I have been here several times. Staff has been friendly. The service is reasonably quick, they have gotten everything I have brought to them done in the same day. It would be nice if they took appointments.

When I contacted Pomp's earlier today, I was greeted with a friendly voice and promptly transferred to the Service Department. The Service Department took my information and within an hour their technician Nate arrived. From the time Nate arrived to the time he was finished, it was less than an hour. Nate was very friendly and discussed the repair options with me so that I could make the decision. Very impressed!!

Went in for 2 trailer tires came out with 4 tires and 3 rims. All good now. Pomp's got me in right away. Would have been out quickly too if everything I needed had been on sight. 17.5's are hard to find these days when ya need them, now. No complaints though. Got good advice and did the right thing.

My driver had trailer tire blowout, driver came to Pomp s and these guys were awesome, got the tire replaced and driver was back on the road within one hour. Thank you for fast service and honest pricing. We need more shops like this in this industry. *****

Pomp s tires was very helpful especially Brad with staying in contact to make sure we could come in and get help on our car and make sure we could safely drive. Wonderful service!

I went in because I needed a few tires patched and a rotation. I was recommended from a friend to go to Nathan and he was so sweet and nice! He helped reassure me things would get figured out and repaired. He answered all of my questions that I had and he also gave me a heads up about my tire bearings. He was very helpful! I highly recommend!

The service was amazing, Nate was so helpful when our tire went flat with making sure it was tightened and we had enough air. The nicest people here we are so thankful!

My tire popped and I was looking for a quick repair. Nate was able to help me and got my tire repaired quickly. Very nice service. Would recommend to anyone

I submitted an estimate request online for new tires, installation, and an alignment. Was told response 24-48 hours. Never heard back over a week later. Tried calling, left a message. No call back. Tried calling several more times and the phone would ring and ring with no answer or voicemail. It shouldn t be this hard to get an estimate for services.

Found the tires I wanted at pomps, great! Put in the request for 4 tire service with an alignment. Received an email letting me know they had to be ordered. Not a problem. After confirming to order them, silence. No email letting me know they were in or anything. Reached out the following week asking about them. Here to find out they came in and couldnt even let me know they were in, then proceed to say they don't take appointments. Again that is fine they don't do appointments but if I ordered the tires let me know when they are in. Then told to come in the following day or the day after that. Replied I would be in the very next day right when they opened. Get there to only be told they don't do alignments and asked to come back the following day and drop the truck off for the day. People need their vehicles they don't have all day. That is why people communicate, plan, and sorry MAKE APPOINTMENTS. Or at least state in an email they don't do alignments or the service you request. Needless to say grabbing the tires and going elsewhere for install and alignment. Will never purchase or go to another pomps again.

Another shop was booked out 2 weeks so I called Pomp's. They said to bring my vehicle with a leaking tire in the next morning at 7:30am. I was the first arrival, they said I could wait for my car if I wanted. Within 30 minutes they found a small wire that punctured my tire and made the repair. Very reasonable service rates and quick turnaround time means I will be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you very much to Pomp's!!

I recommend this place to everyone. They handle vehicle with care, never any damage to my wheels which is hard to find in this area. They do great work and office staff is always friendly.

They were so kind and helpful with our rv ...we came up with a plan,( cause it's our house lol) together so we wouldn't be without it for long!And the price was very fair! Thank Pomps !

This review is long overdue, but still needs to be posted due to the excellent service we received. Last spring, my daughter was on her way back to college in MN, and called me about a tire on her car deflating during her trip. She had stopped twice to refill it, so obviously something was wrong. Knowing she wasn't that far from La Crosse, and knowing the great service we have always received from our Pomp's store in Sheboygan, I called the Pomp's in La Crosse right away to see if we could get her tire fixed. Even though they were busy, they said to have her stop by, and they would get her car in as soon as possible and get things taken care of. Well, not only did they fix the issue, but they got her in right away and she was back on the road in about 20 minutes. I can't say enough about their service, and how they took care of my daughter's car in such a timely fashion. We have been, and will continue to be loyal to Pomp's given the service we have received. Thank you for great customer service, no matter what part of the state it's in!

I had a blown tire recently. Nate P. Was sent to help me. He was fantastic!! Needless to say it was very cold and I was very upset. Nate could not have been kinder or more helpful. What a great representative for Pomp's Tires. Let me say again Nate P was 5 star. And i am grateful for him and his big heart!!!

Pomp s definitely came through for me when no where else in the area was able too. Brad Brevig and Jon rector went above and beyond to help to get back on the road and fast. Highly recommended them and will look for other pomp s in the future because of the service I received.

We ran over a pretty big nail and they got us taken care of right away. Very friendly and were quick to fix my flat! Definitely would recommend.

I received timely top notch professional service for an RV tire problem. I'm very grateful. Thank you. Edit: I stopped in at another Pomp's down the road for follow up (torquing a wheel) and had a similar experience. Great service appears to be a company thing.

I have bought so many sets of tires and the prices are great and service was always great but was in to get another set picked the truck up and the rims are scratched. I called they told me to come up so i did. Andy come out and said it was just plastic from the arm. I said ok, i understand. He went and grabbed a rag and some stuff. ya the plastic came off but what about the scratch he said it will fade over time. I just left what can you do with an answer like that.

I can t say enough positive things about Andrew and his crew at Pomp s Tire in La Crosse. My family and I are on a road trip out west when I noticed a horrible vibration in the rear end only to discover my outside tire was completely bald. Andrew diagnosed the issue within minutes, which was that a tire place in Georgia last year put 2 different sized tires on our rear-end. I can best describe Andrew s reaction to our situation as empathetic, understanding, and compassionate. We had no other options, but Pomp s worked with us to find us the best possible solution AND got us back on the road in about an hour. They literally saved our trip. These are the types of businesses we need to support.

Dealing with commercial vehicle maintenance can be a real pain (so expensive and difficult to get timely service). These guys treat a customer right! Good value and fast service. Highly recommend.

Good selection of tires and reasonable prices. Cars, pickups to large commercial vehicles. Always had fast service. Roadside service also.

This is where I go for tires. You can tell they work hard here to get you done. The counter people are always courteous and professional.
