Thanks Gunner and crew! Had a vehicle serviced here for a condenser replacement and front brakes and rotors replacement. Did a great job, everything is working perfectly! Was able to get in within a couple days and the owner was great with communication. Will definitely be back and highly recommend! If you want to save some this place out! Hidden gem of a place!

We need front breaks and they got it done the same day at a reasonable price.So I made a appointment the next week for tires and oil change for my truck.Sure could have saved a few bucks at a discount store.But when you have great service that beats any discount box store.Great service and work.

Lack of communication was probably the second worse part for me. I dropped my vehicle off at 8 on a Thursday morning thru said it would be ready around noon. 2:00 rolls by. No call. I called them. "Ya the technician is having a hard time getting the bearing apart" the next day no call. Called again around 3 this time. They need to order a different part. They didn't have the right equipment to do the job after all. The quoted price of $500 went to $1700! I just wanted to have them put it back together and I would go somewhere else. They couldn't get it back together. So I would have to call a wrecker to get it off the lift. Nice trapping ha. :( I have paperwork to prove this. Either way, buyer be wear. Almost forgot, it's Wednesday the next week.

Just had my daughter's car there. They were very quick and affordable. Didn't try to upsell things she didn't need. Been trying to find a respectable shop since Courtesy Care Care retired, I think I've found it. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent customer service!!! Sam was a very intelligent guy and very nice guy to deal with. Stopped there on a whim because a light came on. He put my anxiety at ease. Would definitely recommend Top Notch Auto!

I had my Benz looked at here for a check engine light a month after I bought it. The guy didn't even charge me for looking at it. I respected that so much that I brought my Subaru there. He had it working in less than 3 days and my bill was thousands less than what I thought it was going to be! I'm never going anywhere else. Thanks Sam!!

This is a very friendly and professional repair shop. It is clean inside and out. They tell you what it's going to cost before they fix it, which I like very much. They have loaner vehicles so you can still get home or to work. I would recommend this place to everyone. I've been here before and have never been disappointed with their work.

I'm really happy with the service I received at Top Notch Auto Repair. Their pricing was good for my ac recharge, they got me in quickly, and they were all friendly. The customer area is not like most shops where things look grimy and germy. Top Notch's customer area is very clean and orderly and has small collector cars on display to look at. They also have free loaner cars to use. I will definitely go back when needed. The one thing to be aware of is that they charge 3.5% when you use plastic. I expected it to be added on to credit cards only but it was added on to my debit card as well. I will definitely go back and suggest them to others. GREAT SERVICE!!

Had my front brake pads and rotors replaced here. I was happy to get in right away and staff seemed friendly enough. I paid $10 for a dirty smelly loaner vehicle. I had to pay an additional charge to use a credit/debit card. I got a receipt that was not itemized so I have no idea what I paid for and when I went back to get an itemized receipt he would not give me one. I got 2 other estimates from other places charging about half what I paid this crook after the fact. Don t bother with this place unless you like getting ripped off!

Top Notch is just that...Top Notch. From my initial call of distress to paying my bill, it was smooth sailing. I called very last minute as my car was making a terrible noise. Spoke with Gunnar and he was able to get me in same day. I arrived, a mechanic took it for a ride...knew the issue...ordered parts and my car was fixed up within a couple of hours. Two mechanics drove it after it work was completed. These men work as a team. It was so refreshing to see this among coworkers. Service was quick, pricing was fantastic, Gunnar was honest about repair, mechanics were knowledge and kind. This was a 10/10 and I would recommend Top Notch To anyone! :) Thank you!Service: Brakes

My wife was stranded in her car overnight and these guys were the only ones around who could get her towed and also back on the road the next morning. Honest, fair, and very friendly people. Super grateful for them working with us when we were pretty desperate.

I had my first experience with Gunner's last week and was very pleased. After calling around to get some estimates, Gunner had the best price for the windshield replacement I needed. He was even able to get me in the very next day, and gave me a loaner to use during the service! Can't beat that! I will definitely use Gunner's again in the future and highly recommend them!

Not only is this repair shop a top notch small local business-but Gunnar and his employees are top notch humans, too!! They run an honest, quality shop that has restored my faith in repair shops as a whole!! Gunnar and Top Notch is the ONLY place I take not just my vehicle, but our entire family s vehicles; my husband and our young adult driver, too!! Super thankful for such a great local business with great people at the helm!! I had Gunner and (Sam) work on my 59 ford galaxie! I had some front end issues going on plus I wanted 4 new tires! While having the work done Gunner gave me great communications threw the process! The tires were a nice price! But what i liked more was at gunners they have loaner vehicles when you are having your car worked on!!! A+

Great experience with this place! Windshield replacement came in over a hundred dollars less than another quote. I dropped off the Jeep in the morning, grabbed a free loaner vehicle and had the Jeep back by lunch time! Highly recommend.

Too notch does a good job and we really like them. Had our air conditioning fixed there and some other major repairs and Gunner always does a great job for less than other shops in my experience. The loaner van is super helpful too!

These guys do a great job. I was traveling to the area when I had a vehicle problem. I knew what had to be repaired. I called around the local area and Gunners was the last place I called. Out of the 6 places, he was the lowest price and could get me in right away. I recommend Gunners Top Notch Auto Repair to anyone looking for reliable service. They are "Top Notch"

Stopped in to Gunner's today for my first time because I've heard nothing but good stuff about their service and repairs. I have nothing but good stuff to say. Fast, affordable, reliable, very honest, and friendly staff. I'm sold. They have plenty of loaner cars to use if you need one. I'll definitely be back next time I need a mechanic.

Gunner and his team are truly Top Notch. They will get you back on the road quickly, professionally and at a reasonable price. Rear brakes went out on my Honda Pilot on Sunday. Called at 7:30 Monday morning and was able to get the vehicle in right away. Excelent work and fair pricing. I'm glad to have found a local, trustworthy repair shop.

Had the window motor and more go out in the driver's side. They quoted me 200 less than anywhere else using my part. I was having trouble locating the part. Took it in just to keep my appointment, and told them I couldn't find the part, 10 minutes later he had ordered the part and told me he'd have it fixed by close with the new quote was still cheaper than anywhere else. Offered to give me a loaner until it was fixed. I live walking distance to home so I didn't need it. Car was fixed, window works perfectly. This was January 2020. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GARAGE.

I had what I thought was just a bad alternator on my Honda Pilot, but because of Gunners diligence he discovered my ball joints were lose and the car was unsafe to drive. He was extremely honest, great at keeping me updated, fair pricing, and a loaner to use so I could still get my kids to school! I'd recommend Gunners to anyone...and will!

I had a couple friends with car trouble this week and the place they tried to go said it would be at least a week! Ugh a week without a vehicle how can anyone survive I said call Gunner at Gunners Top Notch in Holmen...well he had them both up and running in a day & saved them money!!!Both of them have told me how impressed and happy they are. they will definitely be back and will be recommending Gunner to their friends also.

This business used to be a private window repair place, not sure what he's up to now. When he replaced my windshield he said it was guaranteed as long as I owned the vehicle against .... chips and cracks. If I took a rock to the glass and got a chip, 'star' or crack to come see him and he'd take care of it for free.Recently was bringing him a referral, and called him to make sure he still kept the same guarantee and he treated me as though I had dementia.He knows how to install a windshield ... ok.What he has become, and who he has partnered with or bought into some franchise .... he seems very distracted. I'll leave this review here for the sake of the photos, but as far as his service claims, I don't trust him.
