I brought my new Lexus into the shop with damage to two tires and wheels from hitting a deep pot hole while driving across country.The damage was extensive, but one of the technicians, Paul Apfel, put me at ease with his caring disposition. He offered photos for my insurance company, another car to use while my car was being worked on, etc. A finer representative for Toyota service would be hard to find. I heartily recommend Toyota of La Crosse for any of your service needs.

Unprofessional over the phone. I called and explained that I needed to schedule a service, since I hadn't gotten an oil change in 18 months. The woman on the phone sounded incredulous and said, "You haven't gotten an oil change since you bought the car!" I said yes. After a long pause, she said, still with an incredulous tone "You know you have to get your oil changed every year." I said that I understood that, and that's why I was calling. I know she's right, but being judgmental over the phone doesn't make me want to get service from this place.

Friendly, conversant, knowledgeable service advisors. Always open to questions and provide a detailed review of services provided and suggestions for marginal/potential issues. Comfortable waiting area. Text updates while you wait.

It was the 3rd time your service department could not get me in for over a weeks I took my car to another repair shop and found my lug nuts were about to fall off . The Toyota business u represent should of been able to at least help me for 3 mins. If I would of driven my car much farther - I could of been in a bad way.. I will Never come back or buy a car from you.

Total Professional, Competent & Customer Service Driven in ALL phases of the Dealership. The Service Department's driving force behind the scenes is Andy Heichel, Service Manager who has trained His Staff to, in my humble opinion, The Benchmark by which all others SHOULD be measured against
