I think people underestimate how good it makes you feel to have a clean vehicle, especially when you spend a good amount of time driving every day. I ve never had a vehicle of mine professionally detailed so I decided to treated myself after the new year. Having 2 young kids and working full time I have a hard time finding the time and energy to deep clean the car myself.It was so nice to drop my vehicle off at Coulee Auto and let them have it for 6 hours to give it the interior deep clean it needed- big thanks to my co-works for driving me back and forth.And they re very reasonably priced compared to other companies in the area!

My girlfriend and I have been on the hunt for a small SUV for quite some time and after test driving 10+ vehicles at dealership in the area we decided to stop in to Coulee Auto. Immediately you are greeted with a smile and feel welcomed. The entire staff is friendly and personal. Not once did we ever feel pressured, if we had questions they had answers. If you re in the market for a vehicle, put the large dealership aside and go here, you will be thankful you did. Plus, no other dealership had the wonderful dog Moose to check up on your during your car buying process.

Bought a vehical from here. I overpaid for it but it was something I needed so I was ok with that. But as soon as I was out the driveway nothing but issues with it. I called multiple times left messages and text messages and wouldn t get a call back. When I did call and get someone they assured me they would call back. Needless to say I never got a call back. This is by far the worse service I ve ever had with a dealership. And I go thru a lot of vehicals with my job. If I hear that people want to buy a vehical from this place I will tell them not to. Alls they had to do is work with me some.

I had all windows tinted for a great price! Excellent service and great staff! Max Grilley did a great job! I ve also had my car detailed by Max as well. Amazing job with that too! 10/10 recommend Coulee Auto and Max Grilley for future services.

Coulee auto was very pleasant to deal with. We went there to look at a CRV and also saw a Corolla with a manual transmission which our son was looking for. We ended up buying 2 cars!

We just purchased a cargo van from Coulee Auto and it was a smooth and easy process. The vehicle was what they said it was, and the service was excellent. We were told they would order a small part for us that we noticed was broken, and within a week that part was in our mailbox. Excellent experience all around.

Great dealership. Bought a rust free truck at an amazing price! Staff is very friendly. Great group of people there. They did make a couple mistakes, but they were prompt on fixing them and didn t hesitate to admit that they were wrong. Those mistakes didn t diminish the experience one bit.They re not pushy by any means and it s a laid back atmosphere (unlike Dahl Winona). Would highly recommend and I will shop there in the future.

I just purchased a 2019 Ram 2500 with 64,000 miles and I have never had a more easy stress free buying experience! Great price (at least $10,00 below everyone else), rust free vehicle that came with an outstanding warranty. This business far exceeds the competition in La Crosse. Outstanding customer service and followup on all my concerns and questions. Dont sleep on Coulee Auto LaCrosse, best in town.

Went in to trade in my old vehicle after it broke down and get a new one. Everyone there was extremely helpful and professional! They called a towing company and sent it to there service center for me, it took a few days to get my new car but Gordy got back to me with any questions I had and helped me through the loan process. They have a very friendly atmosphere and I had an all around great experience working with them!

I brought 2 vehicles to Coulee Auto to have Krown Rust Protection spray onto the frames. Typically, I do this at home with cans but it is difficult/impossible to get it applied into all the nooks and crannies. The crew at Coulee Auto did a phenomenal job and it took roughly 45-60 minutes for each vehicle. If you care about your vehicles and plan on keeping them for a while, get them Krown sprayed and bring them to Coulee Auto. Bonus, there was a very friendly dog there named Moose !

Decided to get my new car undercoated for the first time ever as a car owner, drove down from Eau Claire to have the Krown product applied. The detail center guy was professional and answered all my questions. I intend on coming back to get this done annually. Keep up the good work guys!

Reached out to be pre approved. They made several hard inquiries in my credit report and didn t even have the decency to call or email back with either good or bad news. I reached out about 4 days later by phone AND email and STILL to this day have not heard back. Bad customer service on their end. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Not like other car places trying to get as much money out of you as possible they really are on your side and help you get the most bang for your buck! They were so helpful. They have done a fantastic job keeping up with my small repairs like a bulb went out and my Capp popped off my mirror but they got that part ordered and fixed within a week. Amazingggg insurance guy on hand as well I was pretty uneducated when it came to that stuff but he was very informative and I thought I would be spend 3x the prices he offered! & big shout out to Gordy and Ethen for helping me find my beauty and being so swiftly w that paperwork while still making sure to explain every detail. Even gave her a fresh wash, oil change and full tank of gas before I left!! Amazing people to work with and beautiful cars you will not regret it I sure don t!!

First I would truly like to thank the guys at Coulee Auto for helping me find my car that I now truly love & adore! My buying experience was awesome, from the inquiries I gave online to quick replies; everyone at coulee auto is awesome! I bought my Lincoln MKX from them and would definitely recommend doing business with them, the friendliness and willing to work with you; and not being pushy is something that you don t see much of around here. I bought a 2017 Hyundai Sonata just over 6 months ago and so far I ve put almost 800.00 into the brakes on the vehicle. Each time stopping even before I left the parking lot to say I still hear a grinding noise. When finally they were going to use my extended warranty to replace the brake caliper they text me the day before the appointment to tell me to take my business elsewhere because I mentioned on one of their posts about a business that had cheaper oil changes. Customer is not always right I guess

I am a young adult who is new to adult stuff like buying a car, I walked in there and told them my financial situation and what I was looking for and the rates I could afford. Carl was super nice about helping me and didn t get annoyed or anything at the questions I asked or stuff I didn t know. By the end of it I ended up with a 2016 Sonata and I absolutely love everything about it and I got it at a good price I can afford. Would definitely look to get another car from here!

I had both of my vehicles detailed there within 1 week of each other and the service was outstanding. And very reasonably priced... I would highly recommend and I would definitely use them again

Most definitely a great experience buying a car from Coulee Auto! I worked with Gordy. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had and super flexible with my schedule. Working with their financing was excellent too! All of my options were put out in front of me and all of my questions were answered. I can't recommend Coulee Auto enough!

I began looking for a vehicle towards the end of last year and had been browsing a very reputable used car dealer and unfortunately I couldn't find what I was looking for. I was also checking new car dealerships and although friendly, I got the typical sales pitches/runaround. In that time I began browsing Coulee Auto and liked their pricing and selection. I had visited a few times and they were never pushy and were easy to talk to. I finally decided to make my purchase and they gave me a fair trade-in and easy purchasing experience along with the purchase of a great extended warranty. It's been 3 months now since my purchase and everything has been great. I made a couple visits to their auto care center for minor fixes, I set an appointment and I was in out and the experience was very professional. So all said the ownership, salespeople and care center have done a great job making my experience pleasant.

Probably the best vehicle buying experience I ve ever had and the fact it was my daughters first car purchase I really appreciate that she didn t feel pressured. She was really able to take time and weigh her options to pick the best vehicle for her. Most can t say that their experience gets better after a sale but hands down ours did when we had the vehicle serviced at Coulee Auto Service Center.

What can I say...the best experience we've had purchasing a new car! From the time I put in the application (which by the way they never pressured us by calling back 2 seconds after I submitted the application or called us daily to see if we decided yet) to the time we drove our new car off the lot when WE were ready! They offered us the best prices available for both the car and car insurance. Never felt so at ease with Ethan and the rest of the team compared to others.

I'm overwhelmed by the personalized customer service this place offers. We walked in not sure exactly what we could or would want and in just minutes Carl identified and helped us put together a deal. Enter Ethan, secured financing, in 24� we drove away in a GREAT vehicle!! On site, Casey, insurance Mister, extraordinaire. Got us a way better deal than we've had, We're so pleased with this experience!!! Highly recommend Coulee Auto!!!

Bought a 2020 jeep grand Cherokee. Gordie was good. Did almost all what they said to car. Just have 8000 miles on it now and tires wearing bad. Said did alignment but tires tell different story. Over all good experience.
