I got there 20 minutes earlier than my appointment and they were able to pull my car in right after checking in. I decided as they were pulling it in that I'd get the Rain-X treatment on the windshield even with the last minute add-on it was all done and I was pulling out in exactly an hour from them starting it. Ryan was very fast and super friendly! I can't say everyone's situation would be the same depending on the severity of damage, but for my cracked windshield they were able to get it done really fast!

Awesome experience with the Lacrosse Wisconson store. Ryan got me in and back out in shortest amount of time. Toyota looks much better without a broken windshield!! THANKS!!

Excellent experience with them! Ryan & Nick were very polite & informative. Being that I have a new car (2019), the windshield has a camera & had to be recalibrated. I was happy to have my windshield replaced within a day! Hopefully I never have another cracked windshield but if I do (or know someone who does), I will use them again & highly recommend them to everyone! Keep up the great work!

Yesterday I had my windshield repaired and am extremely disappointed in the service. The technician left sticky spots all over the dash around the area of the repair (see pictures). The repair receipt also states the exterior windows were cleaned and the vehicle vacuumed which definitely did not happen, not even the front windshield. I honestly didn't expect those things to be done but don't put them in the receipt record if they were never done. I technically didn't pay for the service since it was through insurance but I am extremely disappointed and would not go back if I had a choice. Emailed customer service who was not helpful.

Very punctual. Arrived for 1:30 appt. Car was in garage being worked on by 1:35. Tech working on my car very professional and courteous. Advised me since I was waiting It would take about 1 1/2 hours. Done in just over an hour. Very impressed with this business and highly recommend.

Saturday l was able to schedule an appointment for Monday. They filed claim through insurance and windshield was completed exactly at the earliest time they said it would be done. Appears to be quality work. Five stars.

They just handled it. The guys obviously know their way around glass. I called on Monday afternoon to schedule an appointment and assumed it'd take a few days, maybe a week to get me in because my truck is almost 20 years old. They had me drop it off the next morning and it was done before lunch. They even messaged me during the process just to let me know how it was going and how to take care of the new glass. It all worked out great.

This is the second window I have got here not just because it was the cheapest out of the area but they also do really good qork. They fixed it pretty fast even could have come to our house to fix it. We just took it into the shop tho. Walked to get lunch and when we got back it was ready to go. They even cleaned up around the window from whatever the previous owner did. Also they even VACUUMED MY FLOOR new window and a detail

Took my SUV to your company today. I was told a hour to a hour and a half.Got there at my scheduled time and sat there for 3 hours and a half. Then to make thing's worse after they were done they pulled paint off all the way down my window strip. I did take a picture of it in your shop and I guess the manager is supposed to call me about the damage done bye your company. I did send the pictures over to my insurance company just so they are aware of the damage done. I'm disappointed in your company.Service: Installation

Had my back glass busted out by vandals. Not only did Safelite have the quickest order time but their customer service was wonderful (had some issues obtaining parts). I love that they email you your technician prior to the service so I knew who to expect. I had a gentleman named Mark who was polite and efficient. Great experience! Will definitely recommend. To add an edit: our tech went above and beyond. He even cleaned up the glass in my driveway which wasn't expected but definitely appreciated! Thanks Mark!

We just had our windshield replaced in Baraboo. On our way to La crosse a rock hit it and chipped our brand new windshield! We drove here and they got us in immediately to repair it.

Logan was my tech and he was extremely polite! I would definitely call Safelite AutoGlass in the future for any replacement or repairs & request Logan as my technician!!

I don't care for any business that can't be bothered to answer the phone. There are no shortage of computer prompts telling me to use the website because they say it's so much faster. WRONG!! I was able to call 4 glass companies and got quotes in less time than it took the website to tell me my car doesn't exist.

They replaced my windshield, replaced my wiper blades, cleaned off my dash, and vacuumed off my rugs in the front seat in about an hour. They were very kind and efficient! Paid under $300. Overall very satisfied!

This company has given me the runaround on getting my windshield replaced. The first time I had everything arranged and dropped my vehicle off and was suddenly informed that I would actually be charged an additional $700 to re calibrate my sensors. I worked it out with Subaru to do the calibration work and after 2 weeks of trying to schedule another appointment I spoke to a rep and they agreed to just replace the windshield. I dropped my car off today and an hour later they called and said they won't do the work unless I have it all done in house. I tried to explain that I had it worked out with the associate from Safelite that I spoke with and was told its policy. What a waste of time. When you attempt to call their off, you get a recording that indicates that they don't take calls and refers you to the website.

I had an issue with water leaking from my Bluetooth speaker. Went to Safelite to see if it was my windshield but Nick ( the manager) checked my sunroof first and found that the drain holes were clogged causing the leak. Didn't need to replace the windshield. I have had but great experiences at Safelite and I appreciate the awesome service! Nick is such a nice Guy and Very knowledgeable!! He is a Great asset to the shop! Thanks again Nick!

They told me I HAD to get a $800 windshield for the vehicle I drive because it auto detects when the rain/snow hits the windshield but it doesn t even work and I need to do it manually. Could have saved $500 getting a normal windshield.

Called 8 times.Never can talk to a human.Hung up on every time by automated service. Prompts don't work!No I won't give you my credit card info etc without talking to a human!

Very friendly employees and professional work. Dropped of vehicle and they called about 3 hours later to pick up finished vehicle. A little spendy but do good work.

Great experience. They not only replaced my windshield, but also vacuumed the interior. I waited in the lobby for my car to be done and was able to enjoy a fridge stocked with soda, snacks, and TV. Would highly recommend!
