I had Audio Mobile install a new Kenwood radio in my truck. The install went well but I experienced difficulty when using Bluetooth on my phone. These guys were patient and did a fantastic job isolating a complex problem, which turned out to be my phone. Here's the lesson: It's easy to judge a company when everything is going right, but a company shows it's true colors when things aren't going right. Audio Mobile earned 5 stars!

Their work is pretty swell, but if you have any issues with what is happening - or what has happened - their customer service is abysmal. I am happy to wait for an answer, but this staff actively insulted me for even asking what they were doing.If you have a very basic install perhaps this place will work for you, but if you need to have any sort of interaction with the staff, I HIGHLY recommend going anywhere else.

Great work always done here! I had them install 2 12 woofers in my Mercedes SUV and now upgraded the speakers on my motorcycle! Fair honest price and great quality work!!

Let s face it we live in the Midwest. My Family is in Wisconsin, I live in Rochester MN. The Remote start is AMAZING!! I have had it for three days now and have already found how useful it is in warming my vehicle for my 4 year old and I in the am and when I close my store at night and going out into the cold to a warm vehicle! They were efficient, they explained how to use it after installation well, and were thorough. I chose the viper brand for $450 with a 1 mile radius and it was 1000% worth the drive back home to have it installed professionally and have confidence it will work for years to come. They have been in business since I was a teenager (or even before!) and I m 35. They are a staple in lax and obviously only hire well skilled technicians. Thank you audiomobile for my remote start!!! I m loving it!

Not happy with this place. I asked them to install my factory radio in the car and expected them to hook it up to my aftermarket amp/sub. I had it hooked up before so I know it is possible. I had a breakout harness that was all hooked up and only needed a few wires redone from the aftermarket radio.Nope! This place just cut every single signal wire going to my amp. They could have just unplugged the connector and bypassed it, but nope, it was cut and then unplugged.They left my amp connected to battery power and left a loose wire with constant +12v wire behind the radio as well.When I went to pick up the car, they told me they had questions, but they never called or asked me any of them. I guess I'm lucky they didn't pull everything out of the car.I waited two weeks before writing this review hoping that I would be less upset, but I'm still pretty upset at the lack of care and won't ever be coming back here.

Car Audio, Remote Start, Marine Audio, and more. Ted and his crew are knowledgeable and very helpful. I've had many installs here. They can usually get you scheduled on short notice. Best shop in the area.

I tried installing a backup camera myself, to no avail. Ted and the gang troubleshot my problems and got me rolling within a few hours. Work was affordable and well done.

They are top of the line they installed an remote starter a couple of years ago. Had an issue a couple of weeks ago, so took it in, and they replaced the batteries free of charge.

First off, these guys know what they are doing. A+ installers!Had taken my 2011 vehicle to Best Buy for Apple Carplay deck, backup camera, steering wheel controls, and satellite radio install as I'm a Best Buy Total Tech member so that basically comes with free installation. My vehicle model had the factory installed premium audio package with built in amplifier, small subwoofer, and different speakers. Best Buy told me I would need a new amplifier. That seemed a little weird, but I purchased the new amplifier and went for the appointment anyway. A couple hours into the appointment Best Buy called to tell me the amplifier I purchased would blow the speakers, the factory installed amplifier would not get any sound with the new deck, and they would prefer to reschedule when another tech could be there so one could be on the phone and the other doing the work.Best Buy person rescheduled and said they do not want to ruin anything so if at next appointment they are not comfortable moving forward may ask me to take it to a custom audio place.I contacted Audio Mobile late one afternoon. Got me on schedule next day. They open at 930. Called by 1230 to say vehicle was done. Told me all they needed to do to get factory amp working with new deck was jump one wire. Everything works great and after paying Audio Mobile for installation and returning amplifier to Best Buy I "saved" $50. Thanks guys!

I had subs and an aftermarket touchscreen radio installed in my 2011 Ford Fusion and I m glad I had them installed there. The gentleman was incredibly nice and knew so much stuff. He did anything in his power to make sure everything was right and he did a very clean job of installing them. Extremely satisfied. I would 10/10 go back to have more work done on my car.

Had a 2-way remote start installed on my vehicle. I was happy to see them use Viper systems. Install was quick, professional, and everything works great. Friendly service and there were no pushes to try to upsell to me so that was greatly appreciated. They know their stuff and answered every question I had.

Had a remote start put in my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. It works great so far. The owner was extremely friendly and personable. Definitely recommend. Showed me how to use everything and made sure I was pleased with the service.

Place is A+ in my book. Got a remote start installed on 2018. They put the brains of it in front of my fuse box. Asked them to move it and they moved it no charge. Fast forward to 2021 and I thought the remote start was not letting my car start, they sent someone out to check and confirm it wasn't the remote start. Again no charge. When they say life time warranty that mean it and stand behind it. Will buy from them again!

The crew at Audiomobile put a remote start in my car- a VW, which is an added challenge. They were absolute professionals, and not satisfied until it was flawless. Best pricing I could find in the MN/WI area. Absolutely will go back for any work they can do.

Fantastic Experience! Went to get a new Kenwood deck installed with Apple CarPlay; installed flawlessly and quickly. Additionally, had two new speakers put into the back. Work is absolutely professional. Clearly experienced and very knowledgeable.

Went in for speakers to be replaced with the expectation it'd take four or five hours. Took about a hour and a half? Maybe two. Really down to Earth service. Shop looks a little shady, haha. But they're good people, for sure, and they've got experience. They explained why X works better than Y but left options to add in Z instead of X or Y. No real pressure. I'll probably go back in the future for audio needs. (Though they apparently do touchscreen installments and stuff. So, maybe more? We'll see.) *Edit: Almost forgot to mention. Got to meet the shop's dog. 10/10. Would pet again*

I recently changed my review because these guys said my remote start was dead when I declined to get it replaced I read the owners manual and found my remote start was in protection mode and just had to follow a set of instructions to turn it off and now it works so the lesson is if your remote start fails read the instructions! But they also do stereo installation and that part is fine just look elsewhere for remote start repairs

Great service and is staff is very knowledgeable. Eric is more than willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right. There was a little bit of confusion on when my car was going to be done and the different aspects behind it. But overall Eric and his team are dedicated to quality parts, and service.

My Speaker was blown and the guys were all very nice and explained the ins and outs of how to listen to loud music. I have to go back to get the new one put in but you can tell they enjoy their jobs and do things right. Kudos Audiomobile Gentlemen!!!

The google photo makes it look sketchy, but it s quite the opposite. Nice people, seemed to be honest and knowledgeable and were able to install my speakers in less than an hour (and it was kind of a tricky job). Would definitely recommend for stereo/tint installation.

Did exactly what I wanted. Easy to talk to. I had some extra concerns beforehand and called about it, twice. He was perfectly friendly. It was a redo of an earlier install by a competitor, and I m much happier with the quality.
