I thought I had a problem with my muffler. Turns out it was the resonator. Their mechanic was great, he fixed the problem same day and for a lot less money then I was quoted at other automotive shops. It only took a couple of hours. The crew at Northside were great people.

Tim and his service crew at Northside have been servicing my boat trailer and vehicle for the last few years and I couldn t be happier with and more confident in their work. It s great to have piece of mind when i travel long distances that my bearings and tires are going to hold up. Great communication and always speedy work. These guys were amazing. I thought there was something very wrong with my brakes and that it would cost me a ton. Instead they were able to repair the issue for half of my expected cost. As a person who doesn t know much about cars, it s hard to find an auto shop that won t try to overcharge you or convince you to do unnecessary repairs. Hands down the best, most knowledgeable, fairest priced, most efficient, auto repair shop I've delt with in my 53 years of operating personal and work vehicles. was told by several shops that they could not handle this repair on our work van( including the Ford dealer ship we purchased it from), After Tim got all the needed parts assembled, we were back on the road in 4 days! Outstanding Price was a bonus! True professionals Wish I would have found them years ago.Don

One of the best auto shops I ve ever been to. Making an appointment was simple and they got me in pretty quick. I needed new brake pads/ rotors and the gentleman I worked with quoted me a reasonable amount. I cannot express how much I appreciated the honesty and communication I had with him. I waited in the shop for the work to be done and they kept checking in on me with updates on my vehicle. The final price was accurate to the original quote and was actually a little less than I was expecting. Overall I would highly recommend. Very nice and respectful people who clearly know what they re doing.Service: Brakes

Who does that?? Seriously, Google Reviews should add a couple of stars just for this one place, and you should probably be taking your car there from now on.

The owner Tim was super helpful. We started having a rattle on our MB Sprinter RV while passing through La Crosse. Even though short handed on the Friday before Labor Day, he got us checked out within a couple hours. Couldn t be more impressed!

I ve been to this shop twice and both times I had a really good experience. I was able to get my vehicle in quickly to have it looked at and serviced. They do quality work and at a reasonable price. The mechanic is very knowledgable and super friendly. I have already recommended this shop to a couple of people. Brought my car in for an oil change, and needed some repair done on my wonky hood latch. Tim got it in right away, and fixed everything with a very quick turn around! Talk about a great place! As a nervous college student who thought the worst about my car's banging noise anytime i drove somewhere, i brought it in to Northside and they were able to replace a rusted out screw on the heat plate. Their knowledge and service is amazing and i wont go anywhere else for auto repairs in the La Crosse area!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Called this morning needing major work done on my car at the most inconvenient time, as I have a trip up north this weekend which I ll need a reliable vehicle for. I called other mechanics, everyone else put me at least 6 days out. Tim and his team were able to get my vehicle in and out in one day s time (for multiple vehicle problems that came up needing to be addressed mostly related to an overheating engine and fan belt) which puts me right on time for my weekend trip. The price was very reasonable in my opinion given the amount of work that went in on their part and my problem is solved. Thanks Tim and team.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a battery drain on my 2013 Kia Sorento that was intermittently causing my battery to die. I called 5 different places in La Crosse that were booked out for over a week to even look at it. When I called Northside they said they could get me in within the week as long as I brought it in early one morning. Labor was reasonable and they were able to order the part that the dealership in town didn't even have. I got my car back within a week of even calling them. I can't recommend their services enough!Service: Electrical repair

Let my small number of Google reviews be a testament to the validity of this one. I need my car for work, so when something breaks or malfunctions it s a high-priority issue in my mind. If you re in the same boat, know that you can be at ease with Tim and his team at Northside. Tim really set the bar for other auto shops with his communication, knowledge, skillset, efficiency, and honesty. I will never let anyone I care about take their vehicle somewhere else to be repaired because I know Northside will do it right. If you need your car fixed, it s an easy decision. I highly recommend Northside Automotive and Fleet for all your car repair needs. The owner Tim, runs a very honest business that saved us a lot of money. We recently had a check engine light issue, took our car to another repair shop in La Crosse and the estimate was more than double compared to Northside Automotive. I want to start out in total appreciation for Tim Marcou and his staff. Thanks so much for helping ease my mind about a wheel bearing on my Sprinter Van. We are passing through La Crosse and wanted to get our van looked at because of a noise up front. I called and talked to at least a 1/2 dozen other repair shops and most were out for two weeks. Tim from Northside fit us in and figured out it was just tires not being rotated. He handled it all very fast and was very reasonable. Thanks again Tim.

I was in need of service on my Corvette . Called four shops Tim was the only one that said yes right away . Others said let me think about it.One said you are using aftermarket parts so No. They did what I asked them to do and ended up addressing other issues . Thanks for the great service. Had to help a friend get her truck fixed and found this place.. saw that they had good reviews so we thought we would try them.. sh said that he was great and explained everything to her.. with her being a mechanic she is very Leary of new places but said that the owner was amazing and did a great job on the truck.. now I m going to be looking at taking my car here

My RV was a NoV thanks to the transmission going out. I had no idea what I was going to do to fix it. I had the option to bring it right down the road from me. But the reviews on it were not good at all! Northside Auto however, had 5.0 across the board... AND for a good reason! No matter what problems they had on their plate (which was getting their parking lot refinished), they took their time in putting in my new transmission, twice, since the first new one they put in was faulty! I just picked it up a few days ago and it purrs like a kitten!Thank you Tim and crew for what you do! (I'm a poet and I didn't know it )And poor Tim still doesn't have his parking lot finished! So to quote The Black Panther, "Somebody get this man (Tim), a parking lot!" or something like that, idk, I never saw Infinity War!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance
