Buying a vehicle can be a very daunting experience. However, our service at Toyota of La Crosse was great. Brian and Ben treated us well, no pushy sales pitch, answered all of questions easily and confidently. It was worth the drive to get our dream car!

My wife and I just purchased our Rav4 Limited here and it was the best experience either one of us has ever had at a dealership. Kou and Katie were very helpful and made the process really easy and comfortable.

I ve only purchased a few cars in my life from dealerships, but this experience has surpassed all of them. I m not a big online reviewer, but this place deserves one from me.Kou Yang has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He is very accommodating. He is very personable and never once rushed me through the sale I made with him. He answered every question I had to the best of his ability. He was able to efficiently dumb everything down in the case I wasn t able to understand. He didn t have to do much selling to me for the vehicle we found on their lot, but I can tell he s a great salesman too!Ben Jorgensen in financing is also a top notch fellow from what I could see. Very thorough and he treated me like I was really someone while going through the paperwork. Sure, it s easy to say that s their job , but these are some really cool folks.Overall this facility is on top of it. Very professional atmosphere. Everyone seems happy to be there, all of the sales and service personnel were presentable and easy to talk to. I live an hour away, and was unable to get to them before it got dark due to the time change, but Kou let me take the 4Runner I was interested in into their well lit service bay to inspect it so I didn t have to come back in the daylight before I made my real decision.I ve since dealt with Kou on a couple of occasions after my purchase regarding my purchase, and he s been the same great fellow I met before the purchase.Life s been tough lately for all of us, but this dealership reminded me that there s still good services out there.Thanks for the great experience!

Brian did a great job he was quick. Made it smooth. Whoever takes his spot when he retires will have a hard time. He was calm and confident in what he does.

I have purchased from Brian Sing in the past and knew I wanted to be able to discuss vehicle options with him again. Brian is so knowledgeable and personable, very easy to talk to and work with. He is not pushy. He listens well and was able to show us many different vehicles. Because of his knowledge and attention to details he was able to present me with the perfect vehicle!! We had an appointment with him at about 7:15 am and were there until noon.. we never felt rushed. Highly recommend

My husband and I just recently bought our first brand new vehicle. We had an amazing experience with Ryan Lorenz. He was extremely knowledgeable and could answer all our questions. He was able to get us our dream van in just a couple of months. He made the process super smooth and easy. Communication was great! We 10/10 recommend Ryan @ Toyota La Crosse to anyone! If you are looking for a car Toyota La Crosse is the place to go! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and get the job done quickly. Instead of building a new vehicle and having to wait 12 months + they found one already in route cutting my wait time to just a few months. I highly recommend them if you re needing a new or used vehicle!

All around good experience. Lisa and Katie where excellent and very personable. I would buy another car with their help anytime. The finance officer is a moron. After we refused service contract, he treated us like dirt. We were seconds from stopping purchase of car.

I was in the market for a used RAV4 for my son, and had reached out to salesman John Gillies for help. I gave him all of the criteria that I was looking for, and he immediately contacted me the evening before Thanksgiving to let me know that an exact match had just been traded in. It was a great used car for a great price, and he knew it would be in high demand. He allowed us to see it and test drive it immediately so that we would have first dibs on purchasing it.In today s competitive used car buying environment, his attention to our needs, his availability, and efficiency were invaluable to our car buying experience. I would highly recommend working with John he keeps your interests and needs at the forefront of the transaction.

My name is actually Erica Black, and John Gillies is excellent to work with! The whole process was slick, and he didn't try to oversell me anything I didn't need. He's also very friendly, and a bicyclist - so he's cool! I have never had any issues with this Toyota dealership in general - been since 2018 now! Thanks again for the new Corolla lease!

I reached out to Brian Sing about a used Subaru Crosstrek that was on the website. He promptly reached out to me and was able to let me come in for a quick test drive. I was given next steps that evening and by the next morning, I jumped at the opportunity for the new-to-me vehicle and Brian helped me secure my new car! The paperwork process was made easy by him and Ben (finance) and if I could do this process again, I would not hesitate to go back to these two. Thanks for the work you put in to make my life better. We ordered a hybrid Toyota Rav-4 last summer, and we were unconcerned that it may take a long time to come in. It arrive in early November, earlier than what we had anticipated. John Gillies was our salesman and we couldn't be more pleased with how he treated us -- always professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with the car before we left. We were also very pleased with Ben Jorgensen, the one who handled all of the paperwork. He, too, was very courteous, friendly and thorough. We understood exactly what we were signing and were happy with how much of the leg work they did for us. I would highly recommend the staff at Toyota of La Crosse to anyone looking for a great experience in buying a new car. Mike and Rose

As soon as I got there, the front desk was very helpful. Kou did a great job at getting me straight into the test drive I asked for on the new vehicle. After that he was very informative and welcoming on my finance options, while getting right to the point. Ben also did a very good job at informing me about the packages, and was very respectful and not aggresive with my decisions on the things I picked.That made the experience very nice because I know people dont like when they push you to buy stuff. I highly recommend going here and asking for Kou on anything you may have questions about!

I drove 250 miles to visit my mom in a town 45 minutes east of LaCrosse and heard a terrible grinding noise when I slowed down and stopped. It was Friday afternoon. I called the service department. They were booked full but said they would squeeze me in and at least diagnose it and make sure it was safe to drive. Not only did they squeeze me in, but they were able to replace the brakes pads (rusted), rotors, and shims. On a Friday! And they were extremely professional and very friendly. I wish it was a lot closer to where I live!! AWESOME SERVICE! (nice waiting area as well).

On Feb 14 I went to Toyota of a Crosse and met with Andrew Pradovic I purchased a 2024 Rav4 what a wonderful experience. He was more then helpful. After dealing with him I worked with the financial person I thing her name was Katie (not sure) but again it was a great experience. I have owned Toyotas since 2005 and want no other make of car. It may have been a little further for me to go but was so worth it. So if you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle in my opinion this is the place to go.

We drove 2.5 hours to purchase our new Toyota from Kou and Katie at La Crosse Toyota. They really do treat you like a loved one. They are transparent in their pricing and practices and explain things in plain language. This was the best interaction we've had with a car dealership, ever. They made us feel like VIPs. They were kind and respectful of our time. We had an A+ wonderful experience and we highly recommend!!

My family and I had a great experience with this dealership. We worked with John Pochanayon and he was very knowledgeable about the Prius I ended up buying. My dad had a lot of questions as we've never owned a hybrid car before and he answered them all in a way even I could understand. John was a very easy person to talk to, he was very friendly. My dad and him talked for quite a while about a whole lot of things when we ended up buying the car. If I were just reviewing my experience with John, it would be the easiest 5 star review I've given.While the experience with the rest of the process was good overall, there was one small hiccup with the credit application. My dad and I filled it out around Monday or Tuesday, can't remember the exact day. We didn't hear from Toyota at all afterwards. My dad ended up calling on Friday afternoon and we found out we were supposed to be there at 10am on Saturday. Within the credit application, we both provided contact info, but we didn't hear about anything really. Overall, the rest of the process was good, that was really the only issue and the only reason I am taking off a star.

We recently purchased a 2024 Prius, and Brian Sing and Ben Jorgenson were wonderful to work with! They were super friendly and helpful in walking us through every step. Brian took the time to show us the many electronic gadgets and even walked us through setting up the app to connect with our new car. We were on the waitlist for a while (no fault of theirs), but it was totally worth the wait! Thank you, Brian and Ben!

Wrong diagnosis, took my car to another dealership and they were able to find the correct issue which had nothing to do with Toyota of La Crosse diagnosis. My car is now running amazing thanks to Dahl Toyota of Winona. Not sure if I trust the team at La Crosse anymore after this 3 month long car treatment.

I was looking for a 2024 Prius XLE AWD and Kou was able to locate this for me way way quicker than expected. I always felt like my questions were heard and never pushed to buy. Kou should be your first go-to sales person if you are looking for a Toyota.

I was about 180 miles from home traveling on a very rainy Friday back in October when my check engine light come on and my Corolla started running rough. I exited I-90 into LaCrosse and found the Toyota dealership. Joey Nutting was the service advisor that helped me that day. Despite having a full service schedule Joey was able to find enough room in the schedule to have tech Dave Haney check my car out, swapping ignition coils to help diagnose the issue. Long story short, I was back on my way in a couple hours. Without Joey and Daves attention that day I could have been stranded an hour and a half from my destination. Thank you for making the time for an out of town traveler in their time of need.
