Have brought my son's car here twice. First time when it wouldn't start after sitting for a while (seized alternator) and also needed a new exhaust, and the second time due to a Service Engine light which turned out to be a leak in the transmission pan. I just visited Chee's shop for the first time, and I am happy to say I'll be back next time I need work done. He stayed within the very reasonable quote he gave me prior to coming in. Chee is great! I had a problem with my AC compressor and he was able to order the part and replace it within a week of the estimate. He is honest and considerate! I will definitely go to him again if I have any more car issues.

I just took my car into Chee's for the first time and he was amazing! He did the work the same day and at a fraction of the price other shops wanted to charge me. He came highly recommended by a friend. He didn't try to sell me additional repairs or parts, just fixed the exact issue I was having. This is much appreciated and hard to find these days.

I have used Chee multiple times throughout the years. He is very fair and honest with his pricing and services offered. I would be hard pressed to find someone else in La Crosse that overall does as well as he does. I also dabble in working on my own cars at times so it is fun to talk to him about how bad I am at screwing up what I work on at times as well!Services: Exhaust, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

I was treated extremely well. I was in town after a 2 hour drive and my brakes went out. Chee had me up and on the road in a jiffy! He could have easily scaled up the price for doing it so quick, but was fair and honest with me the whole time. It's one of the few times I have been to a mechanic and not felt a little swindled. Hands down, cannot recommend enough.

Friendly and excellent service at reasonable prices. The first time I used Chee he was able to repair my cruise control by simply gluing a sensor back on that had broken free. I paid $20! I doubt many repair shops would offer me this logical and inexpensive option. I ve returned since and always get the same great service. A mechanic you can trust is worth his weight in gold in my book.

Chee s Auto is by far one of the best and most honest repair shops your going to find in the area in my opinion. Have been taking our vehicles to Chee few years before he built his new automotive mechanics building. He is my by far #1 mechanic and trust him and his work 100%!! My daughter had her brakes done and since they didn't have the pads she went out and bought them herself. He then did the brakes but didn't touch the rotors and 2 months later her car has a massive vibration. When she took her car back there he said the rear rotors were bad and wanted to charge another $400+. Took the car to another shop and discovered the problem was actually the front rotors and we got the job done cheaper than Chee's estimate. Impossible to get a hold of Chee too. Called multiple times and voicemail was full. Decided to message via Facebook messenger but no response. When I did finally reach him he said he doesn't check fb messenger (then why have it?!!)

I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I've never been disappointed with Chee's work and everything is done in timely matter. In the past, I've called several other places to wait a week or so to be seen, with this place I'm able to get in and out usually in day or so and get back to work and family. He knows his cars and labor rates can't be beat. I've been taking my car repairs here for few years and there is a good reason why I keep coming back. Chee's shop is the 1st place I called for all my auto repairs from now. Very honest guy. I recommend this place to all my family and friends. Thanks Chee!

I had a screw in one of my tires and took it to the closest shop due to being short on time and air; while it was there, they told me I needed to do a full overhaul on my rear brakes. Due to the quote they gave me, I asked around and a friend recommended me to Chee's. Chee had the job done super quick and at a much more reasonable price! I will certainly go there again anytime my car needs repairs.

Great experience! I needed an oil change and a slow leak in a tire fixed and they did both in under 2 hours at a very reasonable price! Will definitely be using Chee's again.

I took my car in and I thought it was one problem, but they found the actual problem and gave me a great quote. They had my car back to me the next day! Super professional, courteous, honest, and reasonably priced. I really appreciate them and I'll definitely be going back for all of my car repair needs! 10/10 recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

This is simple.. Chee is the guy you hope to find when you're looking for an honest, reliable and talented mechanic. Very good and very fair. A nice guy too. He's helped me out many times with an assortment of vehicles.

Had a ck engine light on, went in he checked it quick and explained to me what was wrong. Chee is very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend him!

Chee is very friendly and honest. He gets the job done fast but makes sure it s done right. He s extremely honest and reasonable when quoting. All around great service. I would say he s the best in the area. I would highly recommend to go to him!

Chee runs the best auto repair facility in town, hands down. Not only does he charge way less than anyone else (I called quite a few places), his work is high quality and extremely fast. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Chee does great work and goes above and beyond for his customers. He is reasonably priced and seems to always find a way to get your vehicle in the shop in a timely manner. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

Honest work, fair pricings, I get my car back within a day. I would recommend him to all my friends! Ive been going to Chees for years after I got ripped off at a few local shops in the area I will never go anywhere else but Chees. I trust him and he works on all 5 of my cars. Best place to go in town for any repairs that is not gonna cost you an arm and a leg..

I have been to multiple mechanics in the La Crosse/Onalaska area. I could never figure out why so many of them have such poor customer service. Very unfriendly. Then I found Chee.He's amazing. Very friendly, courteous, and cheerful. Does quick, great work for a great value.Honest too. I knew I needed rear brakes and told him I though I might need front too. I feel like many mechanics would have taken advantage of this and replaced both. But he got back to me and told me I only needed the rear ones done.I will never go anywhere else. Go to Chee. You won't regret it.

Great family business that takes care of my wheel bearing and takes care of my wiring issues in a timely manner. Fast, accurate service that s affordable. He s very friendly too! Good customer service and a welcoming new building.I ve been to several different auto repair stores that haven t been as nice as this one.

I came to LA Crosse for a three day get away. Ended up staying two extra days for on my way my truck started acting funny and within being holiday weekend(4th of July) Nothing was open until Tuesday. I am ever so grateful to Chee and his skills. He got my truck and I back out on the road.
