While they do good work the professionalism here is lacking. Customer service goes a long way and despite being a customer for years I will never bring a vehicle back for any type of work. The "office staff" could learn a thing or two about being polite and allowing a customer to voice concerns instead of being defensive and argumentative and not allowing a word in edge wise. Disappointed to say the least.In response to the company's rebuttal. We were not seeking any financial compensation but you would not know that as you did not allow a word in to get to that point. We were also told tapes would be pulled by your husband to prove the "approach" and tone used by the person that came into discuss the issue and that a conversation would be had afterwards. Yet here we are about a week later no call and no conversation has occurred. Assuming after your husband viewed the tapes he realized who actually had the tone in the situation. And yes, the vehicle is an older model with higher miles. Should those customers not be treated with the same dignity and respect as someone driving a newer model? Again we were not seeking compensation. We were attempting to inform your company of the issue which absolutely was caused at your location. We agreed on site to your husband that we should have brought it back the next day and didn't argue that point at all but again we were not heard due to way you escalated it before a conversation could have even been had with someone that knew what was going on. You set the tone prior to even allowing the individual to speak to someone that would understand the electrical components to the vehicle.Your customer service is subpar. Many others that have worked with you attest to the same. Take care. You have enough business that a family of loyal customers means nothing to you and we are more than ok with that.

I am so impressed with Carter s. The work they did was incredible and they managed to even get it done ahead of schedule. Their responses were great, the customer service was on point and most of all from what I can tell the work exceeded what I expected. I hope everyone stay safe on the road and avoid accidents as much as possible. but if it does happen, I sincerely recommend going here.

my daughter hit a deer and was well taken care of. there was a special request she made about a train whistle and they made sure to salvage it and even clean it up!! thank you carter collision for taking care of Savannah.

Tried to get a quote on a damaged vehicle. Sent them pictures and a detailed parts list with oem part numbers. They refused to quote it because I wouldn t share a competitors estimated hours and total cost. They even went on to accusing me of trying to cut corners by not communicating all of the details. I believe the real corner cutting was them asking for someone else s quote and not doing their own estimate. This place lacks a fundamental business ethic.

I've had a few experiences here and all have been awesome. CC goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Work quality is better than anywhere I've been, including body shops located in other states. Paint work comes out beautifully and everything is kept clean in the repairing process. Extremely friendly owners and employees. Good advice and conversation are completely free. Thanks again guys!

When i smacked a deer on November 18th, 2019, I had no idea what it was going to take to get my car fixed. Seeing as I have never had to make a claim of this nature before, I truly expected the worst. First I called my insurance company and had a little bit of an issue but over all, not bad. After that, I contacted Carters and spoke with Erin. Erin was AWESOME! She took the time to explain every detail of the insurance process as well as gave me a detailed timeline of events that would take place in the repair process. When the repair was complete, Chris called me and let me know all went great and I could pick up my car at any time. The entire process was fast and painless. I can feel very confident in recommending Carters Collision to anyone! A big thank you to Carters Collision and their team!

If I could give a rating in negative digits I most definitely would. These people have prolonged the work needed on my car for over a week, leaving me without a reliable form of transportation for work. I worked directly with Erin, who has by far been the most disrespectful and shady person I have had to deal with. After charging me for fees she said I would not be charged for, she refused to release my keys so that my car could be towed to another auto body repair shop. When the tow driver came for my car, she parked the car inside and told him to leave because they weren t taking my car. When I called her to find out why she was doing this she ignored my calls, and told others that I was harassing her . For days my car was not released and no one let me know the status of my car. I then had to call my insurance agent, a mediator and the police to advise her to release MY vehicle. After we paid her for doing absolutely nothing with my car but leaving it in the cold she again refused to release my car or answer any form of communication AFTER I PAID THEM. It is so horrible what this company did, and how they treated a paying customer. I am a young woman in need of repairs after my first serious accident, and this was by far the most stressful and unpleasant experience I have ever had. Please save yourself the trouble and LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly one of best auto body shops I have been to. Chris has a ton of knowledge when it comes to multiple vehicles. And Erin is one of the sweetest lady's I have met.I highly recommend them.

I've had my car fixed by Carter's and their work is always phenomenal and very reasonably priced. They are courteous, friendly, and prompt. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!
