I had a great experience with Connor (?) He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, they were able to check my battery, replace and have be back on the road in less than 20 minutes. He broke down the details with me, to my own understanding. 100% will never go anywhere else for a battery.

I don t have enough good to say.They got me a reasonably priced battery, saved me hundreds of dollars, and installed it, in a very difficult place, in the floorboard behind the passenger seat. I was still in and out in 20 minutes.Recently, I had what I suspected was a related issue with my car that I thought may be battery related but wasn t sure. (It was not, but regardless ) Dave and Nick literally saved me during a breakdown. They could not have been more friendly and helpful.This was above and beyond good service; it was outstanding.Call Battery Mart first and save yourself a lot of hassle AND money.

Excellent. I had planned on picking up a battery and putting it in my car at home. They asked if I wanted them to install it instead and for the price I decided it was the better choice. Saved me time installing it and returning with the old battery. Ten minutes later I was driving away a happy customer. I highly recommend Battery Mart (Northern Battery).

I've been buying batteries here for at least 20 years. They are friendly and quick to install and have reasonable prices. So glad someone informed me about them way back then.

This place is fantastic! They have the best prices in town, they installed my battery for free (and very quickly), and the guys I talked to were very friendly and accommodating! The mechanic even checked my alternator for me to make sure it wasn't an issue.And while I was there, an older lady came in who needed her battery replaced, but it was at her house; they don't do off-site replacements, but the man at the counter was very kind to her and for a small fee, he said they would go to her house to replace it for her. VERY good service and GREAT people. Can't recommend them enough!

Needed a battery for my Hyundai Santa Fe. Called ahead and battery was in stock. I pulled in for a quick install at no additional charge. Battery price was cheaper than other quotes I had received. Friendly and efficient customer service....thanks Jim for the quick install! No better place to buy batteries

Always have a great experience with everyone at Battery Mart. There customer service is excellent & attention to detail is second to none. Their batteries & chargers are always top notch whether you choose Optima, Odyssey or their signature Northern Battery brand.

They went above and beyond helping me with a battery for my moped! They tested my battery and were honest when they told me that the battery was fine (a big chain store tested it and told me it was bad). I would recommend this business 100%.
