I had problems with a brand new battery that I bought from batteries plus. I took the battery over to o Reilly and Mira and I think it was gene checked it and tried to help me in every way possible. They went above and beyond helping me and was very kind and professional !! Awesome customer service !!! Thanks again for all the help and professionalism!!!!!

I was the only person that was in the store, as I walked in carrying my battery to the counter the employee walked from the back from speaking with another employee. The phone rang as I set the battery on the counter, the employee decided to answer the phone 1st even though I was clearly just needing a 5 minute change of my battery for a new one but no, they were on the phone giving quotes to someone for 10 minutes. I don't know the protocol for customers in the store compared to a phone customer, why couldn't the other employee help at the counter?. I am an O'Reilly's member and have been for a long time but the customer service hasn't been great for awhile now.

Looking for a siphon for my boat, they did not have one in stock but, they had it to me by the end of the day from one of their other stores! Great service!! Very helpful employees. Will shop there again!

I needed a unique license plate bracket for my jeep, and one of the guys here came up with a $5 solution that was done in 30 minutes. I went to another parts store in town before I came here and they told me I needed to spend $90 on one from the dealership. Excellent customer service and so friendly!

Today I needed a part and these guys went above and beyond to get me what I needed. I have shopped at all the auto parts stores over the last 3 years as I have been teaching myself to self maintenance my own vehicles. And I won't go anywhere else but O'Riley's. I want to say that the stores in La Crosse and Viroqua specifically are some of the greatest human beings in customer service. I could write a novel and still not be able to list each individual act of exceptional customer service they have shown me. They remind you if what good customer service use to be like and still hold that standard today. You guys make me feel a little bit better no matter how hard I struggle with my vehicle. Thank you so much.

We were traveling from Minnesota to Wisconsin when our battery died at a rest stop, we were able to get it jumped and we were looking for a place to get it replaced. Called and asked if they could check our battery and replace it, said yes! When we stopped in, they were super help and nice! We were able to get back on the road in less than 10 minutes!!!! Thanks!

Great store and helpful staff! Open late on Sundays, as well. I went in thinking I'd need an expensive replacement part and ended up spending only about $4.00 on a component of the original part as they suggested when I showed them the part I pulled out of my car. Thanks a bunch for saving me about $30. :+)

Don t ever buy a battery here. We bought a $200 battery that is suppose to have top notch performance 5 months ago. Our car would not start up, we took it into the store and they said our battery was frozen. Mind you we have never had this happen with a battery before especially with our car sitting in the garage during the cold months. The manager refused to speak to us and had one of her little coworkers tell us they can t replace or refund. If I were you I d take your business else where. Don t waste your time of this POS company.

I work there very hard to make everybody happy, when your 5 deep and the phone is ringing. we try our best! especially when you have a new guy like me on the counter!I Im tryingto but there's a lot to learn!! Please be Patient. And don't judge everybody else on my performance.

The people at smileys don't know anything about vehicles. It would be great to get more educated people in the store for butter customer service. Pretty much on your own as far as what you need.

Tried to get a camshaft position sensor for my Grand Marquis. They didn't have the one I wanted in stock. So they sold me a substitute. The pins in the electrical connector didn't fit. The pins in the original part are square in shape. The pins in the replacement part are rectangular.I think next time I'm going to order the part from Amazon online. And just wait until it arrives.

Good part sun prices have everything you could ever need or if they don't they can find it some of the guys are a little rough around the edges but they know what you need like a top inator

Not a bad place for parts or prices but the staff is rarely in my experience outgoing or even pleasant. I think they are great for body work supplies and prices are competitive.

I go to the Southside store to get my parts,you get great customer service and the staff is is very helpful,the Northside store is ok but it has really went down do to a big change in staff I hope it gets better.

My grandson needed an AC compressor, so after giving the vehicle info, the part was ordered. It turned out to be the wrong part, and then they sold him the belts. They turned out to be the wrong ones also, so needless to say we're not happy campers!!
