamie and the team at Weber's are great to work with. Our Mini Van was in a near totaled accident and when I got it back from Weber's, it was like a brand new van. It was very evident to me through the process that this an auto body shop that cares about the work they put out. Really a great experience. I gotta be honest, I haven't had the work done yet but they drop what they are doing and give you an estimate without an appointment. Everyone I know who has had work done there have been very happy.

Jaime, Jeff and their crew are the best in the business. I had some small rust bubbles on my Jeep s roof that I wanted fixed. That Jeep is my hobby and is a family heirloom ....lots of memories in it and have spent so much time and effort keeping it pristine. Many body shops I visited had no interesting in doing the job and told me it wasn t worth it. I took it to Weber and Jaime got creative and fixed it perfectly, the right way. True professionals and people that understand some people view their cars as more than an appliance. I recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely had a terrific experience. The professional team at Webers got my 2013 Ford Fiesta running perfectly for an affordable price, & quickly. Kindness goes a long way with me, and these gentlemen couldn't have been more kind & helpful. Highly recommend their services & will return for future repairs.

Someone Hit my wifes newer Model VW while she was at work and destroyed the drivers side door. Not only did it cause cosmetic damage but also caused problems with the automatic door locks. This was the first time I have ever had to file a claim and Weber's took care of us every step of the way and had our car looking like new in no time. They were fast, friendly, and did excellent work. I highly recommend.

Very happy with the work performed on our Subaru Forester after hitting a deer. Very friendly and did everything they could to keep costs down and repairs made. Will call them first in the future if needed.
