Was very disappointed today when I stopped for an oil change today. Employee JEK (Jim?) was argumentative with other employees in front of us and condescending to me. Arguing right next to our car with the window down. The only reason I m giving three stars instead of one is because the rest of the staff were kind and polite. I m sure they d appreciate it if the employee were fired.

These guys basically robbed me. They charged me $80 for my 2017 Nissan Sentra - never in my whole entire life of owning a car have I EVER spent that much money on an oil change. These guys are crooks! They don t give you an option on what oil to use and charge you an additional 30 bucks for a oil upgrade we never asked for. I m never going back and I would recommend to NEVER get your oil changed here if you have a small car.

Not a place for foreign cars at all! Just bought a newer Audi s4 and took it in for an oil change. Instead of draining my oil, they drained my transmission fluid and added 7 extra quarts of oil to the motor. They sent me out the door and after driving 40 feet or so my transmission made the car jump forward and the whole thing started shaking. I brought the car back in and they told me I was leaking trans fluid by an axle. The driveway I park on has 0 spots from oil or fluid so I knew that was a lie. The car sat in their garage overnight and the next morning, they ended up filling my transmission fluid up said the car was ready. The car needed to be towed since they don t know how to service the car and they eventually brought it to the Audi dealership. The dealership said it was 9 quarts too low on fluid and the car was not in driving state. Dennis the owner was unprofessional about the whole situation and tried to play it all off knowing I m young. I have not got a refund on my oil change and he tried to offer 3 free oil changes after this nonsense Not a place for nice cars or foreigns

I wouldn t recommend. I bought a car a month ago and instantly went to do a whole coolant flush and oil change. Costing me over $200. I asked to check to see if there was anything wrong with my car and they said no. I looked at the notes that was printed off and it stated I had an oil leak. So I went BACK and I told them about it and they said there was no leak. They said I had a coolant leak. But it wasn t on the paper. I checked my coolant MYSELF, and it was clogged with dirt and old coolant. THEY DID NOT FLUSH MY COOLANT. As a 19yo guy with no experience with a car, I could work there. They rip you off and are very dishonest.

I do not recommend going to the Valvoline Express Care Onalaska!! The guys there are dishonest and tried to take advantage of my 19 year old daughter by trying to sell her things she did not need. They also did an oil change on the vehicle without her consent, and we're very rude to her. I had spoken to the manager twice the previous week and told them she only needed to come in to have her tires retorqued. When Tony (manager) was confronted about this he lied and said it was communicated by her that she needed an oil change. This was not true, she knew what she was going there for.Service: Tires

I showed up 5 minutes before close without realizing it. They waved me, got me set up, and I was out before closing. Unlike Walmart they also knew to use the right tool to drain the oil instead of trying to crank it open and failing.Fast, good value, highly recommended.

80$ oil changes and young adults saying your getting a deal, what a joke, and of course you wont see a price until they've drained the oil from your vehicle. Literally go anywhere else and save 40$

Above and beyond! I won't go into the whole story, but it's a great place. Honesty and integrity, which is hard to find. Thank you to all the workers who helped and to Joel, who made sure that things were 100% taken care of.

Went there this morning for an oil change. I thought I was a month behind, but the honest & friendly mechanic told me that I still have a couple of months because I barely drive my car! I've been going to them for years now for my oil changes and I'll never go anywhere else! Great prices honest people and friendly people what more could a gal ask for?! They're the best around Town! Thanks Valvoline

I have been coming here for years, they always provide great service at a good price and the staff are always very pleasant/friendly. The employees go above and beyond to help out the customers. The owner did an oil change on my vehicle today and he ended up replacing my key fob battery because it was too low. I would highly recommend Vavoline Express Care

Dennis the owner was very professional and took the time to show me that my cabin air filter needed to be replaced and explained what it does. The oil change was quick and done well as well. Would definitely recommend going here instead of booking an appointment with a dealership or different shop.

Staff always friendly and quick. They do up sell some things but aren't pushy and it's still a pleasant experience. Quick oil change and free car wash, can't beat that!

The workers were amazingly fast and understood how rough the car was when I just bought it. They checked everything to make sure it was driveable. Tony and his friends were amazing!

Shout out to Devon who worked really hard to get the cabin filter changed to my car. I never knew that Nissans were such a pain in the butt to deal with when it comes to changing the filter. Devon did it without complaining. I had a photo proof of his hard work, but unfortunately I couldn't attach it.

It was quick and easy to get in and out. Fair prices for their services. Had an oil change got a car wash free. The gentleman taking care of me was thorough and efficient. Will be back for future oil changes.

Been getting my oil changed here for 3 years now. I love the convenience of just stopping when I have time. Half the time if I call other places it s several weeks out and life is just so busy that that doesn t work well for us. I always have emails to go through so it s the perfect time for me to knock those out! Love that they always to a quick check up on other things too!Service: Oil change

So I wanted to take a moment to state how amazing the guys at Valvoline express are. I get my oil change there all the time. Today after my oil change I headed back home but stopped to get groceries. When I got back in my car the check engine light came on. It was 4:45pm when I got home so I knew they were closing soon.I talked to Tony who did the oil change and he came out after work to check everything for me. Now good news the check engine light was not because of the oil change and will be getting it looked at this week. I have never ever seen such great service and wanted to shout it from the roof tops. Really great! First time coming here because I desperately needed an oil change. The workers were really friendly and they let me know when there was an issue or if something needed to be replaced. You can sit in your car while they do everything and there s no appointment needed! I m someone who doesn t really know how cars work so it was very appreciated to talk me through everything.Service: Oil change

I had a great experience with the guys at express care.. A little backstory we went to Walmart for an oil change they took my car back took an hour and half later for them to tell me that the previous company stripped my oil pan bolt. And they couldn t do an oil change. Express care was the company that has done my oil changes so we gave them a call with only 6 minutes to closing they took us in and looked at it finding out that Walmart was the ones that stripped the bolt but blamed them they got it off with in minutes and we were in and out quick. I m grateful they took the time to look at it and im will continue to keep going to them. I m also grateful they did the oil change because we leave on a big road trip and wanted to get some of the bigger things out of the way. Thank you again for the guys working at Express Care tonight you relieved so much stress that Walmart created..
