We had some battery issues with my daughters 2008 BMW X3 and Greg was willing to help out immediately. He was very knowledgeable with BMW's and basically knew right away what the issue was. He was willing to go the extra mile to test out certain things before actually having to replace the battery. I would highly recommend this business and will be a repeat customer. Greg is awesome! He runs his own shop and is such an honest and straightforward guy. I own an Audi Q5 and took it to Tesla Auto in the late Winter to have it looked at for a fair price. Greg installed something and thought we had the problem figured out - turns out it was actually my fuel injectors. Greg took the price I paid for the first fix (which ended up not having much to do with what was actually wrong) and took it off of the bill I paid for the actual fix and let me keep the parts and such that he installed the first time. You will never leave dissatisfied here and if you do, Greg will do everything he can to fix it for you and make it right. I go to him whenever I need something to fix, I skip the dealer altogether (unless I need an oil change then I go to them) but Greg is easily my go-to-guy here in La Crosse

Greg does great work and has reasonable rates. You can take your vehicle to another repair shop and have to take it back in for the same problem, or take it to Tesla and get it done right the first time. The first place I go with my European automobiles!

Now here is a place that knows his business. I have been here twice, once for electrical problems and once for problems I had with my ignition switch. He found the problems right away and had it fixed faster than I would have thought possible. I highly recommend Tesla for your electrical repairs.

Greg is a master of the electrical systems in our German cars and exells at mechanical repairs as well. Before you drive to Rochester, Madison, or wherever your preferred dealer is, give Tesla a call!
