Kimberly Service has been amazing to work with! They are honest, trustworthy and reliable! Brought my daughter's vehicle here to have the brakes and tie rods replaced. Excellent and honest service, thought the work was of the best quality at a fair price.Took my vehicle here to have the AC system diagnosed. Again, service that exceeded my expectations. Both my AC compressor and evaporator were replaced. The evaporator is not an easy job for my vehicle, there is very limited information on how to complete. I was impressed regarding Steve's ability to procure the various parts in the current supply chain environment. He has the connections to get what is needed in a reasonable timeframe.Kimberly Service is a trustworthy auto repair shop. When a good mechanic refers you to another mechanic, you know you re getting the best. Kimberly Service did not disappoint. Did great diagnostic work, gave a clear and detailed summary of what was wrong with the vehicle. Steve was knowledgeable and more than fair with pricing and service turnaround. Would highly recommend and definitely will be a repeat customer. After being quoted over 5k at Bergstrom brought my vehicle to Steve and and will not be looking back. Steve is honest and fair with extremely reasonable rates. From now on all of my vehicle repairs will be done with Kimberly Service!

Steve and his son run a great automotive service here in Kimberly. These two guys are very busy because they have great mechanical skills and great personalities. You will not get cheated here. Very thorough to your needs. Stop in. You will love their service.

As someone who knows very little about cars, I always am nervous/skeptical of where I can find trustworthy service. I am so glad I brought my car to Kimberly Service. They were extremely helpful and provided great service. I definitely felt like they had my best interest in mind. I highly recommend to anyone needing any service! Thank you Kimberly Service!

Kimberly Service is a great place to bring your cars. My family has brought all of the cars we have ever owned here including (Ford, Toyota, Chevy & Chrysler) and have never been disappointed. Everyone who works here is very friendly and they do really nice job. The prices are extremely reasonable and the guys who work here are honest and fair. I have been to a few other mechanics over the years and this one stands out as one of the best! I would not recommend going anywhere else with your vehicle needs.

My mom drove in from GA, and her truck was acting up. She was in tears, being so far from home. I took her to Kimberly Service, and we explained the situation. The kept the truck for a few hours and when we returned, the truck was running better than it ever has. They are amazing!

I am beyond words at how amazing , helpful , fast qnd knowledgeable. They were not only fair but i found myself trying to GIVE them more money because they were more than fair and generous . They were litterally the best choice ive made in months. I have never in my life felt more taken care by people i hardly knew. Hands down my mechanic no matter where i live in wisconsin from now on . Bless you for being around.

The manager is a reckless hothead. I don't know how he treats his customers but I do know he is an aggressive and rude driver.

Never again will i bring my vehicle here. He had my vehicle for a week and still not fixed and spent over $400 on a rental car and now i still awaiting on my vehicle.
