My wife and I have had Tyler at Auto Authority install window tint on our last 3 automobiles. Tyler is easy to work with and does excellent work. We have been very satisfied. Love the new location in La Crosse. Price is reasonable.

The chicken tenders were cold in the middle. My milkshake had hair in it. Would not recommend.My window tint turned out decent.3 stars.

I had my windows tinted and remote start put in here 2 years ago with no regrets. Hit a deer and had to get a couple windows redone also the body shop completely mangled the remote start antenna. Tyler went above and beyond to replace the antenna and get me going again. Definitely recommend his services.

Horrible service. Took my car in for tints. He didn t do a good job so I took it back to be fixed. He wanted to charge me extra for what HE messed up on, then when I try to talk & explain to him the mess ups he wants to argue with me & hang up on me. So I took me car back & my money back. Tyler is an awesome dude. He installed some subs in my vehicle for me. Walking in with no equipment, and no knowledge, he made sure I was set up well and all at a good price. Definitely recommend.

Overall, it was a good experience getting windows tinted. I didn't feel as if I was overpaying for work. Tyler was knowledgeable about the work he does. He didn't seem gimmicky about selling his other products. The shop was nice with plenty of products to browse while you wait for your work to get done. For the price and value, I plan to come here for any future accessories I need.

I got the windows tinted on my fusion and it ended up looking great! Since Tyler's a certified dealer it comes with a lifetime warranty for bubbling or peeling film. The day I went there was actually a power outage which bumped my appointment back an hour and a half. Tyler stayed late to finish my car that day. Yea the shop is a little dirty, yea he took a call or two from other customers, but he's doing a great job. Just a small business owner doing the best he can. There needs to be more small shops like this. Excellent service, I'll be going back for audio work within the next year. I wish him nothing but the best!

Just had remote start added to my truck. My work hours don't work with his, but was able to text him and make a decision to have him install it. This was great and he went out of his way to accommodate me. Work is cleanly done.

Went off of some limited but good reviews for window tinting, first of all, the owner took a personal phone call with bluetooth through the entire process, the shop was extremely dirty and this showed in the tint, there were bubbles and dust UNDER the tinting film. Took two hours to do two small windows because of the call and other distractions. Was not impressed. Investigate the property in person before making such an investment. As far as the warranty, not honored. Will be waiting for the tinting film to wear off and then will be replacing with new at another tinting business.
